The house we stayed in was absolutely perfect! It met all of our needs and was very comfortable for our family of 10 adults and 3 children. The location was great—very close to the beach, and the pool was also conveniently located near the house. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and made some great family memories. We would definitely book this house again and highly recommend it! ❤️🏖️☀️
We enjoyed our experience at this home. The view is good and the space is set up nicely for families. Access to the beach is easy, and the beach is nice.
Spacious, comfortable and good layout
We had a wonderful stay, the beach was a short walk and the house was great for all 6 kids (all under the age of 5) I would recommend staying here especially for families.
Our family of 12 stayed comfortably with plenty of sleeping room for all. The outdoor balcony space was really enjoyable after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed how close the boardwalk was for evening walks on the beach. The main living space is a little small for that # of people if you are planning to have meals all together, but we made it work.

Our stay was filled with fun and comfort! Knowing we can walk to the beach with our littles ones without a worry was sweet. The team was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I loved this community!
Very nice house with plenty of space! We had a large group with many adults needing rooms. This place provided plenty of rooms with king/queen beds. It was spotlessly clean. We were close to the places we needed to go. We would stay here again!!
Rented this place out for my birthday weekend and it didn’t disappoint. It was extremely walkable to the beach, so we just parked our cars Friday and didn’t have to get back in them till we left Sunday. The house had enough space and beds for all of us. Heads up, you do need to bring your own beach towels, but they do have everything eles!
We had a great family vacation here, lots of room for the little ones to play, beautiful atmosphere, easy beach access, great amenities and communication.
Fun spot, pretty view! This VRBO was a great location and the hosts were very communicative and friendly. A few points that I didn’t leave 5 stars on are as follows:-Directions to locate the trash bin were unclear -The house was very dusty (floors left our feet looking black, layers of dust on side tables, baseboards, etc.)-The listing didn’t clearly articulate the setup of the house with the stairs being outside only. We had small children and had to rearrange ourselves as we didn’t feel comfortable putting kids to bed downstairs and leaving them to hang out upstairs with the rest of the family. This lead to less than ideal sleeping arrangements-The upstairs shower never got warm, we tried multiple different levels of turning the knob.-There weren’t enough towels to shower with, so many people had to share towels -The bunk bed had a pull out roller bed below the bottom bunk- it pulled out but did not push in due to broken slats hanging down with nails sticking out of them -The door locks and TV remote elements were not user friendly -The advertised beach access was about a 10 minute walk and was not doable with all our kids and items to carry- so we ended up driving to a different location All of these things did not severely impact our stay- nor did we reach out to get support for them as the time it would take to resolve all these issues would take time away from me spending time with family. So we didn’t communicate them right away- but they are note worthy.
The house sleeps 14 and we had 11 guests. The property provided plenty of space and amenities for our family. We were so comfortable all week long. We grilled and chilled and made memories until our next trip!

Good place to stay
Enjoyed our our stay. The decor was beautiful and loved the ocean view.
The house was amazing! Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully furnished. Good view of the ocean from the master bedroom deck. It was about 3 min walk to the water. The was a outside shower, which was really helpful, coming from the beach. There was a huge box full of sand toys and boogie boards. We would love to stay again.
Our stay was wonderful! My friends and I had a blast and all the amenities we needed. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived.
Just aqesome Everything was absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay, the air condition went off the last night so it got a bit hot but we enjoyed our stay. Recommend this place.
Family coast getaway Kitchen very well stocked and home very comfortable!
Family Beach Getaway House was as expected. Clean and everything functioned as it should. Location was great. 10 mins from Port Aransas and 15 minutes from Corpus Christi. Beach Access was close. Took us a few days to locate the onsite dumpster (at the entrance). The community pool was about 4 houses down from us. We had to clean in ourselves, lots of bugs and floaties, but we still had a great time after we got the junk out. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 3 children.
Great location We enjoyed the property immensely. Short walk or ride to the beach. Quiet community. Nice pool.

