这个房子非常大，虽然我们只有三个人入住，但一家7-8人入住也绝对不是问题。房屋很干净，泳池很棒，有一个小温泉池，我的女儿非常喜欢。强烈推荐

Airbnb muito aconchegante. Estávamos em 4 adultos e 1 bebê. Os quartos ficam em lados opostos do apartamento, então o choro do bebê não atrapalhava o outro casal à noite. A sala bastante ampla era ótima para relaxar e conversar. A vista da varanda é muito bonita, dando para um lago com uma reserva ambiental. As vagas de estacionamento são rotativas, mas sempre é muito fácil achar vagas. As encomendas on-line vão para um mail room. Os utensílios de cozinha foram suficientes para preparar algumas refeições e para esterilizar os itens do bebê. Fica a aproximadamente 20 minutos da Disney, e como em Orlando tudo é longe, 20 minutos é perto. E por fim, o host Luiz sempre respondeu muito rápido, repondo rapidamente a nosso pedido itens como lixo de cozinha e sabonetes. Super recomendo.

Great condo for our stay in Orlando. It’s a great location if you’re going to Disney and quick to lots of amenities. The pool was fantastic 👌🏻. We had a great stay!

Even with those few minor details my family and I had a nice time. Positive: That it was quiet. I came to relax and that’s what I did and the fact that it was in a good location. (Near everything) Negative: I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that could have been better. 1. There was no check in desk. I didn’t know the process regarding checking in. There are signs on the elevator to call, but no one answered the phone. I was not sent the details of check in before time. 2. There were no wash clothes. I had to go buy some wash clothes which was an inconvenience. 3. Some of the furniture was wobbly. A chair at the kitchen table, the tables on the balcony, and the table in the living room. I was scare that if we touched it the wrong way they would break.

The condo was in great location, being only a few minutes to Disney parks. The place itself was very nice, roomy, comfortable, with great amenities in the pool and weight room. The hosts were quickly to respond and very helpful. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed a wonderful three days here. It's close to the Disney World and easy to drive there. The host was very friendly and responsive. The nearby scenery is also beautiful. My dog was happy too. Highly recommended.

The hosts were excellent to work with and very helpful! The place is roomy and I loved the HUGE screened in porch. You have a view of the pool and back view of the property. The beds were comfortable. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly and could bring our pup. The only recommendation I would say is the couch is showing a lot of wear and probably needs to be replaced. The general property is okay. The parking garage is tight if you have a SUV/truck but there is some parking in front of the garage. We really wished they had luggage carts, that would have when a great help. Overall, it was a good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this AirBnb!

Communication with Upstay was very clear and covered all the necessary information. The location worked great for our needs. Excellent value for the price. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Had roaches crawling everywhere the next morning as we arrived late at night I mean every where on bed in our luggage had a horrible smell not paraphernalia, but more of a nasty smell

The place was as described. We had an issue, but Luiz immediately took care of it and resolved it. Thank you for his help. I would stay here again. The only downside was that the kitchen utensils were limited and need to be renewed.

for the most i had a great experience with upstay. host was very responsive even in the latest hours. only issue i had with the place was juccuzi was cold. i didnt see that mentioned.

Not bad Positive: Tle location and the staff tge are very friendly and helpful Negative: The living room furniture is very old and torn in some places, and it has a very bad smell. The dining room chairs have wobbly legs, making them very unsafe.

Very clean living spaces. Loved the screened-in lanai and enjoyed this space every morning with coffee and in the evenings. Was even a great space if it was raining ! Beds were comfortable and good size TV in living room for group viewing. Made use of washer and dryer in unit. Host was extremely responsive when there we had questions or needs. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, my stay was good. The condo was spacious. I loved the screened in porch.

Average place but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Positive: Wifi access was good. Negative: Place itself was average a few things could make a big difference. Property ignored our simple request for a change of sheets on the first day we arrived and continued to ignore us. We found many hairs and fuze in bedding and asked for a simple change out. They deflected our request said the crew put clean sheets and would not help us. Horrible customer service... what happened to the customer always being right? It was not an unreasonable request and we were fine waiting a day until the crew could get to us. We ended up washing our own bedding after two days of sleeping on top of the bedding and no follow through from property. As mentioned a few things could make a big difference. No disposal in kitchen making it difficult to prepare food. Agree with other comments about Carpets, they are old and on the dirty side, we noticed socks and feet picking up dirt so wore shoes inside. Needs a carpet cleaning, not simple vacuum. Also agree with other comments about entrance door didn't make you feel most secure. Ceiling lights very outdated and place not as bright as enhanced pictures show. Toilet would make a knocking noise at night I would have to get up and flush it so would stop. Ended up just shutting bathroom door so wouldn't hear. Place was on 4th floor and you had to walk down a really long hallway. Not the most convenient with luggage and groceries etc....
