Great Value and Location, Lacking in Maintenance and Room Hospitality Positive: Great room setup. Spacious and nice accommodations. Excellent location and view. Comfortable bed. The pool and hot-tub were nice for the children. Great value for our stay. Negative: The room has a horrible, raunchy smell. We tried air fresheners and it did not help. There was a rotten, sour aroma our entire stay. The toilet constantly had issues flushing. There was no blanket for our children's bed and we were short a pillow. We were advised that Sky Suites did not manage the room, we had to wait till the next day for someone to bring them by. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. The fridge was not the proper temperature. Warm, to the point that we had to throw out all refrigerated items. Milk went bad three days after purchase. The freezer froze and then started condensating on the same day. Ice maker worked for 1 day and then didn't produce ice again until the fourth day. The picture frame over the table was barely hanging onto the wall, with the wall screw mount hanging out, as if it was pulled out by a previous guest and just left to fall onto the next unsuspecting guest. The pullout couch bed was broken with a metal bar hanging loose on the floor, not secured. Our children are small so they were able to use it without it affecting their comfort.

Host was very responsive, polite and great to interact with. Great communication, Room was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the basketball court, swimming pool and hot tub. Located in great location with lots to do. Definitely will be staying again when we come back two to three times a year

The place is humid, smells upon entering the main lobby. Condo was not very clean and there were no wash cloths, a number of things missing in the kitchen. I Was Not impressed at all.

Si bien el lugar presenta una apariencia visual adecuada y resulta estéticamente agradable a primera vista, al momento de ingresar se percibe de manera inmediata un olor desagradable, similar a pescado, el cual genera una sensación de incomodidad. Dicho olor parecería provenir de la alfombra u otros elementos internos, lo que afecta directamente la experiencia del usuario, la percepción de limpieza e higiene del espacio y, en consecuencia, desmerece las condiciones generales del establecimiento. Esta situación resulta relevante, ya que un ambiente con olores persistentes puede evidenciar falta de mantenimiento adecuado o problemas de ventilación, aspectos que deben ser corregidos oportunamente.

We enjoyed our stay!

A estadia foi perfeita, o apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado. A localização é muito privilegiada, muito próximo dos parques e das principais avenidas e restaurantes. O atendimento da Thalita foi excelente, ela nos foi muito atenciosa, sempre proativa a nos atender com o que precisássemos. Recomendo muito a acomodação, com certeza será nossa próxima opção para um retorno futuro em Orlando.

Thalita and Rob’s home was perfect and in a great area, it’s literally in the heart of Orlando. Will definitely be booking with them in future

Perfect stay on I drive.I barely drove anywhere as there's plenty to do within walking distance. Window view of the Orlando Eye at night was great to see. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Unit was clean and organized. Definitely recommend!

The host wasn’t very professional plus we stayed 6 days only got fresh towels once.

Thalita & Rob’s place was nice, located in a convenient location. We drove so we didn’t walk but it seemed to be walkable to restaurants and convenient stores. It’s close to multiple attractions (the main reason we chose this place). Thalita was nice, friendly, and very responsive; she made sure we had no issues for checking in/out and supplies we needed. If you come here for the theme parks, this would be a perfect location. It’s close enough that Uber round trip price is about the same as the parking in the parks. Will choose Thalita’s place again in the future.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y paradas de bus. Lugar sencillo y acogedor, perfecto para hasta 4 personas, ducha caliente y hasta una cocina que no utilizamos.

Ottima opzione Positive: Posizione perfetta, la unica difficolta il ritiro delle chiavi dato che booking non aveva passato la mail di conferma alla struttura ed ho dovuto risolverlo al telefono alle 1 am Negative: la consegna delle chiavi , il problema e' venuto da parte di booking visto che non aveva inviato conferma alla struttura , per il resto tutto perfetto.

La ubicación es perfecta. Las fotos están desactualizadas ya que al edificio en general le falta bastante mantenimiento. Pedimos un cambio de habitación porque la que nos dieron estaba llena de cucarachas. A pesar de que nos cambiaron a una habitación sin insectos, no creo que el precio lo valga. El gimnasio estaba cerrado y hubiera estado bueno saberlo de ante mano. El check in fue muy bueno y la respuesta ante los inconvenientes fue muy rápida

Positive: Big room. Great location. Quiet Negative: The AC didn't cool the room. Ran AC all day and the temp of the room went up a few degrees. TV in bedroom didn't have the same channels as the TV in the living room

Was acceptable Positive: I had a little problem when I arrived because my booking was through a third party, not directly with the property I would recommend to book directly with them , at least to get a daily cleaning for the room

Razoável. Positive: O melhor da acomodação seria a localização, perto de tudo, lojas, farmácia, supermercados, restaurantes etc. Negative: Recepção do hotel pouco amigável. No apto achei que faltaram alguns detalhes principalmente com itens relacionados a cozinha, um escorredor de pratos, pelo menos sal e açúcar disponível, um informe com orientações básicas funcionamento das coisas no apto, itens de banheiro também estavam em pouca quantidade (toalhas, papel)

Place was close to alot of fun places to visit and was very comfortable and clean.

Stayed for two nights. Very comfortable and chill place to stay. Fast service at the front desk. Overall nice play to stay.
