Desde que llegamos a la recepción se tardaron en darme las llaves para el ingreso, luego presenciamos una discusión en la recepción entre un huesped y el vigilante, mis hijas presenciaron eso y se asustaron. Al abrir la puerta del aparto-hotel el olor que salio fue horrible tuve que echar mi perfume para maquillar el olor. Al abrir uno de los gabinetes de la cocina nos cayo una chiripa encima. Y nos percatamos que habian muchas mas. No pudimos cocinar porque nos dio asco cocinar. Hice el reclamo y a los 5 dias de mi estadia fue que llego el sr para echar el veneno que no sirvio de mucho porque seguian las chiripas. Yo siendo la dueña quitaria la alfombra y los muebles para poder quitar ese olor tan feo.
Overall my stay with my family here was very nice and extremely worth the price. We were looking for a place affordable and close by to all the parks and this was the place. Only downside was if you’re planning to use the stove or microwave it does not really heat up so it’s not worth it to use. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.
The airbnb had not cleanliness standards, I had to check in three times at nights because the cards got inactivated, Hostess were not helpful at all when We've asked for cleaning service of our room after We've found out little cockroaches all over the place. My wife and two little girls were freak out because of it
Expliquei para Anfitriã que meu filho tem problemas respirtórios e que o carpete do imóvel está velho demais. As fotos não representam a realidade, porém a mesma mostrou irredutível em negociar a devolução do dinheiro. Fiz inúmeras tentativas inclusive com uma semana de antecedência de entrar no imóvel, mas como citei a anfitriã não abriu mão. Desta forma, não recomendo a locação desse imóvel. Tem outras opções com valores próximos e com as condições melhores.
Lamentablemente al llegar y alojarnos, a los 5 minutos nos avisaron que el departamento no estaba en condiciones de ser habitado (la heladera estaba descompuesta, y el piso estaba mojado). Nos pidieron un rato para resolver la situación y a las dos horas nos comunicaron que no nos podíamos alojar y que debíamos retirarnos. Por suerte nos permitieron quedarnos una noche (era tarde y viajamos con dos chicos) para poder resolver la situación de encontrar un nuevo lugar al día siguiente. Esta situación complico radicalmente todas mis vacaciones. Luego, para el reembolso, me dijeron que me cobrarían el 50% de la única noche, y una tarifa de limpieza. Me pareció que no correspondía, ya que el problema fue enteramente de ellos. No obstante luego aceptaron solo cobrar un % por la única noche.
Stay away from this apartment, everything in there is broken. Positive: Locating the apartment was easy because it is in a good area where there are other major resorts and hotel brands. Getting into our apartment was easy, all down to the staff the the reception area, nothing to do with the actual property owners. Negative: For any prospective tourists considering booking this apartment, please take this as a red flag warning and look elsewhere. The initial daily rates appear attractive, but with time it will become clear that it's not a place to choose to stay. Here are a few issues we experienced in the 20 hours we stayed there: 1. Room extremely cold, thermostat broken. No tech was sent until next morning to even check. 2. We requested for additional blankets- we were told to wait until next morning. We stayed in a room as cold as a refrigerator all night. 3. Light in the shower room was out, we had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark all throughout our stay. 4. Water leaked from the wash basing and initially thought it was one of our kids that poured water. Again, they couldn't fix it. 5. Communication with the hosts was primarily through text messaging on Booking.com, which meant there was no quick responses. We made a decision at noon on the 2nd day that it wasn't worth staying around in the same place cos there were too many issues they couldn't fix. We reported to Booking.com, who promised to get us a refund for the one night, but we're still waiting as of this time. If you're reading this, please stay away from room.
Me and my girl had a great time at Thalita and Rob’s place they were very helpful. We had a late night check in because our flight got delayed and they were very generous and flexible with us checking in at a late time. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Orlando.
A busca, a locação da acomodação, o processo de pagamento, o check-in... sem nenhum percalço. O apartamento, perfeito para casal. A região, com muitas atrações e a localização com acesso fácil para quaisquer atrações de Orlando. O anfitrião sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e também solucionar pequenos problemas (no meu caso, a torradeira não funcionou... providenciou a troca imediatamente). O check out foi feito apenas com um "ok" e "boa viagem" desejada pelo recepcionista. Cabe registrar: a recepção merece elogios. Enfim, recomendo sem quaisquer restrição.

