Loved the location! With restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The Universal parks are all just minutes drives away. The room was the perfect size for my family of five. The kitchenette was an added convenience. The room could use some updates— and that’s also true about the entire hotel. But honestly, it wasn’t that big a deal. Overall, it was a great value!

Completely Disappointed The worst place I have ever stayed. When we arrived there was no running water to our room. It was dirty and smelled terrible. My children were bit by bugs. We drove 16 hours to get to Florida upon arrival to our hotel we had to wait to check in because they had to wait for an email from someone stating that we rented the room. Then when we tried to go to sleep, we realized they did not give us enough pillows or blankets. When we needed more blankets, we went to the front desk and they told us we had to contact our host. We contacted the host who did not supply blankets until 3 PM the next day so my husband and I had no blankets and no pillows to go to bed and it was freezing. The dishwasher didn’t work. The hotel only supplied us with five towels and no washcloths. The elevators were terrible and scary. It smelled like dirty feet and balls Mixed with Indian food in the room. The people at the front desk were absolutely rude. Then they gave us a number to call 24 seven for assistance but if you called the number, no one answered it when they finally do answer they tell you they don’t have any staff available every single time you call. None of the lights worked correctly and flickered every time you turned them on. On our third day there the water was shut off from 12 to 2. The hot tub barely worked one of the Jets and it was broken. I will be requesting a full refund for our stay. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

Sin palabras,era una triste y gris habitacion de un hotel 2 estrellas maximo,sin idea de lo que es atencion al cliente,escondida detras de una publicación de airbnb. Te recomiendo si no quieres sentir que tiraste tu dinero a la basura mira bien antes de resevar.

Great Stay If you are going to universal and you have a modest budget this is a great option

very poor Positive: no breakfast, no management. pay usd 1.00 per page for print. Negative: Very unfriendly hosts. no help whatsoever. no food of any kind.

Pros: Flexible check-in and out with someone always at the front desk. Great location near Universal Studios. Very nice to have kitchen and dining space. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Cons: Toilet needed to be flushed twice every time it was used. Kitchen faucet plumbed opposite (hot water when expecting cold and vise versa). No can opener. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Me encantó el lugar. Fue tal cual lo mostró en la descripción, volvería a ir sin duda. Me encantó la organización de las camas.

El lugar es grande, cerca de lugares turísticos y tiene lo necesario para poder preparar tu comida

Stayed here a few times over the years but it hasn’t changed much decor wise . The management team made booking so easy Positive: Location pool and spa was great staff friendly Negative: Needs a refurb also one part of the cooker didn’t work no charging ports light switches some didn’t work and lamps aren’t the best

Amazing place

Wi-Fi never worked my room keys kept breaking down the first day I checked in. I waited over an hour Positive: I have to change my room three times because of the keys worked Negative: It was horrible

Overall, we did enjoy our stay. Positive: We like how the living area and bed room were in different areas. We liked how there was a kitchen in the suite. In a great location. Negative: Check in process was not an easy process. Carpet on wall was peeling in the bedroom. Furniture and room could be updated. Bathroom walls showed deterioration. One of the stove top burners was not working properly. Not enough washers and dryers to accommodate the amount of guests. We had to go do laundry elsewhere. Which made it very inconvenient.

Olvidable Positive: La ubicación Negative: Nos dieron una unidad sin AA, con la cabina de comando de calefacción con la puerta rota y todo los cables expuestos ( un peligro). Nos hicieron enviar4 mails de reclamo e innumerables llamados telefónicos para conseguir que nos cambien de apartamento. Tuvimos que esperar 4 horas para lograrlo. Muy mal

Decepcionante, no lo recomiendo por un poco más de dinero podrían encontrar una mejor opción. Positive: La ubicación es muy buena todo queda cerca outlets, comida, tiendas de conveniencia y los parques igual super cerca. Negative: Estaba sucio, no cuentan con servicio de limpieza, habían cucarachas, el aire acondicionado no servia si bajaba de cierta temperatura, mala atención en el hotel, el corredor y elevador apestan a cigarro.
