Nossa estadia foi muito boa, comunicação foi extremamente simples e o quarto tem todas as amenidades necessárias. Unica coisa ruim que nao tem nada que o luis possa fazer é que o corredor do hotel nao tem um cheiro agradável. Pertinho da International Dr que dava acesso a basicamente tudo! Do ladinho da disney e universal, realmente otimo custo benefício

If you want an apartment that previously was a suite at a hotel, this is exactly what it is. For the money its nice.

You get what you pay for. We felt this was a reasonably priced option for us. We were looking for a no bells and whistle type place that got the job done. We wanted to save money while still finding a clean place. This place did just that. Luis and Steph were very easy to communicate with and were responsive to our needs. Our only real complaint was that we had no hot water our first morning. This did end up getting resolved but was disappointing to have to shower in cold water. Location was great and close to universal. The location was also quiet and clean.

I would stay again Positive: Price and space Negative: Mold in bathroom, but they came the following day and spray painted over it

The location is great just 5 minutes from Dockside which is great if you are going to Universal. Pleanty of restaurants in the area. There were a few things that were problematic for us but they are mostly the fault of the building management and not the hosts. There was little to no hot water. After 15 minutes of the shower running the temp was bearable (This was at midnight). The water was shut off several times during our stay. They had a burst pipe. The building kept saying 15 minutes (It was off for more than an hour 3 times.) The building smelled of marihuana. The host were very helpful and got us extra towels etc. Overall we got what we paid for a cheap room near a very expensive attraction.

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem no apartamento de Luiz e Steph. Durante os cinco dias de estadia, minha família e eu enfrentamos vários problemas que tornaram nossa experiência muito frustrante. Ao chegar, o ar-condicionado não funcionava, tornando o ambiente quente e desconfortável. A geladeira estava danificada, com peças faltando, e a televisão, assim como o controle remoto, não funcionavam adequadamente. Além disso, o quarto tinha um cheiro forte, possivelmente de mofo ou sujeira. Também tivemos problemas graves com a fechadura da porta, que nos deixou trancados do lado de fora. Fomos obrigados a dormir em outro quarto, que também estava em condições insatisfatórias. Em cinco dias, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes, o que foi extremamente desconfortável. Aguardo um posicionamento e uma solução para compensar os transtornos causados.

Great place to stay. All of us, especially my 5 year old loved it. We enjoyed our stay. Thalita and Rob were very responsive and upfront in communication. Highly recommended.

Great location! Amenities were good but since it is a privately owned unit the hotel wouldn’t give us towels for the pool. Luis stated to us that past guest had no issues but we weren’t given any pool towels once. When we first arrived our room smelled like a casino that’s been smoked at. The carpet had a smoke smell to it. We also requested more towels since we were only given 2 towels for family of 5. Luis did say that they will address the issue and send someone to fix the smell and bring towels. We went to Miami the next day and arrived to our surprise that no one came to the room. We didn’t text or call because we arrived at 1am the next day. The follow day when we arrived back from volcano bay we saw that cleaning services did come and bring more towels. Overall the location was great. The issue with the room smell, no towels and not being able to get pool towels put a damper on our overall experience.

This was a great vacation getaway for our family of three, we stayed for 4 days and went to Disney each day, very quick drive from the parks to this spot and easily able to find everything in between including stores and restaurants! Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Thalita and Rob’s place was amazing for our little vacation! It was in a very convenient spot! And their communication is top tier! Kids loved easy access to the pool and game room, Will definitely be staying again when we return!

A estadia foi ótima , próximo de farmácia mercadinho e alguns restaurantes , perto de ir andando por cinco minutos . A proximidade com Os parques foi ótima , 10min de carro . Já é a minha segunda vez em Orlando , e na próxima voltarei para a mesma estadia . Super recomendo . Fomos em quatro , eu meu marido e meus filhos . Amamos .

Unfortunately we had a pretty uncomfortable stay between the sweating during the night and not able to shower for days Positive: I liked that there were 2 rooms giving my family and I a little extra space & also being so close to the theme parks Negative: Ac wasn’t cold enough, no hot water for 2 days, no provided coffee & coffee pot broken, dirty bath tub, stains on bed, not enough towels or blankets, when asking the front desk for an extra blanket we were told they didn’t have any.

A casa é ótima com quarto, sala, cozinha e banheiro extremamente espaçoso para uma família de até 4 pessoas. Como as bocas duas bocas do fogão são muito próximas, o ideal é a utilização de panelas menores, mas funcionou. A localização é muito boa, pois fica perto de tudo da International drive e dos parques da Universal. Valeu super a pena para quem opta por cozinhar. Estacionamento próprio.