though the place is a little dated, it was very clean and very comfortable. It was quiet at night and the staff was friendly and helpful. The host always responded to my needs in a reasonably amount of time. Worth the money.
1st Air Bnb stay. not bad at all. I wasn't sure what to expect. Property felt safe and secured. plenty of parking and security. Property felt like a 3 to 4 star hotel, but slightly better. Which was exactly what I was looking for. It allowed me to use cash that I would otherwise not have at the surrounding parks. Yet, I could feel at home. Much diffent than a hotel. Prices were better than surrounding areas. So, how could anyone go wrong choosing this? Though there were a couple of short comings, my host took care of them quickly. I just had to reach out to them, something I wasn't custom to. But I would definitely stay again.
Nuestra experiencia en este hospedaje Positive: El hospedaje es súper céntrico y todo queda muy cerca.El hotel se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Negative: Casi no tiene ventilación, huele a humedad, nosotros nos quedamos 12 días y para que hicieran la limpieza había que pagar un extra, lo cual en otros hospedajes que nos hemos quedado ya viene incluído, decidimos no pagar, pero sentimos que los implementos básicos que nos dejaron fueron muy limitados,no había casi jabón, bolsas de basura,ni papel higiénico considerando que íbamos a ser 4 personas durante 12 días, lo resolvimos comprando, pero creemos que es falta de hospitalidad, los paños nos dejaron 4 y nunca llegaron a dejar otros limpios durante 12 días.Sin embargo si lo pueden resolver todo funcionaria mejor.
Comme évoqué, le logement est géographiquement très bien situé et les propriétaires ont été réactifs aux problèmes rencontrés. Nous avons été déçus par le fait que ce logement ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres, il y avait une odeur désagréable durant tout le séjour, car la pièce n'est pas ventilée. Le centre de fitness manque d'équipement, le vélo et les tapis d'ont un hors service durant les 3 semaines.
A great place to stay... fantastic location, easy to get to with lots to do within easy reach. Communication was excellent and everything as described. We had everything we needed, the perfect place for our wonderful holiday. Thank you Luis and Steph!
Before our arrival we requested the sofa pull out bed have clean sheets and be prepared for 2 teens to be sleeping on. There was no comforter, when requested we had to wait one whole night. We made due. We had 2 rolls and 1 set of 4 towels for ONE WHOLE WEEK with 4 ladies. That was more challenging. We cleaned up after ourselves, Housekeeping wasn’t necessary. One day they did but didn’t provide towels. The sink had a rusted out faucet, so I couldn’t do the dishes, I placed the dishes in the dishwasher. The room was beside the Baymont Inn & Suites, so. 2,3 star hotel. Breakfast was not available in the mornings as we thought. Not sure I would stay again, it really depends how one is use to vacationing. The host was polite, and tried accommodating, I know she’s not on the premises. It’s ok. PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE

El departamento está en una excelente zona cerca de todo. Es muy limpio, las camas super cómodas, el baño muy cómodo. No tuvimos ningún problema. sin duda volveremos!
O imóvel bem localizado, silencioso refrigerado. Portaria 24horas. Imóvel rústico e funcional que atendeu as expectativas. Poderia ter uns adaptadores de tomadas para outras nacionalidades e uma iluminação melhor no quarto e sala. Mas é bem equipado de eletrodomésticos embora não tenha usado todos.

This was a unique experience. I don't think I spoke to Luis or Steph. I did connect with Gabby and Andy. The place was comfortable and close to the Universal Studios parks. There was a mobile AC unit for the place, which was not enough. It set the living area to 77 degrees, but the bedroom was notably at over 82 degrees. After discussing this with Gabby, we were allowed to move to a different unit after two nights. The communication was good, especially during this AC situation. They made the decision to accommodate us and make it work. After that, we had a great experience and the hosts were very attentive.
They didn’t communicate well. They would tell us they would be bringing towels and blankets but never did. We had to communicate with the head of housekeeping at the hotel to finally be able to get anything. Not worth the money!

Thalita and Rob were very responsive, as mine was a last minute reservation … literally 30 minutes notice after our previous Airbnb reservation didn’t work out. The location is good if you are going to the attractions or I-Drive, but there is a lot of construction at the I-4 intersection, so build in extra travel time. Otherwise, everything was good, as described. There is room for 6 to sleep, but it would be cramped with that many, I would keep it to 4 people.
La anfitriona fue muy disponible en toda la estadía. De todas formas, hubo inconvenientes. El mismo día que llegaba a Orlando me informó que aparentemente habían tenido un problema con la unidad que yo había reservado y que me darían otra sin costo adicional (esa aclaración no debería haber estado ya que yo priorice tener cocina con horno y anafe) al llegar me di cuenta que el horno con anafe no estaba y solamente había dos anafes pequeños. Además al llegar (en la madrugada, con aviso previo a la anfitriona) no había luz en la habitación. Lo que realmente me pareció inaceptable fue encontrar cucarachas en la cocina, tuve que dejar toda la comida en la heladera para evitar tener que tirar todo y poder consumir los alimentos que compré. Por esos inconvenientes no volvería a elegir ese airbnb pero si me pareció muy buena la ubicación, a 5 minutos de Universal.
If you request items as simple as an extra towel don't get your hopes up. I asked for extra towels and a blanket during my first night and the host was slow to respond and when he did he claimed they were already in the building instead of just bringing them. After telling him several times, on the last day he then tried to bring the towels, which was pointless at that point. I have never had such an inconsiderate host disregard such a simple request.
roaches is a deal breaker for me totally I left worried if I’m traveling with roaches now it greatly needs updating carpet etc etc . Stove took an hour to heat up water 3 towels left for 3 adults for 10 days took 4 days to get more . Cleaners did not do I good job I went and bought cleaning sullies to clean it on my own I showed host pics of roaches and mold etc etc not impressed no ventilation just old smelly very disappointed

