Location was great! Great size unit for the 2 of us. Although 2 queen beds in unit, I feel it would be pushing it for 3-4 people. Very clean. We were able to check in early which was an added bonus. As others stated, stickers in yard, but we have found the same experience with stickers summer of 2025 when we rented a house in Fort Morgan. Helpful hint - the condos across the street have a beautiful-sticker free easement we used (and cleaned up after our dog), as well as walking around the block.
We had a great time at The Cozy Cottage. We have stayed here before and love the location. The cozy cottage is beginning to show some wear and tear. Love this little house.
This was everything that the description said and a great price for the location. The beach was right across the street. The host communicated everyday to check in.
I had a wonderful winter in the Cozy Cottage. It was my second winter and I have it booked for next winter God willing. You couldn’t ask for a better location and I can bring my pup. She and I love the walking path on Lagoon Drive one street over. Bender Realty is a great company to rent from and always there if you need something.
This was my 2nd snowbird season at this cozy cottage. It is very convenient to everything I needed. I have a small dog and she loves laying on the spacious deck. This winter the weather was awesome and Haddie and I used the walking trail on Lagoon Road (the road behind West Beach Blvd) and enjoyed it everyday. Thank you Bender for taking care of the needs I requested. See ya all next year Barbara

Yes, it was the perfect size for us and our pet! The beach was easy to access from the cottage! Bender Realty was very generous and was there to help with any of our needs! Look forward to staying next year!
The cottage suited our needs. Very easy to take our 16 yr old dog in and out with ease. Great location to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I would stay there again. Management was nice and quick to respond when we needed something.
Exactly the right place for two people and dog-friendly. Very clean and everything worked perfectly. A very short walk to the beach. There are rental umbrellas and chairs on the beach so you don’t have to carry a lot.
Loved Cozy Cottage!
Loved the cottage! It is exactly what I needed minus the 9 inches of snow that came down on usnot in my plans but thank goodness I had everything I needed and the Bender guys were at my door next morning shoveling me out! Love the Bender folks so accommodating. So the rest of my winter vacation was wonderful. I was in the middle of everything. So close to my favorite restaurants and the best walking path in Gulf Shores! You can always stop at Beach House for a cocktail if you are thirsty Love Gulf Shores. Oh did I say how comfortable the beds are? I really didnt have any complaints and neither did my pup she loved the deck! I hope I didn't over sell..if so too late I already booked for next winter cheers
The stay was absolutely wonderful! The rental was in the perfect location in my opinion! The home was very clean and in great shape! The staff were extremely helpful and quick with responses! We really enjoyed the stay. We couldnt have asked for a better vacation! We appreciate yall so much and we will definitely be booking with yall again!
The property management team is EXCEPTIONAL. The cottage is cute but could use some updating and decorating. Kitchen and accessories for kitchen/cooking is definitely a deterrent for future stays.
We were highly satisfied with our Airbnb. Sandwiched by condos, this little house was just the right amount of quirky and retro. It harkened a simpler time. The beach access was super close!
Beautiful stay very clean house! The fire alarm needed a new battery besides that very clean home and close to the beach absolutely love it!!
