Best experience and most wonderful stay at Crystal Beach! True gem condo! It was most wonderful stay in heart of Destin! It was spotless clean, quiet and safe, very modern beachy decor, everything we needed was there including beautiful kid books&games, chair service, literally walk to beach, super easy to communicate and tend to our requests, will absolutely come back! Exceptional stay! Deserves all the stars! Owner made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend!
Fantastic! Perfect for a family get away!
This place was perfect for our stay. Great location, right on the beach. everything you needed in the kitchen. pleanty of sleep space for all 6 of us. Had a box fan for those of is who need white noise. The flashlights they had there, were a big hit with the kids doing night time crab hunting. Will only stay here next time we come to Destin. The two chairs and umbrella that come with your stay were perfect, mo need to drag chairs to the beach. perfect stay 10 out of 10!
Perfect place to stay I took my 2 children and 3 granddaughters to Destin in August 2025. The condo was in the perfect location. Pleanty of room for everyone. The condo has a box fan for sleeping noise, you dont hear anything in the master bedroom. The flashlights that had were perfect for night time crab hunting. I enjoyed the patio dinning. The view from the condo is breath taking. We really liked the convenience of the beach being steps away. Absolutely loved the location. We will be staying here again for sure.
Nice location Clean condo with amazing views. Tight space but able to have family of 5 enjoy a couple of days together. It was nice to have 2 beach chairs for free as well.
Right on the beach This property was absolutely perfect for our family of three. You cannot beat the location— literally steps from the beach. In addition, the free beach setup on the beach made it so easy to get down to the beach and back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there and restaurants are located close by. We absolutely loved our still and will stay here again.

Beach vacation The property was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed being able to drink coffee on the patio and watch the waves of the ocean. The condo was as advertised clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. We will likely stay here again!

Perfect for long weekend stay My husband and I enjoyed the accessibility to the beach and the walking distance to some good restaraunts in the area! The condo was clean and fresh and help with locating Wi-Fi/parking passes was quick and productive.
Anniversary trip We had a ball it was nice and quiet even though we were on the bottom floor. Beach access was awesome and the views were great. This was our 33rd anniversary and we've been coming to the destin area from day 1. Keep up the good work
DO NOT STAY HERE & Don't Book!!!!!!!! We booked our wedding anniversary stay here bc the pictures and location!! What we walked into is as follows: !. We landed in Florida and still never had a code to enter for our condo after a frustrating dance with calls to get it.... 2. Opening the door on arrival (the smell was awful) the door stopper on the wall just fell off and the chain on the door was broke. For security !!! We couldnt use it! 3. After leaving luggage to look at the rest of the place here is what we found. a) Kitchen refrigerator leaked so much from the freezer inside the refrigerator that there was a puddle of water always! The front of the refigerator was so dirty and sticky, so gross. b)Stove handle was so loose like it was going to break off if we even wanted to use it. c) Dishwasher we couldn't even open fully it was so hard to use. and it was sticky dirty on outside! d) Livingroom couch looked so disgusting like using old slip covers(that were dirty) and it sank in the middle! e) No Screen on the back door. It was laying against the wall outside. We couldn't leave the backdoor open for a breeze or the smell in the unit!!!!!!!! f) The shower leaks at the faucet non stop even on off. The drain didn't drain it took 10min for it to drain while after showering .Its gross with sandy feet trying to get cleaned up. g) & BUGS!!!!!!!!!
Great location need more attention The location is exceptional—step through the French doors of the living room, and you’re right on the beach. Communication with the management office was somewhat delayed, though functional through the company portal. Despite reporting a few issues, their responsiveness was commendable; they even sent someone to address a concern on Thanksgiving night. However, cleanliness was a significant downside. The kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture require more attention to meet acceptable standards.

