Geoffrey was a pleasure ! Costa Bella was a beautiful home for a family vacation. The seclusion of the pool and outdoor living were great. The home was clean and AMI Accommodations were more than helpful and communicative when any problem arose. Would highly recommend this home for anyone looking in AMI!

We hope to host you again in the future! Wow, this place is amazing! We stayed 5 nights on the 2nd week in Dec. House was amazing!!! Views from the Rooftop are great. We loved just about everything in this house from the Kitchen & Baths to the Patio decks and Pool/Spa. Walk across the street then pass 4 houses and you're on the beach. We found lots of cool sea shells on our walks on the beach. There is a great little Donut Shop we ate at every morning just steps down Pine Ave. There are also a handful of places to eat lunch or dinner that are easily walkable down Pine Ave or Gulf Dr. There were a few things in the house that need addressed like the big sliding patio doors are hard/tricky to lock sometimes and several of the towel holders need replaced/repaired because they would fall apart. But it is minor maintenance issues. Overall 100% recommend staying here and can't wait for our next trip here.

Jessica was a pleasure ! Absolutely FANTASTIC stay. This place is way big for 6 people, even 8 it’s super roomy. Perfect location and took us 60 seconds to walk to the beach. Rooftop deck & pool were our favorite!! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Will was a pleasure to host! We had a fantastic stay, and you can't ask for a better location in AMI than this house. With the beach just a stone's throw away and surrounded by restaurants and shops, it was perfect! This was one of my better Airbnb experiences overall.
