Stayed here for a girls weekend and WOW was it perfect! Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and extremely spacious. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and there are multiple living spaces to gather with the group. The property is stunning and peaceful! Will absolutely be staying again in the future!!

Our group of 11 had an amazing time. Plenty of room, everything we could possibly need was thought of, and it was so peaceful.

We had an incredible time as a family celebrating the 4th of July here and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a charming family getaway. The kitchen is hands-down one of the best-stocked we’ve ever had in an Airbnb. KitchenAid? Check. Pasta Maker? Check. Breville coffee maker, Cuisinart, Ninja blender? Check, check, check! Two ovens, two full-size fridges, A+ Ice maker, and a Weber grill round it out. The bedrooms had excellent AC, comfy mattresses, and a full bathroom in each room w/ rainfall showers, hot & strong water pressure. The outdoor area is peaceful + kid-friendly, with walking trails, hammock, 100ft metal hose, toys, and games. This home is beautiful, charming, and incredibly clean, that feels more like a well-loved primary home than a vacation rental. It’s secluded and peaceful, yet a short drive to Tanglewood, and other Berkshires gems. You can tell this is someone’s special place, and staying here made our trip feel extra special too!

My family has been going to West Stockbridge for 3 generations so we’re familiar with the area, but what a hidden gem this place is!! So conveniently close to West Stockbridge (5 min drive) but far enough away that you feel like you are in your own idyllic woodland fairy tale. The views from every room were so serene and beautiful. The house itself is gorgeous yet cozy. It has all the modern amenities you’d want but retains that old house charm. We especially loved that the bedrooms were in 3 separate zones of the house- since we were a party of 3 couples, each with a child (or 2). Every adult couple enjoyed a comfortable king bed, beautiful bathroom, with another bedroom right across the hall (with another bathroom). Hosts were very friendly and responsive- we appreciated the tip about taking screen shots of entry instructions/wifi since the cell service is very limited. All in all we can’t say enough good things and will definitely be back!

The house+apartment was extremely well equipped. Lots of toys for the kids. Both kitchens had LOTS of cooking equipment, dishes, silverware, etc. We ate in for four days with no problem. Baking projects were undertaken. Additional relatives came for dinner. The linens were cotton (NOT microfiber, awful to sleep on). The ac kept us comfortable inside. And there was space galore, more than enough for grandparents, the next generation, a spouse, a nanny, and three kiddos under 5. There were two [small] downsides: first, renting both parts of the house was expensive. We would have hoped for some discount for having rented both parts. The second downside: this property is far away -- at least 30 mins by car -- from the towns of the Berkshires. If isolation is what you want, with civilization possible (Mass MOCA, Tanglewood, touring musical theatre, etc), and if you are somewhat price insensitive, then this house+apartment is a wonderful choice for a crowd.

Red Cottage was a little slice of heaven. Perfect for groups or families...there is so much space to enjoy. The landscape is beyond fantastic. My only regret is not staying for longer.

Our family vacation was enhanced by our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was appointed with quality appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware. The location was perfect within 20 minutes of most of central and south Berkshires. Would consider it again.

Crossbridge was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with a wonderful blend of vintage charm, unique architecture, and modern comforts. Our group of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and gather together, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the large windows throughout the home offered beautiful views in every direction. The grounds are absolutely stunning—peaceful, private, and full of wildlife. We enjoyed walking the trails, playing lawn games, and watching a baby fawn follow its mother past the gazebo. Despite feeling completely secluded, the home is just minutes from several charming Berkshires towns. The house was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and the host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We made wonderful family memories here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Expansive and charming property filled with wildflowers and even a small pond. Lots of nooks and crannies but it all works! Most bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Short drive to Tanglewood. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!
