Megan was a pleasure to host!

Jeff and Tyler, were a pleasure to host! Overall it wasn’t bad, but it could have been cleaner, floors were dirty. We were there for two weeks and the dryer stopped working 3 days in and the laundry room was somewhat covered with lint, the dryer isn’t properly vented. Some outlets didn’t work, made drying hair difficult. There were no extra sheets or blankets. There weren’t really clear instructions on what to do before you checked out other than load dishwasher and take out trash. It needs some minor repairs, the owners might need to go and take a look at the place. It would have been nice to know that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, sun tarps, cooler and a wagon. It made it sound like you had to bring it or rent it, but it was all there.

Our family had a wonderful week together, it was our first time to Anna Maria Island. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We had a few issues with the house which were addressed promptly by AMI management. They were great. The house was a bit worn and wifi patchy but overall nice. For the size of the house and number of bedrooms, we would have liked a larger gathering and dining area with more seating.

House was great for our family stay. Beach chairs and cart provided for the easy walk one block to the beach entrance. House is getting a little tired. Could use some replacement items and a little tlc.

The house is lovely and only two blocks from the gulf. BUT: the dishwasher didn't work, the dryer didn't work, the pool heater never worked. The dishwasher was fixed, the dryer couldn't be fixed so was disconnected, and the pool never got warm. These are first world problems concededly, and the maintenance staff were very nice, BUT at the price, and as we were on holiday we did not enjoy wasting our precious week off dealing with house problems. Unacceptable. The house ought not be rented again until repairs are made.

Great location at a beautiful house. Just steps away from the beach. Lots of beach chairs too. Pool security doors did not work properly, as the alarm went off even when you pushed the button but we just laughed about it after a while. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was ok, but very expensive for what it is. The house accommodates 12 persons but the social area is small. The beach was a little bit far.
