Thalia and Rob were fantastic hosts! Their space was clean, and they checked in with us each day to ensure we had everything we needed. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed towels on our last night and we had them delivered within an hour. Would definitely rent again when we are in the Orlando area!

Stayed with a group of 4 and had a great stay. The place was same as described on pictures etc and multiple restaurants and places near by. The location worked out best for us as well as it was close enough to downtown but in a good peaceful neighborhood.

Positive: location- close to universal. Negative: very outdated had a weird smell there were 6 of us for 2 nights, they left 2 towels

Un viaje al pasado decepcionante Positive: Lo único que podría mencionar que me gustó fue el entorno y que está muy cerca de Universal Studios y otras atracciones bien cerca. Solamente eso. Negative: Al entrar al departamento fue como retroceder en el tiempo a los años 80 aunque para mi los años 80 fueron espectaculares, el cobro me paració excesivo para lo que es. Casi me cai porque una de las sillas estaba totalmente en malas condiciones. Le informe al anfitrión pero la verdad yo estaba de vacaciones y no me interesaba estar preocupada de que alguien viniera a arreglar esa silla, nunca debió haber estado así. Este departamento tiene dos camas pero una de estas también sin mantención, tenía quebrado el somier y el colchón se hundía en la mitad. Mi marido que es grande dormía ahí, mi hija y yo en la otra pero no fue lo ideal. El baño tiene filtración de agua, tiene dos televisores uno funciona a medias y el otro definitivamente no. No ofrecen desayuno. ¿Porque decidí arrendar este alojamiento? primero fue por una urgencia, ya que el lugar que arrendé originalmente estaba en peores condiciones una horrible experiencia tuvimos que salir de ahí casi corriendo. Luego siempre reviso los comentarios y eran muy buenos, despues dije es por booking entonces me da confianza. Otra cosa que me faltó fue que en la aplicación explicaran la forma como funciona el sistema con este alojamiento, ya que cuando llegué ahí en la recepcion me dijeron que ellos no se hacían cargo de este departamento, que tenía que contactarme directamente con el anfitrión, y el anfitrión debía enviar un correo de confirmación para mi ingreso. Aunque el proceso no fue tan lento, si tuvimos que esperar para poder ingresar, y como llegamos en la noche no tenían la llave electrónica de la habitación, tuvo que subir una persona con nosotros para abrir el depto., otro tema importante fue el aire acondicionado, porque un día llegamos y apestaba con un olor a humedad tremendo y se sentía un ambiente humedo. También le informé al anfitrión para ver opción de cambio de habitacion, y no hizo ningún esfuerzo solamente me dijo que vería esto con mantencion..... No lo recomiendo.

Solo Estuvimos unas horas ahí pues llegamos solo a dormir pero estaba limpio y todo organizado.

When we parked in the hotel lobby..the desk receptionist did not have my name in their system. I had to move my car away

Los anfitriones estaban siempre atentos a los mensajes,no los conocimos personalmete,pero contestaron todas las preguntas necesarias en pocos minutos. Lamentablemente debo coincidir con los comentarios de otros usuarios. El lugar tiene un olor MUY desagradable, supongo que se debe a que la gente cocina y no se pueden abrir las ventanas; deberian buscar la manera de solucionarlo porque es insoportable. Luego de media hora ya uno se acostumbra pero ahora que estamos en otro hotel, la ropa que no estaba guardada en cajones aun conserva ese olor apestoso. Tampoco tienen TV smart, hoy en dia casi todos los lugares cuentan con esta opcion. Tambien la alfombra esta totalmente manchada y da aspecto de sucio, que sumado al olor del ambiente, resta mucho. No puedo recomendarlo, y no me volveria a quedar. Tienen que hacerle una gran e importante renovacion para poder competir con todas las opciones que hay de alojamiento. Las fotos se ven mucho mejor que lo que realmente es.

I will forever feel as though they owe me a full refund, do not stay at this listing!!!! Positive: The only there was to like about my stay was the location to attractions and eateries! Negative: I didn’t like that the room was severely outdated. The televisions did not work upon arrival. There was no hot water and the toilet would leak every time you flushed it unless you took the lid off to seat the rubber stopper in the back of the toilet they sent someone to fix the problems mainly the toilet three times nothing ever changed. I asked to be switched to a new room or a refund. I was told there was no refund available and they would switch my room if they could not accommodate the issues I had which they never did.

I will never stay here again! Positive: It was close to universal. Negative: The staff at the front desk when I checked in was rude. The whole hotel had a wet mop smell. After checking in late, once we finally got to our suite the toilet was leaking and did not stop running all night. The AC Didn’t work. There was mold in the vents. I expressed this to booking and they tried to give us another suite but it had mold in the vents as well. This hotel is a health hazard. I was supposed to be there for two nights, I got up the next morning and checked out at 7am. If after wasn’t a sleep because we checked in late I would I have left that night and I also had to find another hotel and pay for another night at another hotel. After complaining and sending pictures the property manager they seems to brush it off and said they would let the cleaning crew know. You clean mold like that. They only gave be a refund of $111 out of $299.

Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda Check-in process was very disconnected. No one on site was able to help. The furnishings were very worn and not comfortable. They failed to mention that items like towels or washcloths would not be provided. Attempted for 2 days to get linen and never was able to get. Loved the location but would rethink our next stay.

Positive: Close to I4 and universal. Kitchenette was nice to have although it was obviously dated. The cookware was nicely updated and supplies were nice excepting lack of coffee packs. Prompt replies by staff to messaging. Negative: Age of our unit including bedding was a bit surprising-not bright like the photo.

Short stay enroute Positive: The location was good. Plenty of amenities nearby. Kitchenette was equipped. Fridge came in handy. Negative: The bed mattresses were sunken in the middle. Sofa seats were soft. The room can do with more lights at night.
