Thalita and Robs place was a perfect stay for our family of 6. Thalita was very responsive and kept us updated on what was going on with the building. We loved it!

They blew out my expectations. It was a great deal for me and my family, the perfect place to stay at for a vacation.

Host was very responsive, kind and caring during the entire stay. Host was also kind enough to remove another reservation just to accommodate me and my family to extend a day, really appreciative of that. Overall property is great, looks just like photos, the only thing I would say is the furniture can be more updated and modern. But bathroom is big and neat, small kitchenette and full fridge. Beds were super comfy. Check in was easy. Would highly recommend.

La ubicación del lugar es perfecta, el baño está un poco deteriorado y no coincide con las fotos. Pero lo demás todo muy bien en relación con el precio.

Average for the price Positive: The apartment was in a good location near restaurants and parks. Negative: The apartment furniture is outdated and somethings are falling apart. The apartment has a very strong smell, you will have to buy an air freshener to have a better smell. The air conditioner doesn’t cool well some nights we were feeling very hot. The place is not bad for the price, if you are not going to spend a lot of time there.

Bueno pero puede mejorar muchísimo. Positive: Ubicación, comodida de camas y espacio. El personal muy amable. La piscina y jacuzzi limpios y agradable. Devolución del depósito rápido, ya en 5 días lo devolvieron. Negative: El mantenimiento de los muebles y la puerta principal. Había hongos en la cortina de baño, reservamos porque tenía bañera y nos dieron un baño con ducha para discapacitados muy feo sin espacio para colocar shampoo y otros. Ofrecían gimnasio y estaba cerrado "por mejoras". La limpieza fue regular, recibimos el cuarto a la vista limpio, pero debajo de los muebles de cocina o muebles mucha suciedad y hasta tapas habían. Los muebles con poco mantenimiento, no usamos El sofá cama porque parece muy viejo. Nos salieron 2 cucarachas en el piso. A pesar de estar 2 semanas, no había servicio de limpieza sin costo adicional pero tampoco dejan implementos para limpiar por cuenta propia, sobretodo alguna escoba y cepillo para limpiar sanitario. Por lo que es incómodo este aspecto. No cambian toallas ni por tanto tiempo sin costo. Bolsas para basura y demás dejan básico y hay que comprar todo por cuenta propia. Por lo demás, muy bien.

Our stay was wonderful! The host was incredibly kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

La estancia fue muy agradable, el departamento está en una zona muy agradable, cerca de restaurantes, supers, farmacias y cerca de los parques. En todo momento tuvimos el acompañamiento de la anfitriona lo que nos dió mucha confianza. El departamento cumple con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable y cómoda.

Excelente todo, buena ubicación, la comunicación era rápidas, además el apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para obtener un estadía tranquila, la recomiendo 100%

Positive: Como sugerencia podrian mejorar la iluminacion, era muy oscuro y lo otro es que habian pocos implementos de cocina . Y el piso del baño falta una limpieza profunda .

Horrible, no vale la pena. Positive: La ubicación es buena, tiene opciones de comercios cerca y está cerca de los parques temáticos de Disney y Universal Negative: El estado del apartamento era nefasto. Muy sucio, la Alfombra inmunda. Había un olor desagradable muy intenso. Cuando leí las reseñas pensé que era exagerado, pero lamentablemente pude confirmarlo. Los pasillos también llenos de mugre.

I will never book online again. I will book with the hotel. Customer Service was horrible and was not accommodating. Positive: I liked the openness. Negative: That I had to wait for the host in order to get literally anything. Our room didn’t have air conditioning and was not even allowed to switch rooms because we booked with Booking.com.
