Was decent. Wasn’t around much due to work and I basically just slept there

Localização espetacular. Positive: Localização excelente, muito perto do Centro de Convenções e todos os parques da Universal. Negative: Infelizmente no meu período específico de estadia a academia estava em reforma. Porém além disso sem problemas.

I do believe the price matches the value. It was a good location close to the Universal parks and was easy to uber/Lyft to the parks. with that said the building was undergoing renovations during my stay so things looked not great and there was a lot of interesting smells. The apartment in general was fine but looked more run down than what was displayed in the photos. Some of the lights would flickers, I could feel every spring in the mattress, the toilet would continue to run until you fixed the plunger (after every flush) and I did see a cockroach in the bathroom multiple times. I did inform hosts of my concerns. They seemed apologetic and appreciated my feedback. They also offered pest control but im not sure if they did end up doing that or not. Again I think the price matches the value but I did want to be honest as this is not a 5 star stay.

Overall good cheap place to stay. My main complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable but the price was great overall for what you get.

Es cerca a universal park Positive: Buena ubicación, fácil acceso Negative: Esta completamente lleno de cucarachas, salen en la noche x todo el lugar caminan x el mesón de la cocina, es un asco , los muebles estan viejos y como sucios , le falta limpieza, sábanas y almohadas hay muy pocas

Positive: Ubicación Negative: Muy chico, sin ventilacion, sin limpieza y sin equipamiento para limpiar, malo el sistema de deposito

loved this place! Positive: Nice location. super close to everything. clean room. plenty of space. the smell of like baked apple was amazing to walk into each time. kitchen had everything i could need. Negative: no complaint to be had here. If I had to pick something it would be that the windows don't open. I am a sucker for a morning breeze. but overall amazing experience.

Great place to stay. Positive: Location, hospitality, amenities, etc. I was very happy with the service and hospitality that was given. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, too. Negative: I have no complaints.

La ubicación perfecta, cerca a los parques de universal 5 min, SeaWorld y a 20 min de los parques de Disney. El lugar aunque es tal cual como se describe, es mucho más viejo de lo que muestran las fotos
