We really enjoyed our vacation - the house was spacious and all the windows were wonderful. The bedrooms were dark enough to sleep in. It was clean and well equipped. The kids loved the upstairs and we enjoyed the layouts of the bedrooms. The Pac-Man game was definitely popular!!The proximity to the shops and beach was an added plus.

Wonderful spot, about 2 blocks from beach access. Easily walkable to downtown. The house has everything you could need. Hosts are responsive and make the process easy.

We were looking for an amazing and spacious home to stay and we found beautiful neighborhood and very very closed to the beach kitchen well equipped to do all your cooking and a great pool don’t look further it doesn’t disappoint!!!

My family and I found the place to be perfect for our vacation needs, in terms of location, space, amenities, etc. We would gladly consider renting this place again.

I loved the area upstairs for my teenagers! They had their own space away from the chaos of hosting 15 ppl in one house! This house is perfect for large groups, and the backyard for pups was the icing on the cake!

Loved our stay here! Very spacious house on a street that felt private, yet was a short walk away from the beach and the bustling Coligny Plaza. Loved having a private pool on the 2nd level and playing Ms. Pac Man was a nice blast from the past. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kyle and Nicole!

Property was just as described. Walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Lots of space for two families traveling together. Well stocked kitchen and towels. We loved floating in the pool every day. Would stay here again!

Pros- Very close to restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to beach and wagon was provided. several board games and activities around home for kids. my nieces really enjoyed playing the Arcade games and swimming in the pool. Kitchen had all the necessities. Refrigerator was roomy. Hot tub was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Cons- Had to clean the Blackstone Griddle before use. It was corroded. 2nd day we were there, the shower started leaking and the host did respond in a timely manner. Also in the lower level there was a layer of dust/dirt on the right side. The dirt was in the sink and on the counter as well. We deducted it is probably from the landscapers blowing the side yard. the king bedroom on 1st level had a plastic type mattress cover which crunched every time I rolled and radiated our body heat making it hot at night. Also, there needs to be more outdoor seating so we could all enjoy outdoors together.

We had such a wonderful stay! Kyle and Nicole’s place is absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

House and location were great!

We loved that it was a 2 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Great for adults and kids, lots of stuff to do at the house. Easy walk to coligny plaza for lot of shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a great stay!!