Building was quiet and check in was a breeze. Lots of parking. Great location!!! Walkable to parks, bars and restaurants. Lots of space in the apartment! There was no cable in the master during my stay, but I let Luis and Steph know. Wasn’t a big deal because my boyfriend and I both brought our iPads. Both hosts were very quick to respond to any messages.

Stay at a hotel. It's simpler, easier and cheaper. Positive: It was close to the local amenities. My girlfriend and I (in our late 50s) wanted a single night stay close to the local amenities. I come from Tampa and she lives in Orlando with her adult children, so staying in a hotel during my regular visits is a mini-vacation for both of us. Negative: There was a dead roach in the middle of the living room which made me feel like it was just sprayed with pesticide, and it had a slight cigarette smoke odor. Once I made my reservation for the bargain price of $70ish, I was continuously harassed with messages and threats of upcharges for cleaning fees and forced to pay an additional $100 "deposit" to get my room keys or risk losing my NON-REFUNDABLE reservation. In the end, this $70 room cost me $200 for 1 night. All we did was sleep and shower in the room. That $100 "deposit" was parlayed in to a $99 cleaning fee which was NEVER disclose in the correspondence or room details. Don't get duped by the low price. A hotel room would have been much more economical with a LOT less aggravation. Lesson learned.

El departamento tal como está en las fotos y su ubicaciones ideal para hacer compras y parques. Tienes un parqueo gratuito y las piscinas jacuzzi tiene agua caliente sin duda volvería alquilar nuevamente.

This place is very dated, dirty and not well maintained. The surrounding property isn't clean, run down, raccoons all over the place. We planned on staying for 6 nights but checked out after the first night and honestly if it wasn't so late when we arrived I would have never stayed the night. Trash in the hallways, horrid smells, horrible deodorizer to try to mask the smells. Only thing is the host did respond quickly.

Prior to check in time, we called to check for early check in. Early check in was denied due to cleaning crew not having finished up yet. This would not have been an issue, if the room was clean. Upon very first entry, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower curtain had brown stains on it near the toilet. The bed covers also had stains. There were dried boogers on the wall of the room and in the shower walls. The room was booked for three adults, requiring three beds. Well the pull out couch did not have any pillows, covers or sheets. The host was contacted but did not respond until later in the night. So the first night, we did not have covers, pillows or sheets for that bed. The host said they should be in the closet, but they were not. They said it would be dropped off in the am, however it did not come until around 3pm. The bathroom was very dirty, obvious the tub has not been scrubbed in a while. Overall disappointing.

Great stay in a top location in downtown Orlando. Just minutes away from plenty of restaurants, things to do, and the highway. Very convenient for my stay and satisfied with my visit.

host was very kind from booking all the way to check out. they were responsive, i mentioned a concern for the restroom and they immediately offered their support and a solution for the concern. they were responsive and gave clear instructions. the location was optimal in relation to restaurants and quick access to Route 4. 5 minute drive to universal which was convenient for my stay. The hotel did have a 24/7 snack area which was convenient for not wanting to leave. parking was filled up but that was as expected. Great place to stay, a bit pricy for what it was but nevertheless it got the job done. hosts made the stay great.

I absolutely love this place. it's a quick drive to all the parks and a short walk to go eat.

Very good

You'll feel at home here. There's plenty of space in the unit, pots and pans if you wanna cook, a dishwasher if you don't wanna clean, and you're walking distance to 100s of businesses, not to mention an $8 Lyft ride to Universal Studios or $12 to Sea World. Absolutely loved it.

Infelizmente tivemos a triste experiência de chegar e ter um apartamento com mofo e cheiro desagradável 😢 Contatada a Thalita ela rapidamente realocou nos em outro apartamento que estava dentro dos padrões apresentados no sistema 👏 A localização do apartamento e perfeita com muitas facilidades próximas mas o prédio apresenta a necessidade de algumas manutenções e melhorias!

Ficamos super satisfeitos , o apartamento tem dois ambientes , uma sala conjugadas com a cozinha e um quarto que possui duas camas de casal. As roupas de cama são impecáveis , o chão todo revestido de carpete , tem geladeira , microondas , torradeira , e fogão . Não gostamos do fogão pois só possui duas chamas e é de indução. Fica bem próximo da Internacional Drive é fácil acesso aos parques e Walmart. Check in na recepção com recepcionista.

Really loved the place. Comunication with host was on point. Apartmente was really clean and the surroundings where beautiful.

towels, toiletries, pillows, were not enough for 6 people. Not being able to shower is a health issue. Response time when addressed was over 24 hours which was more than half of the stay time. Pull out sofa had no blankets. Ac has a sign to not set below 70 and did not cool. Only the fan was running and room was 80 degrees the entire time time. Host was quick to solicit for extra items prior to visit. This is unprofessional. kitchen items were dirty upon arrival. Kettle was left used. with residue of prior use. This alone invalidates the $90 cleaning fee not mentioned in the price. stove showed a continuously running hot (on) light. it could not be determined when the stove was on or not. This is a safety hazard. there was no hot water for showers. Everyone was forced to shower with cold water every time.

