You get what you pay for. The stay would be much better if they upgraded the sofa bed mattress — it was very uncomfortable for the kids. Guests should know that you’re dealing directly with the room owner, not the hotel itself. Therefore, you won’t receive assistance directly from the hotel. The owners do respond, but in our case, we arrived in Orlando at 11 p.m., and they didn’t answer. The hotel couldn’t provide extra sheets for my kids who were going to sleep on the sofa bed. If they could leave some extra sheets, it would create a much better experience for future guests.

It is a great place if you are with your family planning for Universal Studios. It was hardly 5-10mins drive from Universal. Sea world is near as well around 15mins drive. The place is in international drive which has lots of activities to do and everything is nearly walkable. The pictures shown match the place (pictures seem to be taken when the place was very new). It has induction plate and microwave so great for heating/cooking. The room is large and had 2 queen size beds which makes it quite comfortable for 4 people. GREAT LOCATION ADVANTAGE and HOMELY VIBE.

Positive: Nothing really except the location. Negative: I would Not recommend this to anyone!! The apartment is very old and smelt mouldy and unpleasant. We complained but no one did anything. The air con was too noisy and more smell when it turned on. They sent a spray the day before we were leaving. My child refused to stay there. We tried to stay out of the accommodation mostly as we dreaded going to that unpleasant smell. The lights in the bedroom didn't work, but no one came to fix them. The laundry facility took money but the soap dispenser didn't work. The laundry is again managed by another provider therefore we got told they couldn't help and the solution they provided was for us to take Uber and drive 30mins to get our laundry done, mind you I would have had to pay for Uber and the cost of laundry service. We only booked this apartment because it had laundry and kitchen facilities. The apartments are individually managed therefore the front desk won't help. We had to call a phone number if we needed to speak to someone. Their customer service is Terrible, we had to call several times to speak to anyone as they wouldn't pick up the phone and never call back. I would NOT stay there again and NOT recommend it to anyone. The worst accommodation we have stayed at.

The property was not as advertised. Starting with there were no clear check in directions when we arrived. The carpet was filthy. The bathtub was dirty and is peeling apart. The kitchen counter top was warped and coming up. The furniture had sweat stains on them. The blinds in both the living area and bedroom were broken and not able to be closed completely. The bedding appeared to not be fresh. There were no wash clothes only towels. The backs of the TV remotes were gone and covers in tape and not working well. There were so many disappointments with this property that we even tried to find another location but due to high demand for the weekend we were unable to secure an alternate location. So we went and bought our own wash clothes. Cleaned the floors and tub ourselves. This property was grossly falsely advertised.

Great communication from host. Location 5 stars. The unit is very spacious and meets your needs.

Sky hotel Positive: It had a large fridge, bed was very comfortable Negative: Unit was much smaller than anticipated, 4 people would have made it very crowded. Also much darker than picture shows . No stove, but that was anticipated. Counter top stove had no instructions, so it took awhile to figure out. And owner gave me street , only way i could find was to ask at hotel( i lucked out asked at Sky 1st , and it was the right one).

El lugar es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado, solo consideramos que hacen falta utensilios de cocina, no hay platos, tenedores, cucharas, cuchillos para 5 personas. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

This was a great location! So close to Universal and all of the parks. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would visit here again.

Close to universal/clean My suite was the perfect size for my family. very close to universal and walking distance to International Drive. The suite was very clean. The hotel itself is older and needs remodeling but still ok. Nice outdoor pool. The one downfall is that if you need something you have to call the agency. The hotel front desk will not help you. But they are very responsive.

Not worth it Positive: I like the proximity of where everything was in accordance to the property. Negative: We had two roaches in our room we had to dispose of. There was a weird aroma in the air and the couch was not functional. We kept sinking in when attempting to sit down. Our key card also kept disconnecting so it was really frustrating. We had to get it fixed five times in two days.

Positive: El apartamento tiene cocina. En el piso 4 del edificio hay laundry. Negative: No me gusto el sofá cama.

It was chaos getting key to door on arrival as I could not open email and it took a while to get Positive: Inside the unit was as last year lovely and pool/spa nice but unfortunately I did not use it very much at all. Negative: Felt unsafe at times, children wandering on the floors that made us feel intimidated.

Positive: lugnt o skönt läge, bra med bubbelpool, internet Negative: ingen städning på de 4 nätter vi var där. jalusiet/täckning för fönstret var inte helt hundra. saknade skärbräda och ännu en liten gryta. det rymdes inte med den stora grytan och stekpannan på spisplattorna.

Minha estadia foi péssima Positive: Péssima Negative: Não gostei desde a hora que eu entrei na acomodação quando encontrei o apartamento todo revirado com as cadeiras em cima da mesa, as poltronas em cima das camas, as camas desforraras, o banheiro sujo e cheio de lixo… em fim minha estadia foi um pesadelo e sem contar que na Madrugada o apartamento foi invadido por uma pessoa estranha com acesso a chave do apartamento e ficamos muito assustados, pois estávamos acordados na hora que a pessoa entrou e depois a acomodação veio dizer que a fechadura tava com defeito, saímos no dia seguinte, alugamos outro apartamento e fomos embora pela falta de segurança, pois o segurança do prédio estava sentado assistindo televisão na recepção na hora que a pessoa entrou pela recepção e foi até o nosso apartamento… não recomendo pra ninguém e nunca mais voltarei lá!
