I got this bnb for my birthday so that I can stay somewhere other than home but honestly I would’ve just preferred to be home. In fact that’s where I went unless I was out enjoying my birthday. I even left early because what’s the point? The first room I was given had fleas. I have at least 20 flea bites and that’s just me out of the other 3 people that were with me. I was changed to another room that only had 1 bed even though I paid for 2. They said that they sent out pest control and found nothing even though I’m never around any pets. You have to wait for hours for simple things like towels and toilet paper even though you’re in a hotel. The hotel will only help you with a key that’s it. Not worth the money at all. I would not recommend. I will never have them as hosts again. I stay in airbnbs often but this definitely made me want to steer clear.

Uninhabitable Property Positive: Not a thing! Nothing about the property is appealing. Negative: This is the SECOND and LAST, bait and switch hotel that I rent from Booking.com. The property IS NOT a Resort, nor is it anyplace that I would sleep . . Not even for free. The location does not have on-site assistance. It's a MONEY Trap. Customer pays in full based upon a beautiful picture of the Unit. Upon arrival, customer's are stuck. Customers are able to purchase single cans of beer in the lobby but can't ask for assistance with anything. An 800 number is required for ANY assistance.

Positive: I made breakfast in our room but this location was extremely clean and very Friendly staff and the location was perfect for the parks we were going too . and we are looking forward to our stay this weekend, Negative: I would have liked to have more shampoo and conditioner we only had enough for one night and we stayed for two nights, I also have long thick hair and I had to get my own shampoo and conditioner.

Check in/ Check out Un-flexible. Place was ok and clean, furniture needs updating, location is very good . Host is responsive . Overall good stay.

Most hotels at this price would include breakfast, coffee for the coffeemaker, along with sugar. Positive: There was no breakfast at this location. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. I liked that they provided plates, glasses, and silverware, along with a coffee maker, plus towels, and toiletries. Negative: It would have been better if they had breakfast, coffee for the coffeemaker, sugar also. Someone had removed batteries from remote in bedroom that I had to call host for. I didn’t like that it was hard to reach the host in a few occasions I had called. Though I did get through to them some after many calls. I tried reserving room again, and left message for them to call back, and they didn’t call back. I had to call back the next day, and they couldn’t reserve it as they rented it out. I wished they could be better at returning calls, and answering the phone instead of it going to voicemail on several times. It had shutters that was missing the turning control. When I had a problem with oil being over filled here; as someone appeared to have got in car. I didn’t like that the manager of the hotel was rarely there to help with viewing the cameras to see who may have gotten into car.Though they do have security that will occasionally walk the grounds of the property. It would be nice if they would also be given the ability to view the cameras during there stay to keep better lookout on the place.
