Great cozy home with big bedrooms. Perfect for families with kids. And location is a hop skip and jump to downtown Bryson City.

Excellent place to stay for our couples weekend! The place was clean, updated, and well-appointed. We had a great time visiting Bryson City!

Cozy Hollow was everything it says it is on the Airbnb website. We had a a really amazing family get a way.

Excellent spot! Loved the firepit and chairs

The home smells very musty like a moisture in a crawlspace. All the doors stuck, legs on kitchen chairs were wobbly, toilets were all wobbly, refrigerator leaked water, so many flies in the house that we ask the owner to bring fly swatters for everyone. Wood on the picnic table was rotted, railing across the back balcony was very loose. As soon as we arrived we received a boil water alert. It would’ve been nice if the owner brought us case’s of water to use for our three nights stay. Water was not usable the entire time we were there.

We had a great stay at this house. We had a large group. The outside and inside space worked perfectly for us. Would definitely go back!

Everything was as described. We visit the area regularly, but brought an extra family with us this time. The extra space and kid area was an added bonus.

Great location and house! Would good again. One tip for the dryer is that the light switch in the hallway has to be in in order for it to work.

Loved how close we were to town.

This air bnb is very close to Bryson city. We were able to get dinner, coffee, and easily get to the white water center and harrahs. Unfortunately, we got to the air bnb and there was a very moldy stench. There were dead bugs, stains on the seats, cobwebs, looks to be a leak in the ceiling, peeled up wallpaper, extremely cluttered game room, leaves on the carpet upstairs, chipped up paint in the sinks, bugs IN the towels, it was an extremely unpleasant living situation. I did address this all to the host and they offered to send someone to clean. But really when you’re already there, it’s too late. It’s very dated and dirty for the price you pay.

Loved the house; it was great for two families with kids. The host was very communicative and responsive. The location is perfect, so close to Bryson City. The outdoor fire pit is great, and we could watch the kids run around in the grass and catch fireflies each evening.

Adorable house. Great decor. Plenty of space. Great location just outside of the busy part of town. House was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is just okay. The location is okay but there was a business across the street that was very noisy. The internet was out when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights and the internet was never fixed. I would not stay here again.

Wow!!! This was perfect for our multigenerational family stay for a weekend wedding. Main level bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for our elderly travelers with low entry showers. House was immaculate. Kelly was lightning fast with her responsiveness. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the serene setting and the wildlife that passed through the yard. Cozy little fireplace in the den was perfect for cool nights. So close to town and all we needed.

This is the absolute perfect spot if you want to be close to the Polar Express and downtown Bryson City. Kelly was a great host and extremely responsive when we reached out with questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect!! We booked the stay to take our 4yr old to the Polar Express and we couldn’t believe how close it was to everything, yet it was private and we had plenty of space. The hot tub was a nice touch and we enjoyed relaxing under the crisp air. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

Great home! Very well maintained & great for families! The game room was stocked & kept our kids entertained! We were in town for the train …perfect location for that! The hot tub was also great for relaxing after a long hike! Highly recommend!

Our Bryson City, NC Airbnb experience was WONDERFUL from beginning to end! My family and I had the opportunity to spend quality time together under one roof for our niece’s wedding. The home was so lovely and offer plenty of space and amenities to ensure everyone was comfortable. Our host was amazing and extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning, booking and on-site support. We would love to stay at her lovely home again whenever we’re in the area! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The interiors are stylish and cozy, the amenities are thoughtful, and the whole place feels welcoming. It was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The house was a great house close to town, yet private and away from everything. We had three couples, and we were all on motorcycles from Missouri. There is very little gravel on the entrance of the driveway, but nothing to be concerned about. Just drive right over and up the drive. Firepit, hot tub, what more could you ask for after a long day of riding?

We loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to town so easy access to all of the local activities. The house has some fun amenities. Our son loved the playroom and we enjoying a starry night in the hot tub after a lot day of fun and hiking! This is a great spot to bring your family and we can’t wait to book our next stay!!

Our family loved our stay in Bryson City. The location was perfect, 1-2 mins to downtown and 5 minutes to the Deep Creek entrance of Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The home was super clean with great accommodations for our young children and extended family. The adults loved the summer nights by the fire pit and hot tub while our kids enjoyed the game room and yard games! We will definitely be back next year!

The house was perfect for our quick getaway with friends and close to the Cherokee Casino where we attended a concert. The downtown area was so close and we enjoyed walking around with the kids and getting dinner. The house is beautifully decorated, open and clean. The bedrooms are large, bathrooms are large, beds were comfortable and with plenty of amenities through-out. We had a large group and it was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay here - 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again! Great host with very prompt responses - thanks for the stay and making it so great for us!
