Although the Airbnb wasn’t exactly as pictured, the place was still very nice, and the host was amazing! A few things were missing, such as the “Good Vibes Only” sign, and the living room was set up differently than what was shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent, as they responded within minutes whenever we reached out. The cleanliness throughout the house could have been better, but when we requested that the hot tub be cleaned, the host promptly sent someone over to take care of it. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the hot tub, made amazing memories, and appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality. Thank you again for having us! 😊

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Kylie’s place! The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was also lovely—quiet, peaceful, and very clean—which made coming back after a long day of shopping especially relaxing. Kylie was wonderful to communicate with, and her responses were always prompt and helpful. Although we spent most of our time out shopping, it was such a pleasure to come back to a place that felt cozy, comfortable, and truly homey. Kylie’s place looks exactly like the pictures and is easy to find. Great location 5-10 mins to the beach and local amenities and restaurants. The space is nice and open and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kylie’s home. It was clean, very nicely decorated and the communication was timely, professional and very friendly. We would definitely book again!

The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately when we arrived we tried to use the hot tub but it would not come on. We informed them that it was not working and that was the only reason we pick this place. The owners were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience, we also had issues with the hot water which they fixed but it kept going off. Overall I would say it’s okay but not my best experience.

The house itself and the atmosphere inside are in line with the price. It was an inexpensive option, since all the other good houses were occupied during the holidays, so I chose this house because it was available. There were many problems inside: the air conditioner didn't work, the microwave didn't work, and the grill was faulty and very old. All the furniture is quite old and needs to be updated. But at the same time, it was quite clean and the owners always responded in a timely manner. The air conditioner was repaired on the first day. And instead of the broken microwave, I bought my own. If everything in this house is repaired and a new grill is installed, then the photos will match the reality.

I had a wonderful stay and would love to book again in the future. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Nice house to stay when in Florida. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach and malls.

The home is lovely and very easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe for evening walks. Very easy to find you way to the beach as well. The Hosts were friendly and helpful through out the process. My family and I will be rebooking the next time we are in south Florida.

False Advertising- I’d rate it a 0 if I could This home is not as advertised, my family and I walked in and out with 15 mins due to an awful odor, lack of locks on the windows which was a big safety concern and damaged furniture. One of the bedrooms is basically a garage turned into a failed attempt of a bedroom. We contacted the management company immediately and requested a refund and were given the run around by Elliot for a week. They wouldn’t return messages let alone my money. Absolutely awful, what a scam. Save your money - bunch on con artist. DO NOT work with this management company, they cannot be trusted.

We had a great stay, super quiet neighborhood, and a plus to stay in a home that was smoke and pet free! Very comfortable beds I must say , and the A/C worked great! If I need to stay down in the area again will definitely go back!

The home was beautiful and peaceful, I loved my stay.

Although the house seems very cute, it seems as if it hasn’t been maintained at the same level. Lots of little things either damaged, dirty, or warn. None of the rugs as pictured in the listing were in the rooms, rather they were all rolled up and sitting on the floor in the corner of the pool table room. The was also sugar ants in both bathrooms and the kitchen. It was at some point decently updated but it needs some maintenance and good clean. I own an air bnb myself and appreciate an honest review. I will say we did have a few questions and the hosts were quick to reply.

Awesome place at a great location. Very well kept and provides various amenities which is nice. Great backyard area to hang out in and a perfect hot tub. Definitely recommend!

We ran into a few issues with the house. When we arrived it wasn’t clean and found multiple broken items. I tried calling the host but they never answered. Eventually the responded by message but I never got a call back. The host was very nice but unfortunately the first impression was not great. The house is beautiful, with a large space and my kids loved the pool table. If they make the necessary repairs, replace the or reupholster the swivel armchair, clean the rugs, oh and make sure the house is cleaned before someone moves in; the renters experience will be much better.

Everything was nice and clean. Host were responsive and communicated with me the whole stay.

Winter stay Overall this is a very nice place. The beds are comfortable and I loved the large kitchen and dining area. Yes it does need some more lighting in main room. Couch looks a bit dated. Overall its a nice condo for sure and I ended up booking it again. Alot of value for your money. The house was clean on arrival .

Nice Stay Stayed 4 nights while visiting my son. The house was clean and decorated but wasn’t fully equipped with kitchen utensils for a family of 4 or more. There were only 8 towels for the entire house so you’re expected to do laundry while there. The pool table only had one pool stick and it didn’t have a tip so couldn’t play a game at all. The backyard was nicely done and good for entertaining. There were small sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom the second day and the property manager sent an exterminator same day and the ants were gone by the next day. Overall good stay considering same price as a hotel with much more room and two bathrooms.

