This is a great location to vibe with family & friends. We did some fishing and lounged in the pool Positive: This was one of my favorite stays. Location was perfect. Amenities nice. House is beautiful. The pool was clear and clean. Everything was extremely clean.

We stayed here to celebrate our boys birthdays in August. They are 9 and 10. There was plenty for them to do and keep them entertained. We didn't even head to the beach because they were having too much fun at the house. We are planning on making this a yearly trip for our boys!
Loved the private dock & pool, they also provided swimming pool toys.

We had a wonderful time with all of our children ranging in age from 10 months to 22 years old. We look forward to coming back. It was very peaceful and had everything we needed
The house was lovely and just as advertised. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, the door code did not work and the management company got back to us quickly with a new one. Everything was spotless when we got in. Our family of 9 loved the pool and the pier and the space was a good fit for us! Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. During our stay, the grass got cut and the pool was cleaned! Everything seemed to be well taken care of! It was a lovely vacation!
Stayed here with my family, the house is beautiful. Could use some upgrades, like beds and shower heads. But overall a very good experience and would stay here again
This beautiful home is exactly what it looked like in the pictures! Great location with beautiful sunsets! Had a bit of trouble getting in but the team was great with giving us key access instead and checking on us periodically. They went beyond to make our stay incredible. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Comfortable home with lots of room and not to mention they have thought of just about everything you could possibly need it truly helps . Home is very comfortable and cozy definitely a place we will come back and visit soon
The house was great for us! We enjoyed fishing in the back, sitting on the dock or by the pool and had a wonderful time. The beds were comfy and the rooms worked perfectly for us. We were close to grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. We have stayed at Copano Bay before and love it every time. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group! And if you need anything, the hosts are quick to reply.
Lovely home and perfect for our family of 8. Kids had a great time and the adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Great communication from hosts. We were given clear instructions and had no issues getting there or in the home. Would love to visit again!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the kayak the fishing just steps away from the back door. The pool was a must & enjoyed everyday. I loved that the grass was green & lush we laid down at night and enjoyed the stars. We had plenty of towels. Home was spacious. Kitchen was great had everything we needed. We will go back.

We had a wonderful time with our friends. Everything was beautiful, the pool was inviting. Only drawback to our stay was the mosquitos. They were brutal even with mosquito repellent and candles.
We enjoyed the large backyard and pool. The house was clean and well equipped. A kayak and water floats were provided but there was no ladder on the dock. The upstairs shower was slow to drain and the tiles were loose.

Really nice place. House was clean. The back yard and pool were really nice. Lots of good looking homes in the area. Loved having the water right behind the house. Some of the tiles and flooring felt look in the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs but other than that it was a great house.

The house was very nice, I saw a lot of reviews about the a/c, but we had no concerns. The pool was great! Close to town, only about a 10 minute drive. It’s nice to throw your line out, but don’t expect to catch much. The host was very responsive when we informed them that trash was left behind in the bins. Thankfully, we brought some extra towels because they didn’t provide too many. Several beach/pool towels though.
My and my family had a great time here, super quiet the view super pretty a lot space in then house we loved it !!!
House was nice, yard very spacious and enjoyed that very much. Location great. Family loved it. Gave it 4 stars for a few minor items but for price paid felt could have been better. Toilet paper very cheap, only 1 pod for washer (house hosts 10 people) so should have been more. Checkout was at 10 am so felt that was a little early. Otherwise had a great time.
The house was nice. Main suite is very spacious. Upstairs bedrooms were adequate in size. The grandkids enjoyed the room with 4 beds. The upstairs bathroom floor needs some attention. We loved the shaded backyard and pier/dock. Spent much of our time out there relaxing and fishing. The kids only caught hard heads but enjoyed the experience. Sunsets were beautiful! The pool had not been serviced when we arrived, so we missed out on the use of that for a little over a day. We were disappointed because that was one of the main reasons we chose the property. The problem was finally resolved and we were able to enjoy it for a day. The management company did refund a bit of the rental fee for the loss of that amenity. Overall a very nice peaceful place to relax and enjoy some family time.
My family and I had an amazing time together in this lovely home. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other's company, and the views were fantastic! We were conveniently located near grocery stores and the beach. Sand Key Vacation Rentals were extremely accommodating and responsive whenever we needed assistance. This is a company we would be happy to use again!
We chose this house because it had enough rooms and bedding for everyone we had. The house was very nice, and we enjoyed it. We loved the dock to fish off of and the pool to cool off and relax. We would recommend this house. Our host was always fast to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you for having us.

I was shocked when I pulled up to this home to see it is actively for sale. That means if you are booking a reservation far in advance, your listing can be canceled if this home sells! This home is wayyyy overpriced in my opinion. The pool is only about 4ft deep. The Ac is not functioning properly!!! It goes to 76+ during the day and doesn’t drop below 74 at night, which can be very uncomfortable. I usually use the oven to cook at all the houses I stay at, but this one I couldn’t because it would make the house extremely hot. The upstairs restroom floors, creek and make you feel like you’re gonna fall through the ceiling. The icemaker in the freezer is freezing over and isn’t functioning properly. We are really into fishing, it is our passion, but this home is not set up for fishing. There are no green lights in the water to attract bait fish! There are no lights outside by the pier to even be able to see at night. It gets very very dark! The fan on the patio does now work either!
AC was too small for home and couldn't keep up with 10 guest. Hard to get temp below 78 inside. It had 1 towels in master bedroom, 1 pan for cooking, not alot of cooking items. It wasnt adequately stocked. Could be because the home was up for sale. Beautifully remodeled, great pool, great sunset, great crabs and fish. Water hose was broke, we had to borrow one from a neighbor to spray for mosquitoes. Definitely wasnt worth our cost. We would chose a different home on our next trip.

Great place, looks just like the photos. Has everything you need to enjoy a beach get away. Great small dock if you have a boat to park. They allowed us to park our vehicles there early before check in time. Easy access to a boat ramp a few miles away.
Everything was perfect! Super clean home, with lots of amenities! The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock! Very quiet area, we ALL had a wonderful time!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our large family spent Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful home in Rockport and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house sits right by the water, with a private dock that made fishing easy and fun for all ages. The private pool, spacious backyard, and incredible parking made hosting such a large group stress-free. We also loved the access to a kayak and bike to explore the peaceful neighborhood—it was a hit with both kids and adults! Most importantly, my elderly parents had no trouble accessing any part of the home. It was safe, comfortable, and accessible, which meant the world to us. This home gave us everything we needed for quality time together—and zero stress. Truly a special place. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sand Key Vacation Rentals! We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer to get better use of the pool and fishing dock. Caught a huge red just off the dock in our backyard! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
