This was a perfect spot for our family’s needs: clean, central, comfortable and close to lots of amenities. We chose it as it was within walking distance of family we were visiting in the neighborhood and I’m glad we booked it. It was great having the no frills right across the street, and we enjoyed the pizza at the tavern next door. Host was super responsive and helpful. Check-in and out was stress-free. It is on a busy street and noise could be an issue at night, but apart from that it was an enjoyable stay.

The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for us—very central and convenient to all the summer activities and places we wanted to visit around Toronto, which made getting around so easy. There was plenty of space for our family, and my kids absolutely loved it. The unit was also very secure, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special mention to our co-host, Uju, who was incredibly warm, pleasant, and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable and was a pleasure to interact with. Overall, this was an excellent stay and absolutely deserving of a 10/10. We would happily stay here again! Negative: Nothing really, we had a great experience and were very happy with our stay.
The apartment felt safe and clean and was in walking distance of some great night life. I was worried about the fact that there was no parking but there are plenty of reasonably priced lots nearby :)

This unit was very clean and the pictures made it easy to find. It's location near Little Italy and Little Portugal was ideal for walking around those neighborhoods and the access to the trams and busses was excellent and very close by. Street parking was very limited - we parked our car for the week in a garage a 15 minute walk away. The unit is up a flight of stairs which might be tough for someone with mobility issues. Also the A/C unit only services the main living area, not either of the bedrooms. While the bedrooms each had a fan, it was still quite warm but I was grateful that they immediately delivered an additional fan upon request. You are in a city on a block with restaurants and bars, so you could definitely hear road noise and people at night. The owners provided ear plugs in the bedside tables. The louder noises came from the unit above where people could be heard running and arguing late in the night, which was unfortunate but not really controllable by the owners.
The location is perfect. Walk ability score 10.The unit was as described. The host was very attentive.We love this area and spent endless hours exploring and meeting new people.We truly felt part of the community. So much better than a hotel stay.

This property is in an excellent location and was just what we expected and more. Is very clean, had more than expected amenities and would definitely consider staying here again. The host communication is excellent!I wish the whole booking and payment with VRBO and the host was a bit more streamlined but managed to get thru it.This location is close to lots of options for food and places to go, and is spacious.If you have a car the parking is only on the nearby street’s but that can be interesting, there is a pay lot with a short walk as an option.The noise from College St takes some getting used to, earplugs help a lot (they do have some in the nightstands) as well as whoever the stomper was above us but that is intermittent when they were awake.Overall though for the price and convenience of location makes this an great choice, definitely happy with the A/C and fans to move the air around.
The stay was super clean and in a lovely location we would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in the area far exceeded our expectations

The place is great if you are a deep sleeper , but if you sleep light and want a good night’s sleep the noise from the rooms facing the street will keep you up at night. When the tram passes the place rumbles too !They talk about using earbuds and noise at end of the property description and obviously bury the bad stuff after telling you at the opening that your will get a good night sleep.VRBO get your host to make the noise more predominant on top of the description because they offer no compensation for people who get caught like fish who don’t read all the buried stuff.Other than that some pretty common sense stuff is missing.1. bring extensions because the plugs are in the middle of the bed so plugging your phone to charge is a challenge. I broke my plug because I had to reach out for my phone !2. some hooks to hang towels. 3. A garbage bin that’s bigger than a cookie jar with bags that fit.4. Door handles that fall off.And parking instructions for nearby parking that make sense. They sent me to a pubic parking that was 30 minutes away when there was one much closer!But host was nice quick to respond and bring stuff and place was renovated and nice - but obviously far from perfect!Fortunately both my son and I are deep sleepers so it wasn’t much a problem - had my wife came who is a light sleeper it would have been a disaster!
Great Stay in Toronto close to everything!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Everything was spotless and very clean upon arrival. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Perfect location in Little Italy. Easy access to the trams and busses to get around Toronto. Felt very safe in this area. Fairly quiet. Could hear the tram a bit but you gey used to it. Unit was very clean. Host responded to questions and requests very quickly. Would 100% recommend this place to stay.

The host was veryvfriendly. But the location was very noisy. The appartment was nice but the bed and the matrass are bad and very uncomfortable. I hve to leave the appartment for an hotel after our first night.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location and in a great neighbourhood with a variety of taverns and restaurants. We had great communication with the host throughout the duration of our stay. We did experience night noise from the street and from other guests. The apartment was comfortable and we appreciated the A/C. It was a good value for what we paid.
The location was excellent everything was right outside the door,Resturants , bars coffee shops, grocery store and streetcars. The apartment was large and clean. As light sleepers it was loud for us as College St is a very busy area day and night. The king size bed box spring was exceptionally creaky but should not be an issue as the host confirmed they had a solution The host’s communication was very prompt and accurate. The payment process was frustrating as it went through a 3rd party ( uphost) and the system did not process my deposits and I had to call repeatedly to uphost as the issue was on their end . The host kept providing useful information for me on payment issue and I wish I could have just dealt directly with them instead the booking agent Overall the location and the host made this great experience. If you want a place in a wonderful but lively 24 hour neighborhood featuring Portuguese and Italian culture I highly recommend staying

We had a great time, this location was fantastic. The host responded quickly when I got confused as to how to get instructions as I forgot the passport site. Debbie helped me out and I got in quickly. I would recommend this spot.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Throughout our trip, we kept saying “we lucked up on this space”. We were down the street from everything; downtown, china town, restaurants, Kensington market, and so much more. The apartment was in the perfect location. The host was very friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and beautiful. It had so much space for just the two of us and that’s how we like it.
Awesome spot right in the heart of everything, with heaps of great bars and restaurants nearby. The host was an absolute legend and gave us some top-notch recommendations for places to check out. The place itself was super cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had a great stay! Very clean and was nice and comfortable inside. My only complaint is that the shower drained very poorly, so I was standing in a puddle. Otherwise, a great location and price.
