Some of the rooms are inside of what used to be the garage, the blinds are made of paper in bedrooms, should not have been worth this much money, disappointed with the experience overall

This property is truly amazing and so accommodating. The vibes matched my family and friends. Very spacious, so many rooms and that’s usually an issue! Great price for what you get. Will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and fast, and check-in was very easy. The pool was the highlight on a summer day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers. Thank you so much again to hosts!

This was great for our group that consisted of older kids and teenagers. There were lots of outdoor activities to keep them entertained.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and the house was such a great setup for a large group! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight of our stay. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and overall the house worked really well for a fun girls’ weekend. We made some great memories here and really enjoyed having a space where our whole group could stay together!

We had the best time here. My family and I needed a few days away from work, and this was amazing. It was peaceful and we had an amazing time.

We spent our family vacation here. Imagine being on a property that feels like you're in a rural area on a few acres, quiet, peaceful .. but you're actually in Austin. Every store or convenience you could want is literally 20 minutes away. The pool was a hit for the entire family, plus the basketball court and ping pong for the younger ones. The swing chairs on the front and back porches to relax, nap, read a book. The house was great!!! And the host was very friendly and responsive.

Four of our families stayed here for a long weekend. In total, we were eight adults and eight kids with the children's ages ranging from one to eight years old. This house fit us relatively comfortably, with each couple having their own room and the children fitting into the remaining three rooms. One more bathroom downstairs would make this property perfect - but probably not a big deal if you have three or fewer families. We were pleasantly surprised that the property lived up to the photos. Unfortunately, the cold plunge was not working during our stay (some of our group were planning to use it). There were plenty of towels, plus the gear needed to use the amenities (like pickleball + rackets, basketballs, golf clubs, yoga mats, weights, pool towels, etc.) - which we greatly appreciated. We did have to empty the filter in the dishwasher, so keep that in mind if you notice a smell. Overall, I think this property was worth the price!

Hannah is a great host. Very responsive, very friendly. The house itself was perfect. It’s located within a short drive of things to do, but also very peaceful and quiet. We had a great time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We truly couldn’t have picked a better place. The home is beautiful, incredibly spacious, and so thoughtfully designed for making memories together. Every family/person had their own room, and there was something for everyone! We spent hours enjoying the pool, basketball court, pickleball, mini golf, ping pong, movie room, hot tub, fire pit, and playground. There was never a dull moment, yet somehow it was also one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had! The host was wonderful to communicate with! She was super kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience! That level of hospitality means so much. We are already talking about making this an annual tradition!

This property was well managed with the amenities listed. Cant believe this is still Austin but felt like a completely different place. Really loved the place and enjoyed it! would be nice to improve a few things 1) Lights by swimming pool 2) a couple of bugs in garage converted rooms 3) Instructions on where paddles for pickleboard where.

Good private location. Plenty of bedrooms. Well decorated. Responsive host. Not enough bathrooms for all the people was an issue. The place is poorly maintained. Many things not in working order. Sports equipment missing and in dire need of updating. Absolutely no working lights in the outdoor space which made it hard to be out there after 9- which was very unfortunate. The kitchen was not adequately stocked in my opinion. For a group this size, we cooked a lot and I had trouble finding enough supplies (ex: I saw 1 cutting board). Literally just cheap salt and pepper and 1/3 bottle of cheap old veg oil). They need to take an entire week to maintain, clean and update. For the price, this needs to be way better. They did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience, which was nice. But until they put some time and money into this place, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s too expensive for all of the broken things. A little more thought and effort and it could be great.

It’s a great place for a large family and or extended family. We had a wonderful time.

The house was exactly has described, lots of room, very nice, spacious bedrooms and the exterior provided endless activities. As this appears to be a relatively new VRBO, the kitchen was lacking basic supplies like towels, spices, etc. that you sometimes find in other VRBOs, so make sure you pack accordingly. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved more days there, it was quiet and relaxing. This is a VRBO that larger families or groups will find very accommodating.The house appeared to have been recently added onto, so there were some issues with tidiness, such as paint buckets in the yard, overflowing outside trashcans and sheetrock mud still on windows and window seals. I addressed these with the host so she could be aware and she was very receptive to the information. I feel this was more of an issue with the contractor.Lastly, the host was remarkable, always answering questions promptly and taking our concerns into account. I highly, highly recommend this location and house.

This house is beautiful! So much activities for all ages from the pool to the basketball court to the putting greens. Host was extremely responsive and tentative during our stay. Nearest food/store options are about 15+ minutes away but plenty options. So much character to the house, very interesting layout. Basketball court has plenty of basketballs which was super convenient. Pool is real big and has a huge VERY deep area! Big plus. Overall super fun time, didn’t want to leave the property when there. Property gives a resort style feel with all amenities.

This stay was exactly as listed online! Every single SF of inside home is utilized so well. Plenty of bedrooms, clean and the beds are so comfy I felt like I had the best sleep! Outdoor amenities were exactly as described and pictured, so many activities for the kids to do! The host was amazing, very responsive and almost instantly responds. Instructions were super clear and we had no issues whatsoever! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The house was beautiful.

This home is absolutely stunning inside and out! We rented this for our family gathering and we had what felt like endless things to do! From the heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, putting green, basketball court and ping pong. We had an absolute blast here! Clean home and felt very secluded. 10 out of 10 would recommend again!

House’s outdoor amenities made it a fun place to have a staycation, but pool heater was not sufficient to actually heat the pool for comfortable use. I felt like it was money wasted. Fire pit did not work. The interior was pretty comfortable but many items were unusable, bedside laps that didn’t have plugs or bulbs; the movie room was not usable as we had to do all of the connecting of the projector to the network (it had never been turned on) and it would not interface with streaming apps; and there were missing faceplates on quite a few outlets and light switches. it felt as though the property was just completed but the company that manages it had failed to do a comprehensive walk through to ensure it was actually ready to be rented out. Oh, and the laundry room flooded while we were there as well because the drain tube wasn’t put into the wall pipe enough and it slipped out covering the floor with gallons of water. Once the bugs are worked out, this will be a good property
