We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily come back again! I stayed here with my 8-year-old son for three weeks, and this apartment was the perfect home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for a longer stay. One of the things we appreciated most was that the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for the beach: folding chairs, a beach umbrella, and even an insulated backpack that kept our drinks cold for hours. Those little details made every beach day so much easier. The host was exceptional—always kind, responsive, and available. Every question or request was answered within minutes, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The location is fantastic. There is free parking, and within walking distance you’ll find grocery stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, and the Dolphin Plaza, where we enjoyed some of the best gelato. Honestly, you could easily enjoy your vacation here even without renting a car. The beach is only

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was a perfect size for 2 of us to spend 10 days. Had everything we needed. For the most part it was clean, however the couch/couch pillows and bathroom tub had visible dirt stains. We also slid on the rug covering the broken tile, not a great place for a rug & that tile needs to be fixed for safety precautions. Overall we’d give this plays a 4/5 stars, it was in a great location, walkable to many stores and the beach.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great spot in Kihei, close to beach and nearby plazas. Bed was comfortable, A/C kept the place cool, and host provides beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and bodyboards. Great kitchen and smart TV with a comfortable couch in the living room. The views from the lanai are so pretty and peaceful. This place is more affordable than hotels we saw in the area and comes with free parking and has a pickleball court, pool, grills. Parking lot A and B are in the front of the complex, lot C and D in the back. Walking to the complex has a bit of an incline which was fine for us but might prove a bit challenging to older or disabled visitors. The unit does need maintenance work in certain areas as mentioned in some other reviews and a bit of improved cleaning to improve ratings. The Wi-Fi range is quite weak as the modem is in the living room but the signal is very poor in the bedroom. My phone would lose signal just laying in bed. Overall, a great stay in Kihei and we would return!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Loved our stay in Kīhei!! Joshua’s place was in a perfect location and we loved the space itself. Very walkable to nice beaches, coffee spots, food places, and even a few small shops. Loved the friendly cats in the area and the back porch was one of our favorite spots to hangout. Kind of far from parking lot but very easy access to the road when walking places. Would definitely stay again!!

The condo was perfectly equipped to make our breakfast in the morning and pack our lunches to spend our days at the beach. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I have in a long time. It’s an easy walk to Kam 1 and not a far drive to other popular beaches like Kaanapali. I highly recommend and hope to comeback someday soon!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! What a great, quiet stay that's close to the beach and with a pool, jacuzzi & sauna on-site! Quiet, friendly neighbors. Lots of gnats (by the sliding door) probably attracted to the lamp. Tried to wipe 'em up as much as I could, haha. But that kinda discouraged me from using the patio area and fully opening the sliding door, which would have been nice. Place was comfortable and cozy! :)

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! One of the nicer condos that I have stayed in. The building was well maintained and had a nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and parks.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great place right by the beach in Kihei. Comes with some basic kitchen utensils and cookware. The condo was clean and as-described in the listing. Owner is communicative and informational but somewhat impersonal. The owner appears to be a company operating multiple listings versus an individual or a family owner/operator. Overall, if you are looking for a nice beach vacation place to sleep at and make a couple of meals, this is a great place for that. BTW, if a very friendly myna bird approaches you outside on the lanai it is safe. It's very talkative but also very forward and will hop on your shoulder and head. At first we thought it was someone's lost pet. However, we spoke with the maintenance staff and they said it is wild but friendly.

This condo could definitely use some TLC, it was a bit dusty and the floors needed washed when we showed up but Joshua got it taken care of right away. There are some cabinets with doors that need fixed, some holes in the walls and some broken floor tiles covered with a rug. After saying that, you cannot beat the location, two minute walk to what ended up being our favourite beach. Lots of stores and shops within walking distance, and it seemed very central to wherever you wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, we have a 12 and 15 year old that shared the pull out for 9 nights and it was no problem. If you have younger kids keep in mind that you are not allowed any toys in the pool, my kids were the only ones in the pool tossing a small ball back and forth and the manager shut them down. With that being said the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was great. I would definitely stay here again. Oh they do not supply equipment to play tennis or shuffle board so you’re on your own.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful place. There is some wear and tear (like a broken tile) that could be a hazard. Host was communicative. Our only issue was that we paid over $80 to be able to check in and check out slightly early. I’ve never been charged for early/late check ins/outs let alone $80. That was a bit frustrating.

