10/10 stay! We wanted somewhere peaceful and private to stay with close family and friends after celebrating our wedding and it was perfect! Location is great with lots to do nearby.

This home in Chandler could be so great but it is in need of serious maintenance. The game room was a great space, linens were clean and plentiful (except for dead bugs on one bed). The pool is stained and chipping. A tech had to be requested to get it up and running. Simple things like replacing the filthy, mangled garbage can in the kitchen, shampooing the urine stains out of the carpets, fixing the dining room light (that was completely unusable) would be the minimum I'd expect. The air conditioning is a major concern for out of town guests that may not be accustomed to keeping their home at 80°. The AC couldn't keep up with the 100° days - and it was ONLY 100°. Temps in the home went up to 80° in the late afternoons. I understand renters can be hard on properties, but this one showed outright neglect. The hosts were responsive but ultimately, none of the issues were actually resolved. The current state of the home does not match the pictures.
We really enjoyed the house! Kids had fun swimming, putting and playing in the game room. We had plenty of space for everyone. Peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, with plenty to do at the house if you want to just hang out. Jeff and Bridget were quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had.
This place was such a great fit for our family. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a playground and walking path for a little exercise if you want. The highlight for us was definitely the backyard! The pool was a hit for kids and adults. The outdoor games kept kids busy and we had plenty of tables and chairs for lounging and just hanging out! We didn’t utilize the indoor game room as much (super fun things there too!) as it was just too nice outside while we were there. Inside was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding supplies. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms fairly roomy. The kitchen looked bigger in the pics but still worked fine and had everything we needed. Our hosts made check in and check out a breeze. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but they were quick to respond to the couple questions I had. We would certainly stay here again if are ever back in the area!!

We truly enjoyed the pool at this home! It was clean and so refreshing! The linens were clean and had comfy pillows. We had a great weekend stay at this home. We were also very happy we could have our furbabies stay with us!

Had a great week long stay here! Lots to do, great layout for more than one family. The three bathrooms and four bedrooms with two king beds were a highlight for us. Linens clean and bathrooms well stocked with towels and such. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, walkable. Did not hear any neighbors the whole time we were there and the park a couple blocks away was perfect for daily walking. We had a couple problems with things while we were there, ie pool not clean on arrival and a blown fuse. Jeff and Bridgett were very quick to respond and help us get the problems solved quickly. Only real complaint is the kitchen pans need updating we did a lot of cooking at home and the pans are very worn out. Also, it is an older home and the whole place could use a refresh of decor and carpets. But it met our needs well and we really enjoyed our time. The location was perfect for getting to the greater Phoenix area.
We came for SB with my family and mom and the house was exactly what we needed for a home base. J&B were very communicative from the start, checking in throughout the visit to make sure everything was going well and responded quickly to the few questions we had. The house was wonderful! Perfect for us as a family traveling with a parent as there is enough room to spread out but still have some personal space and bathrooms. The pool and games gave the kids things to do while the adults enjoyed the hot tub after long days of adventures. The house was exactly as the pics and description laid out and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The house contributed to what was a memorable trip for my family and I and J&B were excellent hosts who cared about their guests and making sure their needs were being met. I would highly recommend their place when traveling to the area.

This place is fine if you are college kids that don’t care about stained carpets and bathrooms with old, dirty looking showers. Also, expect to pay extra if you want the pool heated during winter and spring stays. The owners are responsive to requests and issues.
Soaking up sunshine Went to the valley to get out of the cold for a few days. Made some hikes in the Superstitions. Enjoyed having a comfortable place to swim and relax in the hot tub. Nice home, nice neighborhood.

Comfortable stay We had a nice time in Arizona and the house was very comfortable and our kids had a fun time with all the activities! The pool was fun and the arcade games were a blast. The service was wonderful and very helpful.
Jeff and Bridget were fantastic hosts! Highly recommend this property as it's roughly 30 minutes from a large number of activities including some of the nicest golf courses in the area. They are responsive, proactive, and extremely eager to make your stay as amazing as possible. Would happily return back here!
Jeff and Bridget’s place was great and exactly as presented online. The rooms were spacious and the backyard was perfect for a weekend in Phoenix. Location is in a nice suburb about 25 minutes from the PHX airport. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My adult children & I spent our first Christmas ever away from home. This property in Chandler kept us all entertained with the pool, putting green, hot tub, table tennis, cornhole & indoor game room. We were able to easily cook meals in the large fully stocked kitchen and grilled on the bbq in December! Plenty of room for all of us. Gorgeous yard. They were quick to respond to our questions & requests. Very friendly. Nice, safe neighborhood. Also close to Top Golf & many restaurants & shopping. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Jeff & Bridget! We had an amazing family Christmas at your place.
We booked Jeff and Bridget's place for a family trip to attend a wedding in Chandler. From the start, the hosts were extremely responsive, keeping me informed and answering our questions within minutes. They were also accommodating when I requested a slightly earlier check-in time. Upon arrival, the house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It comfortably fit our entire family, with plenty of beds and space to gather—even our dogs were welcome! The backyard was a great size, featuring a heated pool, BBQ, and outdoor games, though we couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the winter season. The kitchen was well-equipped but felt a bit small, especially the island, though our busy schedule meant we didn’t cook much. The game room, located in the garage, was fun and included a hanging bed, but it’s not insulated, so temperature varies. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this 5-star property for anyone visiting Chandler!

Great Spot Management company was super responsive. My boys absolutely loved the game room. They said it was their favorite room they have ever seen in any of our rentals.
We loved the outdoor amenities and the game room! There was lots to keep the kids (and big kids) busy! The beds were super comfy, plenty of room for all, and thankful for the fans in each room. Jeff and Bridget checked in and were super responsive, but thankfully there were no issues at all! We will definitely share with others and be back!
Need maintenance, too expensive for that many issues. Positive: The play area in the garage was great. Negative: Dirty hot tub, cold pool, no floaties for the pool and no way to blow them up, broken ping pong paddles, 1 golf ball, broken shower, burnt out lights, crumbs in master bed, broken toaster, filthy garbage can, outdoor light around yard did not work, could not see to play ping pong or golf…
Fun! This house was in a great location for the wedding we went to in chandler. The house was perfect for our three kids. The owner was great about communicating.

Hannah was a very responsive host with a great house for our big group. We loved the pool, the hot tub, and a living room big enough for all of us to hang out. Check in and out is super easy. The location is great for anything you could want!

Good times at the Putt Putt house. Positive: We loved the backyard and game room for our group of baseball boys. The adults even played some Pac-Man. The dining room table fit our entire group exactly and it was so fun to share a dinner in there and later play card games and chat. The beds were all comfy and the rooms laid out perfectly, Negative: I really don’t have any complaints other than I wish we could have stayed longer!

We felt right at home. The house was spacious and extremely clean! There were activities to do inside and outside of the home. All of my kids were super busy and entertained. Hannah was very helpful and super friendly! We’ll definitely be booking again !