Great stay in port A We had a great time. Very nice place in a quite area. Nice pool and easy walk to the beach.
Adequate The living area was too small (poorly arranged?) for the number of people. Two love seats, no couch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Large deck, lots of seating. The towels and washcloths were awful. Threadbare and scratchy. The kitchen was well equipped. For the price I was disappointed
Family Christmas Vacation Property was well taken care of. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils, pans, appliances and service ware that we needed. House was plenty big enough for our family of 13 and had room for quiet space. Walk to beach was close. Will stay here again.
Great house! This is probably the 10th time we've stayed at this house? We love it! It has lots of bedrooms so everyone gets their own space. Our only request would be more places to sit in the living room. Also there were no hot pads in the kitchen. But who cares about that stuff? I know we'll be back!
Wonderful Stay Excellent rental for multiple families. Well maintained home walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views from the upper and lower deck. Thoughtful details like extra sand toys for the kids. Well stocked kitchen and grill area. Parking is available but if you have multiple large vehicles like trucks/vans/suvs it would be really tight and there is no street parking.
Great weekend getaway The house is even nicer than the pictures. The view of the beach is amazing and the kids enjoyed it. Being able to use 2 bbq grills was great. Very quiet area. Peaceful vacation. We will be back.

Lovely Family Vacation Our experience was lovely. The beach was very close and the accommodations were very nice. We did end up bringing extra paper towel rolls, detergent and trash bags because there are limited quantities provided. So be sure to do so if you visit!

Best stocked kitchen we have stayed in! It was close to the beach, had great sleeping arrangements and we were able to cook a fabulous thanksgiving meal!
Lovely stay! House was spotless, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It's located on a beautiful, uncrowded section of beach.
Coastal family vacay This was our third stay at this house. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and such easy access to the beach. House could provide better trash bags and a little maintenance needs to be done. Headboard in downstairs bedroom was loose and white doors need repainting. Kitchen needs hot pads to assist with cooking.

Port A Family Getaway MY family has been visiting Port A for 20 years and love staying at different locations through out the Island. This property was one of the cleanest and nicest we have stayed at. Was missing pot holders for the oven but management was quick to bring us some. Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed this property.
The house is perfect for our family ans friends and has everything we need for a great trip! Great experience renting.

Close walk to beach and plenty of space for family Our group had 8 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The walk to the beach was very short and safe. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We’ll definitely be back.
Family get together We had a great time. Weather was nice for most of the week and the house was great for us. Plenty of room and nice porch for sitting outside and visiting. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys available at the house for the kids to enjoy. Great layout couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. We will define return!
Enjoyed Wish stairs were inner stairs instead of exterior stairs going from different levels. Several spider webs hanging from ceilings in different rooms. Snake at bottom from door entry. Water reversed hot/cold confusion for older folks. Over all stay was good thanks.
Family vacay Pools were closed. Was never notified of pool closures. When I contacted rental company about they said HOA had voted to close. We were never notified. We have stayed here before and love the house, ease to the beach and great parking....have asked for some refund due to pool closures. Our kids look forward to playing at the beach then to the pool. Just a disappointment....
Nice property. Property was clean and in great shape. Our family totally enjoyed the time we were there. It does have a pretty long walk for families that have older members. The pool was closed while we were there and the property manager was not aware.

Above and Beyond Everything was over the top here. Plenty of room for our 13 people, loads of silverware and utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes for everything, beautifully decorated. Many gathering areas for all ages , easy walk to the beach for everyone, even the 3 year old and the 71 year old who’s having a knee replacement next week. Can’t wait to come back!

Wow! The location is awesome. The house is beautiful and homey. There was enough room for twelve people. The kids absolutely loved the family room.
Nice house nice location The house was nice and love the location. The door on the dryer at the house was broke. Needs more towels and dish towels and deck needs to be redone my grand daughter had to goto an Urgent Care to get a huge splinter out of her foot.
No Need To Look Further This house was absolutely amazing! So beautiful, clean and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. There are beach chairs, a wagon and an umbrella which was so nice since we weren't able to bring those items with us, and were worried about what we were going to do during our beach time. I can't even tell you how beautiful this home is with the decor to give it a perfect beachy feel. We were so impressed that when we come back, we talked about just booking the same house. The only downfall, is having to leave! Thank you for making our visit so amazing!!
Nice place! This was a really nice place. We did run into a few problems, 1. The bottom floor had a leak that apparently had been there awhile because when the floor was stepped on water would squirt upwards between the flooring seams, they did send someone to help with the situation but all they could do was provide extra towels to throw on the floor until it dried. 2. We had to throw away some food and pastries we left on the counter because of ants. They were very small ants, and we just couldn't leave anything on the counter for very long. Other that those two issues, it was a very nice, clean and peaceful place with easy access to the beach.
Coastal Casa is a great place Needed a place on short notice. As luck would have it this place was available. Very, very nice house. Lots of room. Great amenities. Walk or drive to beach. We could not have found a better place to stay. Our family will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Port A. I would recommend to anyone looking to go to Port A.
