The place was excellent, but, there are some essentials that should be included. Inexpensive items like sand toys, cornhole boards, family games, frisbee, football, fishing gear etc. Yes, i am aware some items will be stolen but it's a small cost to pay. We spent about $75 for items we left behind. I feel we should have been compensated

The house is just as listed with large beds in each room, spacious living space that fit out large family. The pool and spa were a hit with the kids. It was a quick walk to a less busy beach but easy to get to a playground/volleyball court/shopping. Saw manatees at the dock everyday.
