We had a wonderful time- The house was clean and had a wonderful lay out. We had everything we needed to prepare several meals at the home. We enjoyed eating outside at the large table. I especially appreciated the charging areas on each nightstand in the main bedroom. Would definitely recommend!
The home was lovely and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the cool breezes on the balcony. My children and grandchildren would have loved to be able to have more days at the beach however you can’t control the weather. We a.l had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. It was a awesome vacation
What was originally planned to be a 60th birthday getaway for my wife with her 4 adult nieces. But circumstances changed with the youngers and it ended up being with her siblings, and they had just experienced the loss of another sibling so it was a good chance for them to just be together. House was great. Kitchen well stocked, in fact, more so than any house house we have ever rented. We had a big storm the first night and the next morning one of the property managers came by to make sure everything was ok, which was the case. Spring Break kids on either side of us and they were worried about being to loud at night. They were not, and we told them if they were we didn't care because we were young once too. A long time ago but we still remember. Great house. If I need another house with similar bedroom configuration I would rent again.
This is our second time staying at this location. We love the home and location. For privacy reasons in the master upstairs we brought our own door covering. I think that is something that should be addressed. Other than that everything was great! We will be back! One of the TVs weren’t working, but we called the staff and they had it resolved within an hour! Great service if it’s needed. Very professional.

The house was excellent for relaxing in a very peaceful area of gulfshores. The house was clean and good equipped, all what you need was there. Linda, the housemanager was helpful. Thank you. We can definitely recommend this premise
Beautiful ... inside and out! We enjoyed all the space this home had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed & more to make our meals. The beds were comfy and the property manager was there if anything was needed (which just makes you feel reassured). We would come back in a heartbeat with our family and furbabies! Thank you for all the memories!!!

The location here is so amazing! Sway from the beaten path, quiet neighborhood, a block walk from the beach! We loved the space, the decorations and layout of the house! The much had everything we possibly needed to cook all of our meals! There was space for everyone and having 2 balconies was great! Bring your own beach toys and chairs and maybe your own sheets if you want a slightly better stay.
This was our second year of staying at coastal landing. The house is well designed, well equipped, has extremely comfortable beds, and located in a great neighborhood. The property manager, Linda, is extremely helpful and responses quickly if you have any needs or concerns. She even stopped by with a special treat on Valentine’s Day. We love going to Morgantown and spending the month there in this lovely home.

We had our family of 10 and the space was perfect! No one had to even sleep on the pullout sofa! Space was great! Furnishings and finishes were great! It was simply and beautifully decorated! Short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. Check in and check out was easy and management was great, although we didn’t really have to contact them except once and it was for something minor!

We had a great trip to this location. The steps into the home were a bit much for a 72 YY w knee replacements and back issues. The beach was a little farther away than expected so I believe a golf cart would be a welcomed addition next trip. I for me, I should have tested beds before picking a room. The Master bed was very soft, not good for back. Others would have liked that room and I should have taken another. The alligator visited almost every morning. We did not feed at all but I'm wonder if others had. He would come very close to homes. We always love Fort Morgan as less crowded. Still give a high rating but felt comments were informative. Thx
Have a wonderful stay at coastal landing for the full month of February, 2023. Love the neighborhood! The house was everything we wanted to escape the Midwest snow! Property manager was welcoming, friendly and very responsive to our needs.
This beach house has 2 master bedrooms which is awesome. It is large enough for a crowd or cozy enough for a couple. It is a short walk to the beach. The sunrise and sunsets were stunning. The full size washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. It is located not far from nature trails, restaurants, entertainment & shopping.
The house is very nice and a short walk to the beach and to the pools. The entire complex is very family-friendly, with the exception of the alligators. We saw one in the marshy area right next to the house. Not anything that would keep us from coming back, but we were careful about our dog.

Beautiful, clean home! Loved the location. Property management always responded to my questions quickly. All check in and out instructions were very clear.
My family of 10 spent the week of June 25-July 2 at Coastal Landing. We had a great time. It rained a good bit of the time but we brought games and puzzles and went shopping and did other things so was still a good time just being together.
