Place was great!

Check-In was super simple and clear! The house was absolutely beautiful and fit our 8 guest perfectly. The hotel style bed they had to fit extra guests were super comfortable and accommodating!

We loved our stay. Communication was great. Highly recommend. The place was cozy and welcoming.

We had a great time here celebrating our friends Bachelorette weekend! This space had everything we needed and was in a great area. Pete was also very communicative and friendly

The Airbnb was just as described and even more beautiful in person! The home was lovely, comfortable, and had such a warm, homey feel. The beds were very comfortable, and everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The surrounding area was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I loved this place. The attention to detail. A lot of rentals lately feel commercialized and sterile. This was both professional and warm. Cozy. I’m a nerd. I loved the books all around. The generosity in tone — another thing fast diminishing in the hospitality sector. I’m going to rent this place again!

Pete’s home is both gorgeous and a well thought out space for vacationers. He literally thought of all the things you might want or need on your stay. The den has a super comfy sofa and chairs and flows into the kitchen, which has lots of counter space and labels on all the drawers to let you know where things are. Although we mostly dined out, there is a large dining table that is also perfect for playing games - there are many there for renters to use. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the chair in the main bedroom to sit and relax in, and that there were luggage racks in each room. Also, the main closet is an amazingly large space that has a floor length mirror, as do all the bedrooms. The whole house was immaculate. We had a great stay and would definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Beautifully decorated home, and exceptionally clean! Walked the neighborhood daily, and was able to get an uber to the Nissan Stadium for a concert! Would stay again!

This Air Bnb was absolutely amazing! The Area is nice and quiet and it’s not a far distance from Downtown. The place itself was spotless and loaded with more than we could’ve asked for.

By far the most organized and well appointed Airbnb I have stayed in - they had everything we needed with so many cabinets/drawers clearly labeled! Made for a great peaceful spot for our family while attending a nearby wedding. Would recommend 10/10!

Amazing place to stay. Your away from the city life but still 6 miles away to an exciting night life. So much to do, so many places to see. But for sure, save your money and do not rent a car just use Uber. We learned a big expensive lesson that we didn’t even need. Cant wait to visit again Pete ♥️

Beautiful house! There were four of us and we had so much space. We really enjoyed the back patio as well. Close to all the restaurants in East Nashville.

This house is a in a perfect location! My family and I had such a great time relaxing out back. It is very clean and everything inside is decorated so nicely. I Would definitely stay there again upon my return to Nashvville!

We had a wonderful stay at Pete’s home in Nashville and would absolutely stay again. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious. It’s located just a short Uber ride from Broadway, which made getting downtown very easy and convenient. Pete truly thought of everything—every detail was clearly labeled, instructions were provided where needed, and it was obvious he put a great deal of care into making sure guests have everything they could want. We never had to contact him for anything because the home was so well prepared. The beds and linens were very comfortable, there were plenty of extra towels, and the entire property reflected real pride of ownership. While the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience made it well worth it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

I have stayed at Pete’s place several times while visiting family and friends. The place is one of the most comfortable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It’s located close to great spots in East Nashville but is quiet and peaceful. I cannot speak highly enough about Pete and this property!

Lovely home and accommodated our little family nicely! We needed the high chair and crib for our stay and it worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked and the bonus of having coffee there was a great blessing and surprise! Saved me in the morning for sure! Host, Pete was clear with instructions, communicative and responsive with in minutes. *Love the Notes through out the home that were very detailed and informative. Love the keyless entry as well!

We we’re in town for a conference at the Gaylord. It was the perfect quick drive there and an easy uber downtown for evening activities! Pete was great to work with and had a wonderful local guide as well as good instructions for checking in and out! Beautiful home! Definitely recommend!

We were gathering as a family and this was a great location for downtown and having a quiet setting.The home is very spacious and has a great yard.Pete knew we were having our Thanksgiving dinner and he provided a new roasting pan and everything we needed. The home even had a high chair and pack n play for my grandbaby . Super place!

Pete's place is beautiful and very spacious. It is immaculately clean and well furnished. There is lots of living space and it's well-equipped. Pete went above and beyond with communication before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

I am pretty critical when it comes for Airbnb’s and honestly…..there’s nothing critical to say. The house was perfect. It was perfectly appointed, the decor fit Nashville without being tacky. This shower was amazing. Pete had every amenity you could possibly think of and I really appreciated the full size washer and dryer. A definitive recommendation on my part.

This is my second stay with Pete at this property and each time has exceeded expectations. The home is well appointed and extremely comfortable. The instructions are easy to follow and every detailed has been thought through. The Gra Mar/Inglewood area is so fun and not at all like the rowdiness of Broadway. I will absolutely stay here again!
