I stayed with Thalita and Rob's place before and the last stay was good but this time it was great. My kids and I really enjoyed it and will stay there again in October later this year. I am also recommending to family, friends and co workers.

The host replied all our messages and it didnt take long; however, the unit is poorly maintained and everything is old. The doors don't close well and the smell is really bad. Also, there was no water for more than 5 hours in a day, so we couldnt prepare lunch for kids and even use the washroom. no notice and refunds for this. The dryers in the laundry are very old so they don’t work well and clothes dont dry (other people with same problem as us while we were there).

It was the WORST establishment I have ever stayed at. I advise everyone to stay clear of this booking!!! Positive: There was nothing likable about the property. Negative: The check in process was terrible. I was told that I had to call another phone number to get access to the hotel room, which took 30 minutes. Once I finally got the key the room did not have washcloths or enough blankets for my family. I called the “24/7 customer service number” and was told that they do not provide washcloths and blankets would be brought to me the NEXT morning,(which they never were). I spent $350 for CRAP!!!

Positive: Nada Negative: La atención fue terrible, nos tuvieron más de 3 horas sin poder entrar a la habitación y nosotros con una bebé y no les importó

The place was clean. The location itself was a nice location with some very good restaurant. The only issue I had was the smell of cigarette in the hotel insist it was in a hotel. I know there was nothing that could be done to prevent people from smoking in the hotel But overall I like the view the pool was very nice and the place was very clean.

Conforto, localização e higiene excelente. Positive: Não tinha café da manhã incluso, mas no studio tem cozinha, então tomava café no quarto, preparado por mim. Negative: Estúdio simples, mas bem confortável, amplo, limpo com cozinha, esta precisando de reforma, mas não estava ruim não.

cómo observaciones sería revisar la filtración de agua ya que la alfombra mantenía húmeda y se concentraba el olor a humedad, hace falta más utensilios de cocina (ollas y sartenes).

Thalita was very responsive and nice. The place is dated with dated furniture. The bathroom doors were off and not easy The beds were very comfortable. Close to close and open. Universal Studios Florida and many places to eat nearby.

This place was nasty. Cancelled the rest of the stay it was so bad. Would have not stayed the first night but had no other choice. Nasty Floors. everything was stained and old. Everything felt sticky. Stove was unusable. cigarette burns in chair. beds awful. Did not come and clean when said something at checkin.

Minha experiência nessa hospedagem foi simplesmente maravilhosa e superou todas as minhas expectativas. Desde o primeiro contato, o anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso, prestativo e rápido nas respostas, o que já nos passou muita segurança. A comunicação sempre foi clara, gentil e acolhedora, o que fez toda a diferença antes mesmo da nossa chegada. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos — ou melhor, ainda mais bonito ao vivo! Extremamente limpo, bem decorado, com uma energia leve e aconchegante que nos fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Tudo estava impecavelmente organizado, com utensílios e itens de conforto que demonstram o cuidado e o carinho com os hóspedes. A cama era muito confortável, os lençóis e toalhas cheirosos, e o chuveiro com ótima pressão e água quente. A localização é excelente, próxima a tudo que precisávamos: mercados, farmácias, pontos turísticos e bons restaurantes.

Thalita and Rob were great hosts. They answered any questions we had during our stay in a timely manner. They ensured that we were comfortable. The location was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. I thank you Thalita and rob was renting your place to us and I will recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Orlando for vacation.

No volvería a ese alojamiento Positive: El alojamiento está bien ubicado para acceder a los parques de Disney, pero nuestra estadía no fue muy cómoda. Al llegar no tenían registrada nuestra reserva y tuvimos que esperar hasta la noche para poder hacer el check inn. El departamento estadía en un complejo que tiene habitaciones de hotel y el personal de recepción no podía resolver el inconveniente ante la falta de registro de nuestra reserva, porque quien nos alquiló a través de booking, no pertenecía al hotel. Por otro lado, alquile para 5 pasajeros y si bien el departamento contaba con camas para 5 huéspedes, nunca nos trajeron acolchado para el sofá cama que estaba en el living, y toda la vajilla era para 4 pasajeros . Reclamamos pero no tuvimos respuesta. La cafetera no funcionaba y el departamento si bien estaba limpio , tenía muy feo olor.

Lo único malo que encontré fue el baño que el techo tenía residuos de hongo

Comunicazione molto rapida con i gestori Nonostante l'appartamento fosse molto vecchio era pulito Negative: Mobilio vecchio e molto logorato, moquette macchiata in più punti. Dotazione di piatti, utensili non sufficiente per le persone (la dotazione era già scarsissima per 4 ma avevamo prenotato l'appartamento per 6) Il divano letto non era dotato di coperta, abbiamo dovuto richiederla e ce ne è stata data una non sufficiente La reception della struttura non risponde per l'appartamento prenotato tramite booking.

We DONT provide washcloths. Positive: Location was great area, plenty of restaurants and stores. Negative: Received an email while I was traveling 9 hours to location thst wash clothes were not provided, but there were plenty of paper towels. Also upon my arrival, there was no oven just a stove top thst was so small, it was almost impossible to use. The pull out couch was very thin and worn, uncomfortable to sleep on. We stayed for 5 days and had to take our own trash out, not to mention going to Walmart to purchase wash cloths. I was really disappointed that this was not disclosed prior to hours before my arrival.

Positive: The location was excellent. Negative: I was unaware the room was booked through an agent , UpStay, and not the hotel directly. Also, it was a residential location for many people and not a HOTEL ONLY