The location was the best part of our stay! The parking was convenient, and the first-floor unit made beach access unbeatable. It was so easy to walk to and from the beach, making this the easiest beach trip we've ever had. The beach itself was beautiful, with soft sand, clear water, and it was never crowded.Unfortunately, a few issues took away from the experience. We were notified while we were already on our way that the washer was broken for our entire stay. We packed light expecting to do laundry, so we ended up rewearing clothes or hand washing them. We also requested extra towels and washcloths since we couldn't wash them. We were told they would be delivered, but they never arrived, so we had to buy our own. The management company did eventually provide a small partial refund, which we appreciated.The condo could also use some maintenance. The fitted sheets wouldn't stay on the beds, the bedroom was very bright at night because of an exterior light, and the walls, baseboards, and metal fixtures showed wear. I also think the top bunk guardrail should be higher, as it sits about level with the mattress and didn't feel safe for our 7-year-old.We would absolutely stay at this condo complex again because the location is hard to beat, especially on the first floor. However, we're not sure we'd choose this particular unit again unless these issues were addressed.
The room was good, the WiFi connection was very poor, only worked in the living, room, could not watch movie in bedroom because of this. Ice maker on the refrigerator was not working properly, made very little Ice, like a glass full every day maybe.
Location was great. Ocean view right on the beach. Everything was clean the only problem was it has a musky smell to the room. There was also mold on the shower curtain. No parking pass in room. We had to call to office and get one.
The location was fabulous however when we got there I never received the code for the room, only access to the pool. I had to call to get it and that took around 30min. Then we got in the room and everything looked clean and nice until we walked into the bedroom and noticed the bed frame was broken so the bed was falling in in the middle. I was on the phone for 22min waiting to get help from the service line this condo uses. I never got through and the call dropped. I finally got a call back and eventhough it was 7:30pm someone did come fix the bed that day. There was also no instructions for check out other than to click a link I got in a txt to click once we left. We also didn't know until the 2nd day that an umbrella and 2 chairs came with the room free. So we took our chairs out the 1st day. All in all it was a great stay. Some inconveniences but they were corrected in a timely manner. Also this place could us some new kitchen pans. Some were too old rusty looking to cook in. Again the condo and location was great and I would stay there again.
Ocean view is special and just steps from the white powdered sand. Has everything needed and is spacious, a little older unit but good value and excellent location.
We had the best stay at this beach condo! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the sunsets each night were unreal — easily our favorite part of the trip.One thing we really appreciated was how easy the beach access was, especially with kids. Not having to haul everything a long distance made such a difference and kept the whole experience stress-free.There was also a great little coffee and smoothie shop nearby that I loved stopping at during my morning walks — such a perfect way to start the day.We would definitely stay here again!

The shower wasn’t working. Called for plumber came late fixed the spout but not the diverter. Light bulbs were burned out. Place not clean enough. No teaspoons only tablespoons that had been thru the garbage disposal and they were chewed up on the edges. Clean the vent next to the toilet in the hall bath. And they shut the door code off an hour before they should have to the door code.The best was the view! It was beautiful!

Location great..but the light outside by door illuminated the master bedroom at night even with the shutters closed, no kitchen table (despite pictures), and the kitchen was not well equipped - Teflon frying pans unusable, no silverware teaspoons (only soup size) and did not see any large mixing spoons. This would not stop me from staying here again but if given a choice, to meet my needs, would choose another condo.

We had a great week! This was our 2nd visit to this condo. They have made some minor improvements since we were there in April. We had some issues with the air conditioner while we were there. The management was great. Had it repaired very quickly. The location to this condo is great! We had 5 adults and it worked well for us. The hot water never ran out in the shower, that was nice!
Overall we were pretty satisfied with this condo. The only minor blips I feel need to be addressed are the leaky fridge and taking a look at the bar stools. One of them was pretty shaky with a damaged leg. Once some appliances get upgraded and some minor repairs on furniture then a perfect score is in sight. 9.5 rating for our stay.

Great location, check in right at 4, the refrigerator needs a new seal , you have to push it hard to stay closed, this is our favorite spot we’ve stayed here twice and will be back!!
Great location, the application does provides all the information that you need. Picture looks better than the real experience as the place felt dated. The main door lock was broken, and the closet was unusable due to a fan and large mirror. Appliances worked fine, and it was fairly clean, though vents were very dirty and need replacing. A fresh coat of paint would help. Bedsheets were clean, but the king mattress was noisy.Can’t beat the location.

Fantastic View The only thing to be aware of is that the shower/tub was slippery. I would hate for someone to slip and get hurt, especially if someone has issue maintaining balance due to a disability. Hopefully we will be returning sooner than later. A terrific place to stay!

