This is a very clean condo. Our extended family of 7 enjoyed our stay. The only drawback for us was no hot water in the Master shower. The maintenance team came and adjusted the water heater but it still only gets slightly warm, not hot. We would stay here again though.

Great place to stay with family! Pools are so nice and not too packed. Lots of fun in the sun!

Very comfortable

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our group of 9. The pool was very conveniently located. Multiple beach access points in the area-just a few blocks away. Port-A is a cute town with fun shops, ice cream & coffee spots. We enjoyed the covered breezeway patio for coming & going and just relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to our arrival questions. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The place was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the private patio, pool access and assigned parking spot.

Family of 5 here. We have 3 kids. Our stay here was great. The kids loved it and felt at home. The beach rental (Pirates Bay) was so cute and cozy. It had everything we needed. If you’re planning on cooking a lot, make sure to pack seasonings. Theres a keurig coffee maker and a regular pot coffee maker, but no coffee. Pack your k cups or coffee grounds. The washer and dryer were very helpful!! We didn’t pack dirty clothes. The pool area is very nice. We had no problem getting in. We were very close to the pool and didn’t hear the noise when others were there. The host answered my question right away and checked in as well. Overall, our stay was great. We will definitely be returning.

Nice place, family enjoyed closeness to beach and pool/playground area

Fun spot, but needs a bit of improvement. We had to keep resetting the water heater. It says it accommodates 10 people, but it was 8 of us and we ran out of all the toiletries and toilet paper halfway through our stay. We also found two cockroaches.

Place was perfect for our family and having a pool and playground a couple of steps away was perfect.

Clean rental

The place was very nice. I would recommend if you are renting it that you bring things like tinfoil, spices, plastic bags. If you plan to cook meals. As far as pots & pans, utensils, everything was there. The place is very nice.

READ REVIEWS!! Rant - If you like hard, makes noise when you move bed with hair and stained comforter. This one is for you! You cannot have drive golfcart to this place because it sits west of 361 where no golfcarts are allowed, $500 fine. The restroom toilet was not clean. Rave-good size, open

The perfect port a Oasis Positive: Perfect! Clean, spacious, good parking, close enough to the beach, great pool and private patio. Loved it! It was amazing and we will stay again!!! Negative: Nothing! It was all amazing

We always stay in these units when visiting Port A. They are perfect for large groups. Always love the shower outside to get rid of sand before entering.

Perfect getaway Rental looks exactly like photos, the pool was nice except for the fact that people stayed in there blasting music and screaming until 2-3 in the morning, communication with the property manager sucks

We enjoyed our time staying at this villa through Sand Key Vacation Rentals. The Villa was clean and was easily accessible for my mom who has mobility difficulties. We have 6 children and this location accommodated us all comfortably. It was in a great spot and all our favorites were close by and easy to get to. We loved the private covered patio, outdoor shower and how close we were to the pool. The host was VERY responsive and quick to answer any messages I sent. The check in and out instructions were easy to follow and sent in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again!

The air temperature would not drop past 73 inside,the sliding bedroom door was broke,the pantry had a weird smell,the dishwasher did not work for us. But over all it was nice! Loved the fact that the bedrooms had ceiling fans! Beautiful layout!!

Nice and clean

I was upset i had paid Friday Saturday Sunday only because it made me book friday or could not book sat and sun only to find out that i had to check out at 11 am Sunday! When i specified I didn’t mind booking friday as long as i had sat and Sunday so my kids (2,3) were not able to enjoy the pool because they didn’t give us the code and when they did didn’t work they went in maybe 30 min day of check out because they open ar 10 am and was on phone trying to get code so my husband jumped the fence to take his babies to the pool because no code they gave me worked and then had to rush to leave by 11am and were not given a late check out so we were there like 24 hours when i paid Friday, Saturday and Sunday was not ok because I had specified when i booked what days i needed to be there! I arrived Saturday morning at 1 am. And had to leave by Sunday 11am!

Crane’s landing The kitchen sink smelled like fish. The doors to the pool were not working to get in. Otherwise, everything was very nice and relaxing.

Definitely coming back! The rooms were roomy, the closets were huge, and the master was so cozy! The walk in shower was a plus for my dad who has Rheumatoid Arthritis! The check in/out process was so easy and they make it such a stress-less process! We will definitely be back! 🙌

Green Oasis The stay was great! It was very clean, open concept made it easy for our large family to enjoy and conversation . Outside patio was great , during the day covered with fans , at night was peaceful sitting out . Over all it was a great option , I would highly recommend this property .

Amazing Such a wonderful spot for little ones! The pool area has a charcoal grill and a fenced in play area with turf for the little ones! As well as the apartment has as gates in breezeway with a little table for the little ones. We all ate outside and it was perfect! They place was also very clean…. And we are very clean people!!

Second stay at Crane’s Landing Our Annual Girls trip to Port A returned to Crane’s Landing for the second time! The location is convenient to the beach, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property is a comfortable “home away from home”.

Clean and Comfortable Great house for a weekend, or longer, getaway. Our family of five (all adults) did not feel crowded at all. VERY clean (and I’m picky!) with easy check in/access. Beds were comfy. I would recommend bringing extra paper towels and trash bags as there are no extras provided. And, no cleaning supplies were provided so had to wipe down counters with dish soap. You definitely have to drive to the beach but less than 5 minutes to closest beach access. Nice private porch with outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay was just as it looked. We were a family of 9 and at bot time did we feel like we were on top of eachother. We had parking by the entrance which made easy for unloading and reloading when ever we need too. The pool was one apt down but even on the patio we didn't hear it. The kids loved their space and I would rent again. We were mins from the downtown, beach and walking distance if we needed to get a quick snack.

Pirate's Bay Crane's Landing We were very impressed with this property. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and play area. The condo was very clean and we will definitely be staying here again.

Cranes Landing This property was awesome for a little family reunion get together. Very convenient to the beach and to the pool for our kiddos.
