This hotel/ Airbnb is a nightmare. We stayed here for 6 days and experienced three separate water shut-offs on 3 different days. Cockroaches kept coming out of the garbage disposal, and the room looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The building itself is on a 24/7 maintenance schedule, with water leaks, painting, carpet removal, and no hot water. The front desk staff were extremely rude. It’s a terrible hotel, with some rooms rented on Airbnb. It made my family’s trip stressful. Please avoid this hotel. There’s also government assistance housing in this building from what i tell . There no bar , arcade or gym as shown in some pictures or advertised

Negative: El sofá cama de la sala es muy viejo, necesita urgente una limpieza y un colchón nuevo, es súper viejo, disparejo e incómodo,
Se debe dejar depósito de 100 dls el cual te regresan algunos días después de dejar el alojamiento, Estuvimos 3 días y ninguno de ellos vinieron a hacer limpieza, Además dos veces trate de bañarme y no salía agua caliente, todos los días salieron cucarachas en el baño , te piden que bajes la basura hasta el contenedor que está hasta el fondo del estacionamiento bastante retirado, lo cual es incómodo si llevas bastantes bolsas y además todas las maletas, y para finalizar debes de volver a su posición el sofá cama, lo cual me parece molesto ya que de todas formas deben de cambiar sábanas y volver a extenderlo, es un punto que no entendí por qué te lo exigen