Direct Beach Access! Went on our first trip to Destin and stayed here. This location was great! Walked right to the beach from our balcony! The property was clean and has a great view of the water. The section of the beach was blocked off for residence only and beach chairs and umbrellas were set out each day by the service. Some of the linens smelled unclean and there were minor damages to the internal furniture and fixtures upon arrival, but other than that the property was just what we were looking for. The neighborhood was family friendly, quiet and about 15-20 minute walks to nearby restaurants and shops.
Enjoyed the stay little discomfort Had a good time staying at the property. Enjoyed the view and the location of property. We requested for some additional towels and also mainly requested for the linen and comforter for the pullout sofa. Requested couple of times, they said they will do but never honored. And also the shower drain was very slow creating inconvenience during stay. Other than that all was good.
Patio opens to beach The room was right on beach which we prefer. Nice quiet area. Equipped for light cooking. Could use skillets that are in better condition, Luckily I brought 2. Safe- even had Amazon deliver to room x2. Enjoyed the beach chairs each day. King bed. Couch comfy. Found a great beach book there in room to read.

106B Place updated and as pictured but the mattresses in the king room and pull out bad were not comfortable at all. We did find a couple of roaches but they stayed they would be there promptly to spray after we left. The rug in the living room was filthy and I there was still sand on the floors from previous stay. The room is in a high traffic spot where people walk up and down from the beach and spray off but we love that the condo is smaller so the beach had less people and more private.
Great location Location was great, nice quiet complex. We were missing some bath linens(washcloths/hand towels) upon our arrival, quick to respond via message, however we never received the items. House cleaners were to bring the next morning and we did not get the items so we purchased out own.
Pleasant stay The location of this condo is perfect, being in the Crystal Beach area, which is our absolute favorite area in Destin. Our complaints regarding this unit would only be minor and are offered as constructive criticism only. The unit was nicely decorated and clean, except for the area rug in the living area, which was quite dirty. I would recommend providing coffee filters in the kitchen, as all other units we’ve stayed in included them and we had to run out to pick some up prior to making our morning coffee. Only two of the four vanity light bulbs were working in the main bathroom, so lighting was not ideal when getting ready for heading out to dinner. There were no mirrors in the bedroom, so that area did not provide a better location for lighting. We did see two cockroaches in the unit during our stay…one very large one in the bathroom and a small one in the kitchen.

Beautiful Condo But! Beautiful location, view , Decor & neighborhood . One small disliking was the old jacuzzi tub. In need of an update terribly & the jets were black & slimy on the inside. It could use an updated shower and forget the old jacuzzi & the condo needs to be sprayed for bugs. We saw characters that we didn’t want in our luggage.

Inaccurate description This year is the 4th year of us staying at Crystal sands, every time is been a different comfy but same building. Comparing to the others we’ve stayed, this has been the less kept up one, even though it says it’s been “fully renovated” if anything the kitchen is gotten work done. There is a review from September of last year, and after reading it, none of the stuff listed has been fixed. Everything is true. To add to the little issues, none of the power plugs work, only the ones been replaced around the kitchen area. Also, the first night we went out of the property we left our food out, and came back to roaches all over the food. The bathroom still has mold, old and dirty curtains along with the couches. The outdoor rug is very sandy. Asides from having the awesome view and the convenient access to the beach, there wasn’t much that we can say about this specific unit. We definitely enjoyed our vacations, but there was lots of small details that could be fixed, starting with some pest control
It was exactly what we expected, it’s close to the beach as you can get, it’s clean and comfortable. When we come back to Destin we’ll stay there again.

Nice stay we loved being right on the beach and it was gorgeous. It did smell a bit musty, and there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen under the paneling just sitting there and that was a big turn off. Some of the pictures had mold in them, which I am assuming was contributing to the mold smell. For the price we paid unfortunately I would not go again.
Great condo. Pool was nice. It was as close as possible to the beach. They could have layed out the condo more efficiently. The master bedroom was too big. they could have shrunk the master and added 2 more tiny bedrooms and put a shower bath combo between them.
Bathroom update The shower and tub combo takes a long time to drain. Would like an outdoor towel hanger. Kitchen was very nice and we loved our location and view. Loved the 2 complimentary beach chairs.
