The stay was wonderful 🩷

Felt right at home...excellent place to stay.

This listing was everything, I was a little nervous by all the rules but once I arrived and stayed I definitely understood where the rules came from. The resort had lots of things and since I came with kids they loved the game room as well as the pool. Check in was simple and once we were in the home it felt like home. The bedroom were nice and clean and I loved how each room had its own bathroom. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse room with the bunk beds. My spouse and I actually took the main level room so the kids had the upstairs but I like how that was even an option. The decor was nice, neat, and clean. We would definitely book this spot again.

Fantastic host! Handled dead battery in front door “key” quickly and professionally! House was clean and perfect!

We had a lovely week and would return. I liked that we were a 5 minute walk to the main pool. We also liked that Walmart was a quick drive or a walk if you are up to it. The townhouse has newer furniture and some upgrades like new countertops. The townhouse does back onto a parking lot. For 2 of the days the complex had large equipment working there but it did not bother us. When we arrived there were no toiletries to be found. After reaching out, we were provided with lots the next day. I will always pack a roll of toilet paper from now on. We are home now and missing the beautiful weather in Florida!

My one-star rating is due to showing up to our rental and finding it was already occupied. It was double booked for the entirety of our planned five day stay. Support from management in providing us information and finding us alternate lodging was not helpful (we were continually told “Our team is working on it and will get back to you”) and included some inappropriate requests (such as wanting us to find out the names of the tenants that were currently in our double booked rental). Although I did get a refund after several days, we are still waiting to be reimbursed as we needed to spend extra money to book hotel rooms for 8 people late at night when we arrived. We were looking forward to the rental based on the photos, location, and resort amenities, so we were quite disappointed.
