Other visitors mentioned an odor in the room. This was the first thing I asked about the unit when messaging the hosts. They stated they had addressed the issue. When we arrived that was not the case. In fact the odor which is linked to mildew was affecting myself and my son. This was a concern that was raised before booking and it was an issue upon arrival. Then the toilet became a problem leaking on the floor into the carpet. We asked and needed to be moved to another unit. We had to follow up continuously to make sure we were moved in good time. Moved to another unit, which was much better with no issues or smells. We asked to extend a day, and was moved into another unit. This 3rd unit also had mildew smell and the A/C was broke. Maintenance was onsite when we moved and stated they would get someone to fix it. That tech stated someone else will need to come. The issue was not resolved during our stay with room temperatures from 77-81 degrees overnight. TLC is Highly Needed!

Worst Experience ever Positive: Only the location Negative: Any other things except the location was really bad, starting from the accommodation which was very outdated and in very bad condition. Smell of smoke & weed filled all over the place. Just imagine you walk into the hotel with your kids and the lobby with corridors are full of weed smell. AC just decided not to cool, so we stayed couple of days without AC, if you ask for assistance, just forget it. Water supply stopped couple of hours. Drawers were damaged and open by itself. Front desk will not give you any support because we booked via different owner of apartment. Not to forget the worst guest service I have ever seen. TO BE HONEST, I CAN NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Upon arriving, I called the number provided, requesting new sheets for the pullout sofa (which had a blood stain), and more towels and wash clothes for a family of 4. I was informed more would come. It wasn’t until calling again after midnight that I was informed the cleaning company they used closed everyday at 5pm. When the items came there were no washclothes. They’re reasoning was that it wasn’t hypoallergenic to provide them. They tried to offer a compensation of allotting an extra hour to check out, which was not worth it since we had an early morning flight anyway. I don’t think they really considered our needs or the inconvenience behind our multiple requests/ concerns.

Excelente departamento. Espacio necesario. Dormitorio grande de 2 camas dobles. Ante baño y baño. Cocina amplia y buen espacio de estar comedor. Importante! Si mandas Amazon te lo reciben y te lo guardan. Buen espacio de estacionamiento, buena piscina y spa de burbujas con agua caliente. Luego tenés un área de parrilla a gas y media cancha de básquet. Vas caminando a icon park. Y vas caminando a cualquier restaurant de comida rápida. La zona es bien tranquila.

Foi uma viagem um pouco frustrada porque o quarto não permitiu que nós tivessemos descanso. Positive: Localização - Location Negative: Não gostei da acomodação. Quando chegamos o quarto estava num cheiro terrível. Havia um vazamento de água no canto embaixo da banheira e a água estava molhando inclusive o carpete do quarto, causando um cheiro ruim muito forte. Mandei mensagem para o responsável e disseram que eu quem não estava fechando a cortina da banheira, mas tenho foto e vídeo do local do vazamento e também das torneiras soltas por onde a água estava entrando. Ficamos duas semanas sentindo cheiro ruim e nossa viagem foi desagradável. Também solicitei a troca de toalha e nos ignoraram. Gostaria de parte do retorno do que paguei. I didn't like the accommodation. When we arrived, the room smelled terrible. There was a water leak in the corner under the bathtub and the water was even getting on the carpet in the room, causing a very strong bad smell. I sent a message to the person in charge and they said that I wasn't closing the bathtub curtain, but I have photos and videos of the leak and also of the loose taps where the water was coming in. We spent two weeks smelling bad and our trip was unpleasant. I also asked for a change of towels and they ignored us. I would like part of the money I paid back.

Muy buena estadia y confortable. Cumplio con lo indicado en la descripción del alojamiento. Fácil acceso a tiendas, outlets y Universal.

el lugar era como las fotos pero muchísimos años después. estaba sucio el sanitario tenía lo que parecía hacer mugre de cupo y adicionalmente habíamos en las paredes en las ventanas los muebles estaban sucios y manchados lo mismo que la alfombra. la nevera hacía ruido y el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó adecuadamente

Excelente estadía! El departamento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio. La ubicación es, sin duda, la mejor en la que me he hospedado en Miami. Los anfitriones, Thalita y Rob, fueron sumamente atentos y respondieron a todas mis dudas con mucha rapidez. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Positive: La ubicación y trato del personal.

Llegamos al departamento y no andaba nada (microondas, luces, hornallas), no tiene ventilacion por lo que el olor que hay es terrible. No repusieron el microondas en toda la estadia hasta el ultimo dia complicando nuestras comidas. Entraron a la habitacion sin permiso cuando les expresamos que no queriamos que entre nadie ya que no estabamos y no habia ninguna visita programada. El sillon cama no cuenta con frazadas acordes por lo que el que duerme ahi se muere de frio toda la noche. El lavavajillas le dejaba un olor terrible a los platos y vasos, habia que lavarlos nuevamente luego de usarlo.

