Monica was a pleasure to host! Beautiful, clean home in a fantastic location. Close enough to walk to restaurants and Pine Ave, plus the beach is just at the end of the block. We loved the layout of the home (shared between 2 couples) for privacy and space. There were a few things that were minor annoyances with our stay, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mostly communication issues with the rental company and not the home itself.

John was a pleasure to host! Perfect stay. The house is clean and has been maintained well. Quality of appliances and extras better than most short-term rentals. Management very responsive. Would stay again for sure!

I would say within minutes of booking they followed up with a message and email. The house felt really welcoming and smelled fantastic. I would definitely return and stay again if I’m in the AMI area. Thanks once again for the 5 star service!

AMI was the perfect place for a getaway with our young kids, and this home gave us the absolute perfect vacation stay. Perfectly located, large, spacious, clean and comfortable, everything we could have ever wanted. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and just a short 2 minute walk to the end of the street. The pool and outdoor space was a huge hit with the family. Excellent location to shops, restaurants, and the town pier. We didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly be back asap!

Beautiful house as pictured well maintained. Walk to beach and into town to shop or eat. Great for 3 couples or a family. Elevator was nice touch for heavier suitcase. House is well designed and little touches like coffee maker on 3rd level and mini fridge awesome. My only critique has to do w/ prop mgt - the quality of towels are best western stock. We were given 3-4 per bathroom which did not allow 2 per guest (hair and body). In addition only get starter set of 2 DW pods and 1 laundry pod and hand sanitizer bottle of dish soap, 1 extra garbage bag. No coffee pods. Just felt a bit cheap for a truly 5 star property. But if you pack in your own you’ll be fine, or if going for longer stay there’s a Publix on island where you can get more. We would come back for sure.

John was a pleasure to host! Our family of 6 had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. A beautiful place to visit. The home was beautiful as well. Very clean with all the amenities needed to make and serve meals for our family. Easily accommodated our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were great and were used throughout our two week stay despite cooler temperatures over the winter holidays. No extra fees to heat the pool and hot tub. The home is located not more than a two minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. The local restaurants and stores were within walking distance as well. Overall one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of staying at. AMI was very responsive throughout the entire process of booking the site as well as communicating information during our stay. Very responsive to any needs or questions we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Anna Maria Island and plan to stay at this property when we return in the future.
