Great family house to stay

I had a large crew. This place and host was very accommodating.

Host was amazing and very responsive! Property private, clean, comfortable and modern! Neighbors were friendly but not intrusive. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Hannah's place is gorgeous! There was plenty of room and space for our group. Lots to do at the house that we didn't care to go anywhere else. The pickleball/basketball combo court was a huge hit! The pool and hot tub were serviced twice during our stay, which was very reassuring. I cannot find anything negative to say about this home. The host left plenty of bathing towels as well as pool towels. It was also great to have all the essentials provided, like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. I would love to stay again when visiting SATX. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at Cowboy Luxe Retreat surpassed all expectations; the property was even nicer than the pictures. We were a group of 12 and at no point did the house feel crowded, there was no shortage of things to do! Large trees provided ample shade to enjoy the outdoor amenities; the host even provided a lightweight leaf blower so any leaves wouldn’t disturb the play of the court games. Communication was proactive, I had no questions because they were addressed before they could arise! I would strongly welcome Cowboy Luxe Retreat to people of all ages and all of us in our group agreed we’d stay here again!

The property was perfect for the size group we had staying there. Plenty of room. It's an older home. So, that comes with a few issues that you would associate with an older property. The air conditioning was being repaired the day we checked in. That was resolved that day but a little bit of an inconvenience. There were a couple of issues with appliances/fixtures not being installed properly, that caused minor inconveniences (i.e. loose toilets, dishwasher not anchored, etc.) The game room was a huge hit with the family. And, the swimming pool and outside games were also a big hit.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Our entire family had a wonderful time, and the home had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, there were plenty of towels for everyone, and we especially appreciated how clean everything was. We also loved having access to the basketball court and really appreciated that all the pickleball equipment was provided—it made it so easy to enjoy the amenities. This is definitely going on our favorites list for future trips to San Antonio. We would happily stay here again!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The children’s bedroom was an undisclosed converted garage that had an issue with ac but that was fixed, but also the vents were covered with cardboard and areas not covered by the box allowed hot air into the room from outside, and it also had a door leading directly to the pool, creating a safety concern. A pillowcase in one room had makeup on it. We found a live roach in the master bathroom, and the hot tub showed the water change was overdue by 23 days! Several maintenance issues needed attention, including a loose toilet, broken towel holder, and damaged kitchen light fixture covered by a Walmart bag. We also couldn’t play pickleball after dark because there were no lights, and some of the mini golf putters were broken. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We had a great time during our stay here. All the amenities were awesome, the pool, pool table and pickleball court were a huge plus for our family. Only negative I can speak of is the a/c in the kids area did not work well at all and was always warm/hot in there. Same with the master bedroom but not as bad as kids area. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay & would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a great place to make memories. Our check-in was delayed by about 30 mins because the cleaning crew was running behind, but Hannah kept us informed. Once we got settled in, everything else was fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The amenities were definitely a highlight! The kids had an absolute blast spending time in the pool, playing pickleball/basketball & enjoying mini golf. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, which made for a fun and relaxing vacation. Hannah was an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive and quick to address the couple of small issues we noticed when we first arrived, making sure everything was taken care of promptly. Her communication & hospitality really stood out and made us feel well taken care of. We had a great experience and made lots of family memories!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. We would recommend.

Amazing

Our stay was wonderful! The house itself was absolutely beautiful — honestly, the pictures did not do it justice. Every room was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The home felt spacious, relaxing, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Hannah was responsive, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay, always answering questions in a timely manner and making sure we were taken care of. You could tell she truly cared about providing a great experience for their guests. We had an amazing time overall and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay.