Cosas de uso personal como toallas papel higiénico papel de cocina fundas de basura nunca estuvieron disponibles. El contacto se tardaba en contestar nuestros reclamos. El sitio no tuvo agua potable durante un día entero y dos días sin facilidades de piscina. Mal olor en el área y poca seguridad.el área para servicio al cliente en el 3 piso siempre cerrada.mala experiencia no lo recomiendo.

Todo excelente, buena ubicación, muy cómoda especialmente para ir a universal y de compras a los outlets. A muy pocos metros de la 4, que te da acceso rápido a Disney y a todos los lugares de turismo habituales en Orlando.

El alojamiento es correcto. Faltaría un horno eléctrico para cocinar y algunos utensilios básicos. El resto es correcto.

Spent a few days and felt right at home I envenime added a day to the stay, everything was perfect and clean.

Great location. Very helpfull hosts. Room quite clean but carpet could do with a deep clean. Everything else about the room was good and we were very happy with it. No hesitation in recommending these hosts and hopefully look forward to dealing with them again next year. Hotel a bit dated but deep cleaning was in progress while we were there.

The beds were very comfortable! The host was super responsive! The only problems we had were the little musty smell when we first arrived and a misunderstanding with the front desk about towels but overall it was great

The condo has a great location and nice distribution. Unfortunately, I must point out two big things: both mattresses were sinking in the middle and there were many cockroaches. The hosts were very attentive and responsive but did not even bother them with these issues because these would be too hard to fix during our stay.

Thalita is extremely attentive, proactive, she was very communicative continously. She coordinates to provide towels, blanket for the sofa, she answered all our questions, and was very attentive on us. The place is in a peaceful condo close to the International Drive Avenue full of restaurants. Parking was realy easy, front desk nice staff. Pictures looks like the room is bigger than in real.

Vacaciones en Orlando FL. Positive: Excelente ubicación (cerca a los parques temáticos de Universal y Disney; igualmente a centros comerciales y restaurantes). Muy buenas instalaciones (habitación / suite, zona de lavandería, parqueadero). Negative: El hospedaje no incluye el servicio de aseo de la habitación / suite.

This suite was nice for the price and location. It’s only about 7 minutes from universal and 25 minutes to the various Disney parks. Having a separate living room and kitchenette was nice for our day off and evenings after the parks. The host is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The heated pool was a bonus since we came in February. The main downside is that the shower rarely got above lukewarm, but with the airbnb being in a hotel, I don’t really think there’s anything the host could have done about it. The WiFi was also quite slow. Overall, it’s a nice place and I would stay here again.

Generally a good experience. Unfortunately the beds are fairly uncomfortable and the shower barely gets lukewarm if that. Overall clean and location is quite close to parks and other restaurants.

I called them three hours before check-in to find out the property wasn't available. Avoid like you life depends on it.

Amazing stay!

Muy lindo lugar, cerca de los parques en Orlando. Se agradecería contar con mejor ventilación natural, pero en general todo bien con la estadía.

Nice classic condo with a large bedroom that has 2 comfortable queen beds. Kitchen, dining table, and living room is one open space. Good size refrigerator. Second TV located in living room was not working but maybe it wasn't plugged in. Guest has access to a medium size pool and a small lounge area on the first floor. Parking is first come first serve basis but we didn't have an issue finding a spot. The condo is not far from nearby fast food places and you can get there even without a car. Anything further away, you will need a car. Overall a great stay.

Pros: Communication was clear, kind and quick. The location was listed correctly. It was in a good area. I felt safe. Cons: The listing says it is a "Condo", it is not. It is a hotel room. The furniture/carpets were stained or marked up. There was a pullout sofa with no extra blankets/pillows. The bathroom door handle did not lock and was falling off. There were more than 1 instance where I had to kill roaches in the bathroom. The hallways of the hotel had a very unpleasant smell. The bed made a lot of noise and woke up the other people we were sharing a room with. The TVs were very small. We did not have enough towels, and even though this is a hotel room you cannot ask the front desk for more, you have to ask the host, and they'll bring them the next day which isn't helpful if you're only staying 2 days. Sadly, I would probably just stay in a hotel next time rather than return.

Departamento en muy buena ubicación. Es amplio y cómodo. Tuvimos inconvenientes con falta de electrodomésticos que figuran en la descripción del alojamiento que no se encontraban al momento del ingreso. En el piso del departamento hay un laundry, conveniente por si quisieras lavar ropa.
