Cheap for a reason Positive: That is was close to Disney World. Negative: There is Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, they only gave 4 towels the entire time, knowing we booked it for 6 people. And when we called to request more they said to contact our booking company as we are a private party and not theirs. The carpet was moist and sticky. The pull out couch sheets had stains on them. There were no extra pillows. The room was constantly 78 or 79 degrees and we weren't allowed to turn down the air below 70... and it was still 78... the bar and food court was not open at any point. The shower never got above luke warm. Overall felt like a cringey stay and will not be returning.
Cozy condo Spent a week. the place was very cozy. host was very responsive to answering all our questions. property is right in downtown close to all the theme parks and lot of late night eateries. that was very valuable for families with kids. definitely book again with confidence.
Hosts were very responsive and kind. The pictures make the room look very nice but unfortunately the pictures didn’t really match the reality. The building is dated and needs some work. While the ceiling leak in the lobby when we arrived was not the rooms fault, the noticeably foul smell in the room was a concern (as it was very noticeable each time we came in). The location is great if you are traveling to Universal.
La anfitriona muy amable y respondió rápidamente el lugar es como las fotos pero encontré sucia la almohada con marcas de sangre y el la cortina del baño tb y cucarachas en la cocina! ya le avisé a la Thalita y se iba encargar de arreglar eso para q no le suceda al próximo huésped! La ubicación excelente!
El lugar es como se describe, el anfitrión siempre pendiente de todo, el lugar bien cerca de los parques temáticos y lugares para comprar, 100% recomendado
Very responsive to our needs - we had a great stay
Fueron muy amables, Thalita siempre respondió muy rápido a mis correos. En la recepción del lugar nos atendió Jian que fue super amable. El lugar tenia un poco de olor a encierre, pero notificamos en recepción y rápidamente intentaron solucionarlo. Todo salio muy bien.

Habían ratas en el ducto del aire acondicionado, el aire acondicionado estaba dañado y hacía calor. No hubo aire acondicionado por tres días. Pésimo servicio!
The location was everything! Walkable to many restaurants, and short uber ride to universal. Pool was very relaxing and check in staff were very helpful.

Good location but hotel needs updating Positive: Location is walking distance to International Drive. It’s quiet and has a great pool. Our suite had a kitchen with the basic needs. Negative: Hotel is renovating so there was no gym. The toilet was leaking in our first suite so they had us move to a different one. The second suite was not clean and had a smell each time you walked in. We reported these issues through the booking.com app.

Negative: Service at desk was useless told to call host.bathroom didn't work.switched rooms bathroom still didn't work.went to lobby to use bathroom stalls were with no toilet paper.then stalls with toilet paper didn't have latches to close the door.maintenence walking in room at 7 am unannounced.not a good experience would not recommend. Dirty rugs all throughout.smells weird.
Positive: Location Negative: There was roaches no access to rags or clean seats no detergent to wash dishes being that it was a private owned unit every time I went to the front desk to ask for things they would tell me I had to contact owner on the app

Never Again Negative: How about all the promises that were made that come with the room but they do not come like an oven washer and dryer or the fact that they give you a 800 number to call if you need or something should occur you call it after hours and they can't help you until the next morning
Frustração total quanto a estadia. Positive: Decepcionante! Não tivemos nada que nos lembre algo positivo nesta viagem no tangente a estadia ou atendimento do host. Atendimento extremamente lento, paguei por taxa de limpeza e não efetuaram a limpeza no apartamento, não possuem atendimento no local, ou seja, todo atendimento é pelo canal de contato do Booking. Demora na resposta e entrega da roupa de cama. Negative: Dia 1 recebi uma acomodação com vazamento no quarto, onde o carpete estava todo encharcado de água e com cheiro insuportável de mofo. O anfitrião não disponibilizou outro quarto no mesmo dia, nos obrigando a dormir naquele ambiente insalubre. Dia 2 trocou de quarto entregando um quarto com somente uma cama queen (acomodação inferior a que tínhamos comprado, para quatro pesssoas) e sem ar condicionado. Dia 3 nos disponibilizou outro quarto conforme o que tínhamos contratado. Dia 5 o vaso sanitário apresentou vazamento de água, ficando vazando agua até o dia 8 quando enviaram um encanador para arrumar. Dia 9 o ar condicionado parou de funcionar, sendo consertado somente dia 10.
