Great for a business stay and very close to convention center. Good choice, great host

It was a pleasure staying at Thalita and Rob place. the location was very convenience for us because it was 5 minutes away from the Orange Conventional Center. this is my third time staying at this place and I don't have any complains.

The place was exactly as shown in pictures. It for just right for my husband and I and our grandkids in a last minute spring break trip

Positive: Location. Separation of living room and bedroom. Negative: When I got in the room I was like ok this is nice. Then I seen a roach in kitchen. It was late so I decided to stay. As me and my husband are in the bed he jumps out the bed, scaring me. Then I seen it a roach in the bed. And another when I went to bathroom. For 189 especially ring charged a cleaning fee of $100, we should not be paying to sleep with roaches. I would not recommend anyone stay here and I will never stay there again.

Thalita, Rob and Luiz were lifesavers following a cancelled flight. We booked extremely late and last minute - they quickly made arrangements for our stay and ensured we got in okay. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We will absolutely be back, on better terms next time. 😉 Thank y’all again!

Todo muy bien, lamentablemente se fue la luz durante 5 o 6 hrs y no cuentan con planta de luz de emergencia 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Excelente ubicación el el foto era bastante limpio ideal para nuestra estadía en Orlando volvería a quedarme ahí, muchas gracias por su amabilidad

No está mal para el precio, sin embargo hice una reserva para 5 personas y el lugar estaba amoblado solo para 4, algunos utensilios de la cocina no estaban en buen estado y aunque se comunicó a los host, el cambio no se realizó.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty

Awful Positive: It was equipped with a kitchen Negative: Really bad smells, marijuana in the kitchen and chlorine in the bathroom. There were cockroaches everywhere, we only stayed there one night and I killed six of them. There were also a bunch of cigarette burns in the drapes of the bedroom. Also no complimentary coffee - why would they have a coffee pot in the kitchen with no coffee?

Great location. Plenty of roaches Positive: Great location ; quiet place Negative: The place was full of roaches. Contacted whoever is in charge. They sent someone who sprayed a "repellent "that did absolutely nothing.

Very nice and clean

Nice clean suite for the self-sufficient. Positive: The suite was very clean and comfortable; however outside of the room, not so much...Desperately in need of deep cleaning or replacing the hall carpets. This location in Orlando currently "no longer has breakfast", but I wasn't expecting it anyway but I was hoping there would be coffee available. There is a coffee pot but you need to bring your own coffee for it. My situation didn't allow me time to check out other amenities. Pool looked nice, but not open/available during times that I was.

One of other Foremans stayed with Thalita and Rob and they were great host. He was very happy to stay here.
