Condo with Hot Tub and Pool - Near to Disney! — Guest Reviews

Great Value and Location, Lacking in Maintenance and Room Hospitality Positive: Great room setup. Spacious and nice accommodations. Excellent location and view. Comfortable bed. The pool and hot-tub were nice for the children. Great value for our stay. Negative: The room has a horrible, raunchy smell. We tried air fresheners and it did not help. There was a rotten, sour aroma our entire stay. The toilet constantly had issues flushing. There was no blanket for our children's bed and we were short a pillow. We were advised that Sky Suites did not manage the room, we had to wait till the next day for someone to bring them by. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. The fridge was not the proper temperature. Warm, to the point that we had to throw out all refrigerated items. Milk went bad three days after purchase. The freezer froze and then started condensating on the same day. Ice maker worked for 1 day and then didn't produce ice again until the fourth day. The picture frame over the table was barely hanging onto the wall, with the wall screw mount hanging out, as if it was pulled out by a previous guest and just left to fall onto the next unsuspecting guest. The pullout couch bed was broken with a metal bar hanging loose on the floor, not secured. Our children are small so they were able to use it without it affecting their comfort.

This host was great! The location is perfect for going to Universal, Disney, or even to walk around. Host left very simple and clear instructions. Anything you need, they are there to help! 1000% recommend. This place gives a nice hotel experience while still being affordable.

Comfortable . Easy access to all the parks and didn’t hit no traffic when going too and from parks Positive: Staff and help that we got was good Negative: Some of the other guest smoking drugs making the whole floor stink on some of the day

If I ever return to Orlando, I would absolutely book this Airbnb again. The condo looks exactly like the photos and is in a great location within a hotel, just minutes from many of Orlando’s attractions. The room offers a great view of some of the nearby attractions, which was a nice bonus. The condo and the linens were clean and fresh, and every amenity listed was available as advertised. The host was responsive, welcoming, and respectful throughout our stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent value for the price within a quiet hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Great comfortable place to stay at for a week. Able to go to all universal theme parks with little cost. Host was responsive and attentive.

Great place. Really spacious for one person and super quiet. Close to parks and restaurants.

This place was relatively clean and in a nice hotel with amenities such as a pool and a fitness center, with many nearby experiences and restaurants; however some lights flicker for a bit and the bathroom seems to need a bit of care. Everything else was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and neighbors were quiet. Overall this stay was a great experience.

Great and convenient stay especially for saving a lot of money not staying at conference venue in Marriot Grande Lakes and super close so we don't have to wake up too early to attend conference. Traffic is not bad in this area and we also like the restaurants nearby. Thalita and Rob were very responsive and helpful even with last minute changes and the space was comfortable and just what we wanted.

Love this place and the location. Hosts are amazing and very responsive! Thank you! I will gladly use again!!

Positive: Very kind and polite. Negative: Pleasant place, very clean, excellent location.

Host was very responsive, polite and great to interact with. Great communication, Room was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the basketball court, swimming pool and hot tub. Located in great location with lots to do. Definitely will be staying again when we come back two to three times a year

Orlando sempre surpreendendo. Positive: Da localização e da disponibilidade do staff. Negative: Da falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha.

Great hosts! Very attentive to our questions. Very clean walkable to any of the restaurants

The place is humid, smells upon entering the main lobby. Condo was not very clean and there were no wash cloths, a number of things missing in the kitchen. I Was Not impressed at all.

The carpet was sticky. They didn’t provide us with rags, even after we asked for them.

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay!

Thalita and Rob’s home was perfect and in a great area, it’s literally in the heart of Orlando. Will definitely be booking with them in future

Perfect stay on I drive.I barely drove anywhere as there's plenty to do within walking distance. Window view of the Orlando Eye at night was great to see. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Unit was clean and organized. Definitely recommend!

All excellent!

The host wasn’t very professional plus we stayed 6 days only got fresh towels once.

Thalita & Rob’s place was nice, located in a convenient location. We drove so we didn’t walk but it seemed to be walkable to restaurants and convenient stores. It’s close to multiple attractions (the main reason we chose this place). Thalita was nice, friendly, and very responsive; she made sure we had no issues for checking in/out and supplies we needed. If you come here for the theme parks, this would be a perfect location. It’s close enough that Uber round trip price is about the same as the parking in the parks. Will choose Thalita’s place again in the future.

Positive: Big room. Great location. Quiet Negative: The AC didn't cool the room. Ran AC all day and the temp of the room went up a few degrees. TV in bedroom didn't have the same channels as the TV in the living room

Great place and great host!!!

Everything was great. The Ac unit needs maintenance in both units

Was acceptable Positive: I had a little problem when I arrived because my booking was through a third party, not directly with the property I would recommend to book directly with them , at least to get a daily cleaning for the room

Muchas gracias !

Razoável. Positive: O melhor da acomodação seria a localização, perto de tudo, lojas, farmácia, supermercados, restaurantes etc. Negative: Recepção do hotel pouco amigável.

Place was close to alot of fun places to visit and was very comfortable and clean.

Stayed for two nights. Very comfortable and chill place to stay. Fast service at the front desk. Overall nice play to stay.

Orlando stay The property is on a quiet street, close to restaurants and shops.
