The host did everything they could, but the noise from the laundromat was unbearable most of the time and was followed by noise/music from next door too. This meant that on most days I could sleep from 2am when the noise next door would stop until 7am when the laundromat noise would start. Even with very good earplugs on it was too loud for me. The place is perfectly nice but could not be enjoyed and unfortunately it's because of factors which the hosts have no control over, although I am grateful they did everything they could. I had booked to stay for a month. This place may be fine for a few days.

I stayed here for 2 months and the place is as advertised. As previously mentioned it has low ceilings and there is noise from the laundry mat above but I didn't loose sleep over it as its closed at 8pm. I'm 6ft and I had no issues with the ceiling height. Very close to amenities and everything you may need to get started in a new country. Nice Portuguese grocery store 5min walk down the road that I would frequent every day. I joined a gym which was only a 15min walk away. The place is located right at a bus/street car stop so very easy to hop on the TTC to get anywhere. Water pressure is great, and the water is nice and hot. No issues with the wifi the entire time I was there. There is one window in the kitchen but no natural light in the bedroom which oddly I prefer as it allowed a blackout room for better sleep. A space heater is provided that heats up the space very quickly. Knowing all this you should have no surprises. I would have no issues staying there for another few months.

Quick weekday stop at Toronto Positive: I loved staying here! The location makes getting around so easy and fast. I was able to go out and walk around at 2:00 AM and still find open food spots and places to grab a drink. I also went out early at 6:00 AM, and there was a Tim Hortons nearby, along with a mall offering plenty of food options, a Marshalls, and a Dollarama just a few minutes away on foot. The bus stop "St. Clair West" is right there too. The space is small but cozy, it was perfect for my family and me (my husband, my daughter, and myself). Since we arrived during a really hot summer, the air conditioning was a total lifesaver! Negative: When I first arrived, I thought the place was on the main street, but it was actually one street back. At first, I was worried it might feel a bit isolated or unsafe, but that wasn't the case at all. The Tim Hortons close isn't good at all, I recommend the McDonalds coffee instead

Exactly as pictured! I only stayed for one night but everything was as expected and the place was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Great stay!

Me and a friend stayed at this place as a night stop on our way to southern Ontario, and we were not disappointed! All hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, even with our same-day booking. The place was clean, spacious and they included some snacks and water. We had no issues with AC and the building included free parking, an addition that really came in clutch in a city like Toronto! I would definitely recommend this place for a group of two friends or a couple.

Le logement est bien pour l’emplacement, il correspond à ce qui est proposé. Malheureusement très peu de luminosité, la laverie produit du bruit . Dommage que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas car la chaleur et l’humidité sont présente. Mais les hôtes sont réactif et le problème de la clim était en cour de résolution. Les hôtes sont juste géniaux car ils ont écoutés nos commentaires et on était très honnêtes. Ils ont trouvés des solutions rapidement. Ne changez pas des personnes comme cela se font rare de nos jours

Basement apartment Positive: I like that it was clean, and had wifi the amenities they supplied, we bought our own but used tissue they supplied. Negative: We didn't like that we noticed mice bait, and it was Nats and fruit flies flying around and mosquitoes, the sofa bed and full/queen size bed wasn't as comfortable as we would've liked, it was 3 big raccoons outside where you park, we had to watch them from around the car just incase they didn't try to chase us. Overall location wasn't the best and under a storefront.

This was a lovely place for a short stay. beautiful and convenient. would have rated 4 stars but the portable AC unit was broken. so naturally it was a bit hot and muggy. the upstairs was quite noisy and there was no body wash though it says included in amenities.

The place was clean and neat, De was a great host. We requested for a fan, it was brought to us in no time. She also gave 30 mins extension to stay. There are many restaurants nearby in walking distance, very close to a public library too. Due to the presence of the coin laundry upstairs, we experienced noise day and night. Other than that, the stay was a good experience.

Absolutely excellent place to stay. Room was very clean and tidy when first arrived and matched the description for the room. De was extremely helpful as well. No complaints at all!

The flat is fine! Would rent again. Only “bad” thing was, the ceiling is quite low. I’m 190cm and almost touched it. Only one small window to receive small light. Still, everything good and very clean. Good choice
