It was the perfect little place to stay for our weekend fishing trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.
We live locally. It was just what the Dr ordered. A little escape from reality. My husband and I left feeling rejuvanative

such a beautiful home nestled in a quiet little neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful getaway! only 7 minutes from rockport beach with lots of local spots to explore! looks just like the photos and the artwork is even lovelier in person :-) they were gracious enough to provide household and personal essentials and our host was an excellent communicator! very timely responses and very kind. would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something unique and homey! the fireplace was such a vibe 🔥
Stayed there with my husband and daughter for four nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and replied right away whenever I reached out. I'd say this house is more suitable for two people, as the Murphy bed in the living room had stains all over it, including one that looked like urine. My daughter could not sleep on this bed. Aside from that, the linens didn't look very clean, the countertop oven wire rack was very greasy, and the dryer lint trap was completely full of lint. The grass in both the front and back yards was overgrown when we arrived. They were also doing maintenance in the front and back yards, as well as maintenance on the hot tub, while we were there. It gave us the impression that the property may not have been thoroughly inspected/cleaned between guests. In my opinion, these are issues that could be easily fixed. The layout of the house is lovely and was one of the things we liked most about the property.
The locations was not the best neighborhood looks run down. There was a home that was being remodeled next door so they had the port potty right next to the driveway. The hot tub would not heat up just stays at 95. The Murphy bed had stains all over it. The linens were dirty. This is NOT a one bedroom it is a loft style home. There was a bad ant problem at the driveway which tracked to the stone to get into the home. I got bit a few times at night.

Hot tub was great, great value, well decorated and spacious. Super comfy bed. Host was very responsive in answering all questions or concerns. Location was very close to the beach.
There were a few minor fixes that have to be made, but overall a great place to stay! The guestbook was very helpful for finding restaurants and things to do!

Perfect place for our family of four! It’s away from the crowds of Port Aransas but close enough to drive into Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. The house had everything we needed and we’d rebook for sure!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. A perfect smaller home for a couple with a good layout and a hot tub to top off the relaxation. Minutes from the beach and in a good community. Highly recommend the stay

My husband and I had the joy of spending our mini-honeymoon here! The house was absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The private hot tub was just perfect and much needed to have a break from our busy lives. Rockport is the perfect little beach town with a ton to offer and this house is just minutes from the beach. Thank you for hosting us and we will for sure be back!

This rental was very relaxing, accommodating and super nice from the inside out, I wasn’t familiar with the corpus area so I thought we were closer to Corpus Christi, but even then the town of Rockport had some friendly bars, live music and grocery stores all around it everything you need was there! Side note : If you drive an EV or Tesla make sure you charge in Refugio‼️‼️ before heading to rockport there are no chargers there! We had a close call but got it all figured out!
Great spot and the hot tub made it!!! Love my time in rockport!
