Positive: לא היה שמיכות למיטת ספה בלילה השני ננעל החדר, הילדים נרדמו במסדרון מול החדר ורק לאחר דין ודברים מול בעלי המלון קיבלנו חדר חלופי כשציוד שלנו נעול, ללא בגדי החלפה ודברים בסיסיים כמו מברשות שיניים וכו' לאור עוגמת הנפש שנגרמה לנו והרסה לנו חלק מהחופשה והיחס המביש והמזלזל מבעלי המלון עזבנו מלון זה באמצע החופשה והזמנו מלון חדש להמשך השהייה באורלנדו. Do not recommend rude staff and filthy rooms and elevator was nasty! Positive: Location Negative: Nothing was in working in working order we were very disappointed not to mention the room was filthy shower didn’t even turn on no water pressure to do so. We actually left morning of the 26th a day earlier than we were supposed to my kids even said it was gross stains on carpet couch was in need of replacement was dirty and dingy. It looked nothing like what was online in there pictures. Not to mention game room every machine out of order poll and hot tub were closed for renovations. Not impressed would never stay here again.

Nos encantó el apartamento , muy cómodo y con todo lo mencionado en la publicación . Excelente hubicacion para los parques de Universal a tan solo 7/8 minutos de cada uno. A pocas cuadras restaurantes y Ihop que es nuestro preferido para desayunar .. volveríamos 100%

I stayed here while attending a conference in Orlando and had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to the city center, restaurants, and nightlife. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated us for check-in. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay again!

Clean, safe but the unit could use some TLC. Positive: We liked the location. It was easy to get around. Negative: The unit could have use some updating and the bathtub needs deep cleaning. Overall we had a great experience.

Excelente ubicación. Los anfitriones respondieron a todo con bastante rapidez y amabilidad. La habitación necesita renovación de colchones, pero en general todo muy bien.

I dont usually leave negative reviews but I wanted to caution future stayers. First, there was a notably bad musty smell when entering in. It made me not want to breath through my mouth. Second, there was a beetle bug crawling under the bathroom sink one of the days. Third, the place was under renovation so the water was shut off for multiple hours one day. Fourth, the dishwasher didnt latch and water was leaking onto the floor when we went to start it. All of these problems were made known to the hosts and they didnt offer anything for the problems. The upsides: a good location to the parks, felt safe in the area, and the pool and hot tub were in good shape and enjoyable.

NOT WORTH IT, PAY MORE! Positive: It was close to parks and restaurants Negative: This is NOT A CONDO OR A RESORT STYLE HOTEL, just a hotel. Staff will tell you we do not own this rental call this number for anything needed. It is just a hotel with added cabinets. Beds very uncomfortable, cold and wet feeling. Inside the room smelled like mold and constantly wet feeling. TV outdated with only a few available channels not much to do. The closest thing that was the same was the pool and jacuzzi from the picture online, pictures are deceiving!

El alojamiento muy bonito bien ubicado y. muy limpio la próxima vez que esté en Orlando regreso al alojamiento me gusto.

De um modo geral a estadia foi agradável, custo-benefício bom. Positive: A localização é excelente! Perto da International Dr. e de várias atrações e restaurantes. Camas confortáveis e sofá-cama um pouco menos confortável. Negative: Precisa melhorar a questão de suprimentos de pratos, talheres e panelas. O hotel tem um cheiro um pouco desagradável, talvez pela quantidade de carpetes em todos os locais e uma sensibilidade individual (rinite).

Para no repetir Positive: Estaba bien ubicado con respecto a Universal Studios. Había aparcamiento gratuito. Negative: Estaba bastante sucio, la moqueta muy manchada y el baño bastante mal. Creía haber reservado un apartamento con horno ya que en las fotos salía y me dicen que no tiene por qué ser así, por lo que nos fastidió bastante para las cenas. En la zona del microondas habita una cucaracha que a veces se deja ver, no sé si será familia de la que había en el baño. Está en un hotel pero es un alojamiento privado, por lo que no puedes solicitar cambio de sábanas ni toallas en recepción. No repetiría.
