My girlfriends and I really enjoyed this property. It was clean, beautifully designed, and has everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and next to the pool in the afternoon after sightseeing all day. It was a great location, within walking distance from the park, public transportation, and a few local bars and restaurants. Even the Mexican restaurant right next door was great. If you prefer not to use public transportation, Uber rides were also quite affordable, and it seemed like everything was within a 15-20 minute radius of the apartment. The host was friendly, checked in with us, and was very responsive. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
I loved how peaceful the neighborhood is and the apartment is pristine, excellent beds, blackout curtains are amazing, they have everything you need in the kitchen to make whatever you like, and the entire place is just gorgeous. Whoever did the designing of the interior did an excellent job. Huge closet so you got plenty of space to put as much stuff as you need. Really top-notch New accessories. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The porch was really nice in the evening when the humidity went down has a nice view and I loved how close it was to walk to Centennial park! All around a great day!
Would definitely stay there again and recommended it to others

Unfortunately, there were several issues that would prevent us from booking again. While the house was generally clean, there was significant water damage to the living room floor, including a very soft area that felt unsafe. When brought to the owner’s attention, we were asked not to walk on it, which is difficult considering its location. We were told no one had mentioned it before, which was surprising since a chair was positioned directly over the softest spot. The walls were dirty, and there was a noticeable mold-like smell under the kitchen cabinet. Both bedroom mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to need replacing, with 2x4 boards being used for support. For a stay costing around $1,000, we expected a much safer and better-maintained property. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
Rental is within walking distance to see the Parthenon. Enjoyed the balcony.
We rented our condo from Saturday to the following Sunday! It was literally spotless! Not one ounce of dust on vents, lights, furniture, and baseboards! Smelled clean! Linens were crisp and spotless too! Pool area was clean and nice too! Plenty of parking! Excellent communication! There are very few pots and pans, which we planned on eating out anyways, but if you’re wanting to cook a full meal you may want to bring a few. It’s still 5/5 stars. Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!
Very accommodating place that was perfect for what we needed in Nashville- a cozy, peace and quiet we could rest and enjoy and a short 10 minute ride downtown when we wanted to explore. Would recommend- thanks against Melissa for the southern hospitality!
Excellent stay! Great location, newer building and very helpful communication from host. Melissa was very welcoming and wonderful with answering questions. Close to everything but still quiet. Parking is covered and on the property, which was a definite plus. Incredibly clean and well decorated while still being inviting. Bedding is also very nice. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Flooring is starting to wear and tear a bit, but expected for short-term rental in Nashville. Easy access with door codes. Have already recommended to others and would stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s. Condo was very clean amenities were great had everything we needed. Melissa answered any questions we had in a timely manner.
No complaints about honesty. This listing is upfront about what it is. But what it is, is the slow death of what made Airbnb worth using.
Corporate operators have flooded the platform, and staying in one of their units is a reminder of everything that’s been lost. There’s no host who knows the neighborhood, no personal touches, no sense that your comfort was a consideration beyond the basics. Just a $165 cleaning fee, a checkout checklist, and a property managed entirely at arm’s length.
The bed was the worst I’ve slept in at any accommodation. The whole experience felt like a hotel stripped of every hotel perk — no housekeeping, no front desk, no loyalty points.
Book here if you must. But know that every booking like this is a vote for an Airbnb that’s indistinguishable from any other mid-tier hospitality brand.
Lovely place. Easy to find and accessible to everything in Nashville by walking or by car. Parking was easy and also covered which is great. Only wish there was an extra light available by the couch (a little dark at night with only mainly the kitchen lights).
This place was perfect for us! We were in town to celebrate a birthday and the location was great - we were close enough to walk to most places or just a short drive away. It was such a quiet neighborhood, so great to wind down! The host was great and extremely communicative - always available for questions, checked in throughout our stay and provided recommendations! If we’re ever planning to be in the area, we would definitely stay here again!
Mellissa place was very clean and conveniently located to Broadway and other attractions around Nashville.
The place was great and the host was very responsive at all times of the day.
This is a very modern place that would be great for a lot of people, we had a few issues due to us traveling with our two toddlers. Some of the modern features of this home are not compatible if you’re traveling with small children. Everything else was great.