Muy limpio y una excelente atención y muchas amenidades, siempre que vaya a Orlando, me alojaré ahí

Negative: No funcionó el coffe maker. Y habían mucha cucarachas en la Cocina

Positive: The room is close to great shopping and dining areas so we were able to walk to our destination. The weather was great for it! Negative: The hallway had a really bad smell. Like mildew maybe

Negative: Issues with our room..the floor stank so bad.. facility carpet was stained and gross .. never go back

Wish we had booked with the hotel directly instead of going through this booking channel. Positive: Easy check-in at the front desk, great location on I-drive, free/plentiful parking, the host was responsive each time I reached out. Negative: A/C didn't work properly which was the worst part of the experience. It was 82 degress in our room when we checked in. After initial maintenance service, our host transferred us to a new unit which was 70 when we got there, but then didn't drop below 76 rest of the stay. At that point, it wasnt worth bringing up again for yet another unit/service request with one more night. Black mold in windows at 2nd unit (not this listing but same host). "Condo" may technically be true, but it's a hotel room managed by a 3rd party instead of the hotel itself. Felt misled by the listing, also because the bright filters on the photos don't match the ambience of the property/room. The bathroom was not the same as the photo, which showed a much more updated shower and sink.

Overall, we had a great experience. Thalita was very communicative and responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. We originally booked a room with a king-size bed, but due to maintenance reasons, it was changed to a room with two queen beds the day before our arrival. Check-in at the hotel went smoothly, although the front desk initially requested an access code to provide us with the room key. This caused some confusion until it was explained that we needed to show the room confirmation, which includes the room number. This confirmation is available through the link provided by Thalita, not directly on Airbnb. The location is great, and parking was convenient. We didn't have any issues with other guests. However, we did hear some noise coming from the pool area of the adjacent hotel. Keep in mind, this is a 3-star hotel, so don't expect 5-star amenities—but overall, it met our expectations.

Casi Perfecto si los Empleados Fueran Amables. Positive: Al llegar la unidad que nos toco no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Pero luego de 3 horas y con la temperatura a 93 Fahrenheit Nos Ubicaron en Otra Unidad. Todo es cómodo y limpio. Es un apartamento completo, se siente como estar en casa Propia. La Piscina y El Jacuzzi Perfectos. No use el BBQ pero estaba Todo limpio. Negative: A excepcion de una Señora Venezolana que supervisa a las demas, ahi son Todos Odiosos, No Saludan y Mucho menos dan las Gracias. En el Front Desk al parecer compiten en Ver cual de Las 2 Mujeres y el Hombre son mas Rudos y Antipáticos. Imagino que habra un Manager que les Indique como ser Cortez.

Agradable. Positive: El lugar fue bastante amplio para los 5. Se encuentra muy cerca de los parques de Universal, y otras atracciones como el museo de Madame Tussauds entre otros. Negative: No es que no me gusto, pero son sugerencias: los desagues del baño y cocina estaban tapados. Solo había 2 jabones chiquitos para 3 días de alojamiento de 5 personas. El piso de la pieza, pasando el mueble del tv, estaba húmedo, por el aire acondicionado? No recordaba que no tenian servicio de desayuno, pero lo pudimos resolver con los elementos disponibles en la cocina. Otro detalle que no tuvimos en cuenta nosotros, o no lo entendimos en su momento, que al ser un condominio deben confirmar con tiempo el horario de llegada para que la gente de la recepción sepa de tu llegada. Por suerte lo pudimos resolver en parte con la ayuda de la recepcionista que nos brindó el telefono para comunicarnos con los encargados y en 10/15 minutos ingresamos.

Buena ubicación y espacio, equipamiento insuficiente, aire acondicionado no funcionaba Positive: Ubicación, espacio interior y limpieza Negative: Equipamiento de la cocina escaso. El agua tenía olor extraño (especialmente en la cocina). Entra mucha luz, deberían tener cortinas. El aire acondicionado no era suficiente y las ventanas no se podían abrir. La cadena del baño se salía de lugar facilmente

Bien Positive: Excelente ubicación , tranquilo , el señor de la recepción fue muy cordial y atento , la distribución del apartamento es buena Negative: Cuando llegamos nos tocó esperar porque en la recepción no habían recibido autorización para nuestro ingreso. Le falta más aseo al apartamento , el olor no era agradable , está percudido los muebles y el baño

Decepcionante Positive: Localização Negative: Primeiramente as regras dizem que devemos fazer um bloqueio de USD 100 no cartão de crédito, mas nenhum cartão funciona no link enviado. Chegamos muito tarde e não existe máquina para pagamento na recepção, nem pode ser pago em dinheiro. Ficamos horas na recepção e só fomos liberados depois de pagar os USD 100 no DEBITO. A estadia foi longa (15 dias) os administradores não fazem uma limpeza ou trocam as toalhas. Para que houvesse troca das toalhas, gastei horas com os administradores via mensagem pois não há uma única alma que possa ajudar no hotel, tudo deve ser feito via mensagem ou telefone. Na regra diz que entre 7 e 10 dias úteis seria feito o estorno do valor pago, mas se passou o prazo e o dinheiro não retornou. Só recebi o dinheiro depois de ficar dias trocando mensagens. Além disso, tem pessoas muito mal encaradas no hotel, parece que são moradores, não me senti segura. Enfim, não vale a pena.
