Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 4-bedroom, 3-bath place. The house is spotless and very clean, and the beds were so comfortable we slept well each night. We loved how close it is to everything, we walked to restaurants for lunch and dinner. There's even a CVS pharmacy right in front of the house. Despite being close to PCH, the area is surprisingly quiet at night, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. I also appreciated the reliable internet and how each bathroom had been newly renovated with nice, warm showers. Overall, this is a great value, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
A Family Wedding Trip The property was great and accommodated 6 adults comfortably! I wish there had been basic amenities like sugar and maybe a little coffee to get us going. However, Shopping was very convenient ! There was a problem with the a/c but Hank was very responsive. Was surprised at a surcharge to check in early ! I would recommend this property for a large group.
Loved this place, perfect location for exploring CDM, especially during the Christmas Walk which was why we picked this specific location. There was literally a band across the street in the parking lot - it was like we were at the party before even heading out! Definitely would come back.
Great location with walkable neighborhood. Easy access to beach, SUP/kayaking, hiking and excellent food.
Convenient Location This property was easy to locate and very convenient. Lots within walking distance including sunsets, restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for our two teens to spread out and a couple of spots to sit and enjoy the morning sun outside.
I highly recommend this place. im an amazing location. really peaceful and quiet. would definitely stay here again
The pictures made the home appear very large and spacious, I’d assume the photos were taken in .5 view. There was a garage, but my car was too large to fit inside, so we parked across the street, and had no problem. It was definitely clean, nothing on the floors or countertops, etc. I did find a couple of things inside of the sheets/bedding, like hairs, and small bits of unknown things lol… There is water damage spots, a hole in the floor covered up, but my biggest complaint is the stairs. They are not all the same height, and we almost fell multiple different times. The freezer doesn’t produce ice, and has a very small ice mold. Right across the street is a cvs and some food spots which was very convenient. It’s about a 15 min drive from Newport pier, but it’s located right by an incredible lookout point and a walkable street with coffee shops, gyms, restaurants, etc. Not all the windows lock/close, which I didn’t like. It was good for a couple days, but not exactly what I expected.
Clean and spacious space in a great location. 3 blocks from the beach and right in the middle of CDM restaurants, CVS, Mothers groceries.... Next to our favorite coffee shop, Reborn!

This was the perfect place for my colleagues and me. The location is amazing—walking distance to coffee shops, CDM State Beach, grocery stores, consignment shops, and great spots for lunch. It’s also an easy drive to Crystal Cove, Newport Beach, and other nearby attractions. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the home was clean and stocked with all the necessities. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing experience Our stay was perfect! House was super clean, everything worked great, beds were super comfy, and all of the amazing conveniences were exactly what we wanted when we booked this location. Highly recommend this spot and hope to return soon. Thanks for an amazing stay!
Fun CdM location Great location for walking around CdM and going to the beach. Four bedrooms gave everyone space. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of towels and nice linens. We would stay there again!
Great location Great, clean place for a getaway. Struggled a little to get into the properly initially, but had a great stay regardless.
