Great peaceful, relaxing and shirt trip to the beach. You are at the beach 2 minutes away.

Unfortunately our vehicle had things stolen both nights we were there.

We had a great stay, the location was nice being it was very close to the beach and shops. The pool was well kept and the fish cleaning station came in handy.

We found this rental to be exactly what it promised. A good location and nice home base for a few days at the beach

$55 non refundable damage waiver after you book - I just saw the price and pictures and booked it, never read the entire description so I was a little surprised. Super clean, great location, great value. We had 3 men there for a fishing trip and it was a little tight for us, but it would be perfect for 2 people. Worked great for us because all we did was sleep and shower there. AC blows cold and it’s pretty quiet out there. **The pool was super clean and the water was nice and cool. Super refreshing after a day in the sun. Overall would definitely recommend. We will likely book again in the future - easy access to inshore and offshore fishing and a boat ramp.

WARNING! This host is a rental agency. There is a hidden fee! After booking I was required to go to another website and purchase damage insurance which brought the cost up another $50. I tried to cancel within an hour but was refused! So be aware of this added fee. The unit is on 2nd floor, clean and neat. The kitchens well equipped. The pool was relaxing, had it to myself on the first night. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep. Yet, this is not a home style atmosphere unless you are a bachelor and always on the run. This is an older building surrounded by taller and newer ones. In my opinion, it will do for short last minute trip stays. The host was easy to reach each time. The 2 minutes to beach is definitely by car. I walked about 10/15 minutes to reach the board walk on the beach. It was ok of a unit, just didn't agree with the required damage insurance for 2 nights.
