Beth was a pleasure to host you We had an absolute blast at the home! We came into town for IMG Under Armour Nationals and it was a great place to unwind after a day at the track! The pool was great and our kids loved fishing! The house was incredibly spacious and so very nice!
It was a pleasure hosting Eric! We hope to host them again in the future! Spur of the moment getaway but it was wonderful. Short boat trip to and from Gulf of America and beautiful area. Spacious and well maintained residence. Will be using again in the future.

Emily, was a pleasure to host! Everything was amazing, clean, and beautiful. We had some trouble figuring out the hot tub controls - the host was very responsive when I reached out. We’d stay here again, definitely recommend.
Jacque was a pleasure to have as our guest! We stayed in December and rented the home for the hot tub and heated pool. Pool never heated even with temps reaching above 60°. Instructions provided for pool were not accurate. Therefore, we were not able to use the pool and our kids were disappointed. Had to purchase cooking utensils and small blankets for extra comfort. No Christmas decor which was a bit disappointing as traveling the week of Christmas. Home was clean but not many cleaning supplies to tidy up during stay or after. 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 and only 3 beach chairs provided. All other accommodations were met and friendly staff at the beginning but lost during the steps provided to help with the pool.
We loved our stay at this property! Basically no steps/stairs which was wonderful for my 80 + yr mother and in laws! The neighborhood is super quiet and hardly any traffic down the cul de sac street! Super close to AMI (my love)❤️! This property is super clean and recently updated! Fully stocked kitchen and beds were amazingly comfortable!! Can’t wait to return! Managed by AMI locals w excellent service!!!
Arrived at home around 8pm. Several family decided to take a shower and use bathrooms.. EVERYTHING OVERFLOWED. Unable to use bathrooms until the next morning until a plumber could make repairs, had to cancel morning fishing plans waiting for plumber and cleaning of bathrooms. Still waiting for management to give compensation for our first day. Very unprofessional.