Worst experience ever The house was not not ready because of the terrible tenants however the cleaners did so much to leave the house in decent condition. The house is not equipped for not even for 4 people no spoons no wine glasses not wel equipped period Lights in laundry room pool area and gazebo not working . No one called as back to follow up

The house was ok very large kitchen was large Not enough utensils . Lighting not great lights part of fans. Broken draw in refrigerator ripped fabric on arm chair. In general slow responses when asked them to move the two large garbage cans filled to the brim by they themselves. Bottom line lots of details not up to par.

Place was super clean and clutter-free which I like a lot. Hosts were quick to respond. Things that could use some attention are as follows… There were NO paper towels, dish towels or pot holders. The kitchen is great for cooking and I did cook dinner and breakfast. Hottub water level was wayyy down and needed filling… might want to make it easier for guests to access the back water spigot in order to fill tub to use. Some things the kitchen could use are a vegetable peeler, and some sort of basic blender for juicing. And a working ice machine would be nice as well. Had to go out for ice after checkin. Also would have preferred that the cleaners weren’t still there at checkin time(4pm), but we went for a drive while they were finishing up. It WAS nice to do a couple loads of laundry, TY. All in all, it’s a good rental. Just watch that hottub issue because the hottub was actually the reason for booking as opposed to other AirBnBs in the area. Would stay again! Thankyou!

Perfect home, it accommodated everyone. Very peaceful neighborhood and spacious. There was little to no problems just minor things that could be fixed in no time. I will be booking again with these hosts!

Our stay was pleasant, really comfortable stay. Few things though, we had no extra garbage bags, and no dish towels or mitts for the kitchen. We had to buy a sponge and garbage bags.

The house was spacious enough for a family, close to grocery stores and nearby beaches. Location may be the best part about it. Sadly this house needs maintenance, all are minor however it’s not in condition to host guest. Beds also need to be changed as they are so uncomfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive to guest and once things in the house are fixed it would be more then perfect

Home away from home, all the amenities needed, very family friendly ,great backyard for cookout only thing missing is a pool but I enjoyed the hot tub. This was our 2nd stay and would book again. Elliot & Kylie’s are great host and always responds quickly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Deerfield Beach hosted by Elliot and Kylie. I can confidently say that it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, making it a cozy and comfortable home away from home. The host, [host name], was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.

Elliot & Kylie’s house is beautiful! It has everything you could expect and more! Beaches in Deerfield are beautiful specially if you are not into the crowded beaches. I recommend 100% this place.

I absolutely loved this property!

Host was very responsive. There were a couple issues during our stay but the host was quick to respond and accommodate. The house is easy to find and looks exactly as advertised. It comfortably fit 6 of us. The pool table was lots of fun and a nice backyard area.

Wonderful place in general and would stay again. Only slightly concerned that the last person also noted an issue with the hot tub jets and being dirty. It was also dirty for us and the jets didn’t work. According to their notes the cleaner comes Thursdays but that person never arrived. And i felt unsatisfied with the response. We are an extremely tech savvy crew. It’s not a user issue. I’m afraid there is an issue with the jets. So I do hope that gets fixed. We are constantly on the road and the hot tub isn’t necessary to make this a nice place to stay. It’s just nice when it’s listed to have it. Otherwise a really terrific place!

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Anytime there was an issue they’d reply almost immediately, with that being said, there were multiple issues. The hot tub has a problem with the Jets and took an entire day to heat up, it also was dirty. The air conditioning was a pain because it was set to a certain mode where it would automatically turn up really high in the middle of the night so we’d wake up sweating. The dryer does not work. Both bathrooms have an ant problem. Other than that the stay was nice, the house is decorated beautifully, the kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor patio is peaceful, they have a pool table and games which is a nice touch. The beds are memory foam so they’re comfortable. Overall we were only there 3 nights so it was nice.

The home was spacious and lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. So convenient to stores, restaurants, the beach, and fun activities. The back yard was such a great place to hang out with a hot tub, fire pit, and great shady seating area. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The house looked exactly like the pictures, my family and I loved it. The backyard was a great family area to relax and hang out as well. The ONLY small issue was we had no control over the thermostat, to keep home cooler. Other than that great home away from home. Still a 5 star
