We loved our unit. The pool is great, but with the new buildings that went up around it, it is quite shaded. I will definitely go back.

This place was perfect for our group! The condo was clean with a lot of space to gather. The balcony was very spacious with lots of seating. The area is definitely an up and coming spot a little outside the main thoroughfair but walkable to Broadway and we found a coffee shop nearby that we enjoyed most mornings. On Saturday night a newish looking venue across the street had a rooftop concert happening and it was like we had our own private concert on the balcony! Melissa and her team very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend the Music City Mixer!

Had a great stay here for my sisters bachelorette. Place was cute and spacious with a wraparound balcony. Host was very responsive.

Very well located and appointed. Close enough to walk to Broadway. Great patio with a view of the skyline. Easy to get on and out with the app.

Great place- worked out well for us for our nephews wedding in Nashville. Easy to get downtown to all the events and plenty of space!

This home was clean, spacious, and perfectly located close the Broadway. The pool was a nice “extra” to enjoy during the hot afternoons, and we were grateful for the bonus basket of pool towels. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s 21st!🥳

Melissa was a great host. Very responsive. The place was clean and matched the description. I came with my cousins and our kids. We were comfortable. I would come back.

This condo was so cute and has plenty of space. Loved the wrap around balcony. The pool and complex amenities were also great! The building has great security. I will say the location was the only downside, it was near the homeless mission and I definitely wouldn't walk around alone at night as we saw several confrontations sitting on the deck. The other downside with location is that it's a bit of a walk to anywhere except the axe throwing across the street. Its close by however the train tracks run between it a several places so you have to walk around that. Not a huge deal but just something to note.

We loved our stay here the condo layout was perfect for our group and the view on the wrap around porch was amazing. The host was very easy to work and extremely prompt.

Really great apartment! Super spacious and clean. Easy to get into and host was friendly and communicative! The area is next to a homeless shelter however we never felt unsafe and took Ubers everywhere. Perfect location, super close to broadway! Would recommend!!

Super spacious and close to broadway! Construction across the street woke us up around 7am every day, but I image this probably pretty temporary. Would be happy to stay again next time!

This was the perfect space for our bachelorette party. The patio is large and was perfect to lounge on. The space was immaculate and although we had some maintenance problems, the host was very responsive and had the problem taken care of right away.

App used to open doors worked surprisingly well. Location is walkable to Broadway and the gulch.

Great complex, great host, clean, all the good stuff but there a homeless shelter next to this complex and it’s a little sketchy. You should be fine if you uber just don’t walk anywhere.

Had a fantastic time! The place was big enough for our group and we loved using the pool as well! Would stay here again!

I booked this for a girls weekend and we had a great time. Our group of 7 was very comfortable here. The unit is really well furnished and decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the wraparound balcony with city view and sat out there often. This building has many reviews regarding train noise but this particular unit was as far from the train as possible and no one recalls hearing the train at all. The walk to Broadway was just under a mile which was doable for us, but an Uber was also quick and cheap and there are a lot of scooters available around the area as well. The staff in the building lobby was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