La zona buena muy céntrica y facil desplazamiento, pero el apartamento por las alfombras genero mucha alergias. Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas. Y el apartamento estaba bien equipado. El cambió de paños limpios se dio hasta el tercer día.

Disappointing not as advertised, the pictures made it seem as if was new and fresh which it wasn’t. Also the description Positive: The location Negative: The staff would not help with towels and I was under the impression it was more “Condo” style and not hotel style. The furniture was worn and outdated, the carpet had a smell that it was attempted to be clean but not actually cleaned.
A localização é muito boa e nos atendeu perfeitamente. O acesso é fácil e o estacionamento é bom. As respostas da Thalita eram sempre rápidas. As fotos do imóvel são editadas, ele é um pouco diferente do que o anúncio, mais escuro e antigo. A limpeza é 7/10. Não há muitos itens na cozinha, eu tinha que bater os ovos numa panela, porque não há qualquer pote que coubessem 6 ovos. Ficamos chateados com a falta de água quente. Chegávamos dos parques, estava frio, e a água do chuveiro e torneiras estava fria. Eu reclamava com a Thalita e ela tentou resolver, as vezes voltava a ficar quente, às vezes não. Aproximadamente metade dos nossos banhos foi frio/morno. Ela queria enviar alguém para verificar o chuveiro, mas estávamos sempre fora do apartamento e não nos sentimos confortáveis que alguém acessasse o local, também pelo fato de ser um problema geral do apto e não apenas do chuveiro. Talvez fosse um problema do prédio, mas não foi resolvido.

Thalita foi sempre muito prestativa e rápida nas respostas. Se preocupou em garantir uma boa estadia. O local estava conforme anúncio. E foi muito bom aproveitar os espaços do local.
Apartamento cómodo y céntrico. Positive: La cercanía. La piscina. Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Negative: las personas de la recepción no son muy atentas. Cuando llegué me dijeron que faltaba un depósito de seguridad y que lo debía ver con Booking. En este caso, deberían haber sido más gentiles y ellos mismos decir "No se preocupe, nosotros le ayudamos a ver el trámite pendiente", ya que de verdad me complicó la situación.
Positive: Tener un almacen a 4 cuadras. Negative: Que la descripción de las instalaciones y servicios del departamento no fueron reales, toda vez qie, el WIFi no estuvo disponible sino hasta el 4 día, tuvimos interrupcion del agua caliente, jamás se nos otorgó hervidor, no obstante haberselo solicitado, y la guinda de la torta fue tener plaga de cucarachas producto de la hunedad y no ventilación del departamento (no hay ventilación)

Lugar ótimo para e hospedar. Muito próximo do parque da Universal e tb muito próximo do Premium Outlet, pois fica em uma rua paralela a Internacional Drive que é um lugar maravilhoso aqui em Orlando. Não tivemos problemas com Check-in e nem como o check-out. Recebemos encomendas sem problemas na recepção do hotel. Quarto bom, cozinha boa, sala de estar também boa.

La zona la verdad que es ideal para los que quieren recorrer los parques y hacer compras. El departamento es grande, y comodo, bastante bien equipado. A los días de estar alojados tuvimos un inconveniente de humedad en el primer departamento, se ve que por un caño roto. Rápidamente Luis nos reubico en otro departamento, la verdad que este segundo no estaba muy limpio, se ve que los anteriores huéspedes tenían niños y mancharon todo con slain. Por otra parte, todos los días encontrábamos cucarachas, esto era algo más general del hotel, en los pasillos también cruzamos varias. Creo que mejorando un poco la fumigación y la limpieza el lugar sería ideal.

Everything in my stay was mostly as expected. The only major problem was that I came across roaches throughout my stay, and the garbage disposal did not work. The Host's sent somebody in the unit to spray some stuff that I can only assume was an insect killing agent, not positive though. That's something that should have been dealt with before booking guests. Hopefully, they get it handled before future bookings. There was't any obviously dirty areas in the unit, so who knows what attracted the roaches, but however they got there, they shouldn't be there. The only reason I didn't cancel my stay and get a refund was because my schedule was jam-packed, and the Host's atleast made an attempt to fix the problem.