Finding the unit and the office for parking when we first arrived did take some time but it was pretty easy to after once we got used to it. We would definitely stay here again as the location is very centralized!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and had an absolute blast. The condos location was right in the middle of Kihei so we were never bored. Boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs were so helpful during all the beach days we had. Only thing we noticed was upon check in, we noticed leftover food in the fridge and freezer and dirty dishes in the dishwasher which wasn't a big deal. We still had a great time. Would definitely stay with them again

The location was perfect and easily walkable to the beach, local restaurants and an amazing grocery/natural foods store. It was so nice to go to the beach and then hit the pool and sauna at the end of the day. This was truly the perfect place for us to have stayed during our Maui vacation. Having never been on the island before, I'm so happy we picked Kihei. The host was super responsive, the place was so reasonably priced, and we had a wonderful time, thank you so much.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Everything at this Airbnb was great. It was a great location in Kihei where we found ourselves in the middle of most things in the area. Only issues I would have was that the guest parking office was kinda hard to locate, since there was no exact location for it given. This Airbnb happened to be refurnished on day of arrival so it was a little different of a lay out then we had expected, but everything was great nonetheless.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! I really enjoyed the location of this accommodation—it was just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The hosts thoughtfully provided beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, and both regular and beach towels and etc. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly spacious for the two of us. One feature we really appreciated was the in-unit washer and dryer, which came in handy after long days at the beach. They even provided laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. The location is also ideal, with plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. The only downside for us was that the bedroom didn’t have its own air conditioning unit. It got quite warm at night, causing us to wake up a few times despite using the two provided fans and the ceiling fan. While that was a bit uncomfortable, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider returning!

The location is ideal—just a short walk from South Kihei Road and the beach, yet peaceful and tucked away on the hill, offering a quiet and almost hidden retreat. I especially appreciated the open layout of the living room and kitchen, along with the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer.

One of the more bizarre experiences I've had hosting. Rob freaked out over the sleeper sofa not being comfortable enough for his daughter. He then tried to get a refund saying there were health issues because we have a self venting kit for the dryer. He ended up using a loophole with Airbnb to get a full refund because we had removed an 18" tv from the unit that nobody used. Unfortunately this listing was not as advertised. The pull out was an absolute nightmare. Don't be fooled if they are still is advertising it as "cozy". There is zero cushioning left in the mattress itself, it is pure spring. That coupled with the hard bars underneath nearly crippled our 3rd guest. Also., there is no TV in the bedroom which we were expecting because it was shown in the pictures. It was very limited as far as pots and pans (there were only 2 (1 massive pot and 1 small pan) compared to the 7 lids they had in the cabinet. Very frustrating. When we complained the host offered to bring more pots and pans, a TV, and a blow up mattress like it was no big deal. Why were these not already there/as described? We did not feel it was fair or appropriate to operate this way. Lastly, the dryer is venting into the suite which is concerning because that can lead to extremely poor air quality, as well it can be a fire hazard. We ended up calling Airbnb and switched to another location.

The condo unit had a few minor issues, but overall it was a nice clean space. Enjoyed morning coffee/breakfast out on the lanai and was quite surprised to have oceanview being on the ground floor. Great communication with the host!

As well there was a great selection of beach gear. We loved the patio and grassy area outside with an ocean view. Great location too. Very safe and easily walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Wouldn’t recommend to families w/ young kids (3 and under) b/c 1) door doesn’t lock from the inside which is an issue if you’re preoccupied w/ one kid and the other(s) can work door handles and are runners (happened to me) - also makes it hard to see if the door is locked while you’re inside, 2) the location of the condo is a bit far from the parking lot if you have young kids that need to be carried plus you have your luggage (our issue). But if you’re traveling w/ no kids or older kids, the spot is good. Close to beaches, good food is less than 3 miles away. Condo amenities were nice. Host very responsive and tried to help w/ the lock issue. 5/5 for the host.
