Really loved this space. It was perfect for my husband and I, had everything we needed. Location was perfect as it was just on the outside of the hussle and bustle of this cute boutique town, but close enough to walk to the Main Street with a stop to LaChance Winery. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The stay was perfect! Kelly was extremely helpful and very responsive! The place was located within a close walk to many shops and restaurants in town! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Under a week stay. The studio is as listed. It's neat and modern. The neighborhood is adorable with little shops and great places to eat in walking distance. Check in is not as easy as most, because they make you give a picture of your license front and back through an online link. You can not have visitors because only people who have provided their ID are permitted. Otherwise, they are communicative and reasonable management. I recommend.

Great location, great bed, space was spotless. Maybe bad luck, but the lock mechanism didn't work at check-in after a brutal 25 hours of travel and tending my mom in the hospital. Thankfully, there was support at midnight but it took a half hour when I was on fumes to access a key and get in. Almost went to a hotel. Neigher violated quiet hours and smoked a lot and his smoke smell made it into apartment. No tools for cleaning dishes, used paper towels. I was grateful for a place to stay and enjoyed morning walks before long days at the hospital tending mom.

This place met or exceeded all of my expectations. Well appointed. Clean. Organized. Coffee, creamer, extra towels, shampoo and body wash provided. Will look here to book again when returning to the area!

The studio is very clean & inviting. The bathroom & shower look classy & new. There is plenty of storage room for hanging items, bags, shoes, etc. The washer & drier are both LG and work great. Nice plus to have! Kimmswick is a peaceful, unique town. It has old Midwest buildings with charm and quite a bit to explore. Lastly, Kelly was Amazing to work with! I was there for almost two weeks, so obviously had questions here & there. She was very quick to respond and so helpful! She made the stay seamless and I always knew I was in good hands if an issue did arise or just simple questions. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Very cute and hust enough space for me and my husband. It was very clean and much nicer and more convenient than a hotel, for sure! It is located in the heart of KimmsKimmswick, so many things within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Perfect size for two. Great location for visiting family north in St. Louis and south in Desoto. Useable kitchen - was able to make a pot luck dish to serve 12 - 15!

The bed was comfortable and perfect for two. Loved having a mini kitchen and washer/dryer. Felt safe!

My husband and I rented Kelly’s studio for a weekend stay as we visited family in Imperial. It is a very cute studio. It was comfortable and clean. The only major issue we had was the heating and ac unit was burned out so we didn’t have any heat. We had to go buy a space heater for the second night. Kelly had gotten the maintenance man out as soon as she could and they unfortunately couldn’t fix it at the time, but if they were able to they would have. She made it right tho :)

minor issues with appliances. the toilet didn’t flush. i had to take the back off every other day to manually flush. the washer didn’t work when i arrived and i had to fix it myself. host was nice but felt more transactional than friendly. vacuum also didn’t work. i replaced and they offered to reimburse. they said “management” was coming on 2 occasions to fix the issues listed but “management” never came the owner did and she was less than friendly. owner constantly told me to move my car when it was in the ONLY place to park. the place was beautiful and hopefully they fix the issues i had before their next guest arrives

Wonderful studio apartment, very clean worth the fee. Wonderful historic surroundings.

My girlfriend and I found the room very comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have amenities that felt like home. The mornings there were very calm and relaxing. We definitely would like to stay again at this room.

Only stayed 2 nights but everything was great!! Would definitely stay again! Very cute quiet little town! 💚
