There are no words to describe the wonderful and pleasant experience my family and I had. The place was incredibly cozy, peaceful, tidy, clean and accessible. It was definitely the perfect place for our vacations, just as the sign on the wall says "This must be the place". Kelly and her team were very kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we received their full attention. Thank you for allowing us to be part of the story.

The place was gorgeous. Loved how private and quiet the place was. My only concern was the smell. It definitely has a wet dog smell that is hard to overcome. Plus, it affected my husband's allergies. Other than that, the place was great.

Inside was very pretty, nice and clean!! Loved the vanity and mirrors, bed was very comfortable However the house smells like animals/smoke!! Especially when you first walk in. People wondering around the parking lot at night. Condominium complex not a townhouse. Back down a dead in road. Didn’t feel very safe in the evening. Is close to everything.

Kelly's townhouse was perfect for our family! It was updated and decorated beautifully! It was so welcoming from the cozy front porch to the fully equipped dining, kitchen space and lovely family room space! Lots of seating and options for hanging out! Beautiful lighting inside and outdoors, which complimented the space. The bedrooms had lots of storage space and even had a cute little sitting area with vanities! It was quiet and private. Walking or short driving distance right down to the main strip of entertainment! We spent lots of time visiting Pigeon Forge and it was a very short drive to Gatlinburg! So conveniently located! Kelly responded very quickly anytime we had questions and was very helpful! My family is all in agreement that we want to go back and visit Pigeon Forge again and will want to stay at Kelly's townhouse! Loved it!❤️

it was magical experience, place really clean and tidy, every thing they have what require in home, normally we always stays hotel it's our first time experience airbnb and it was a great experience, I glad that we take this decision, Kelly is a wonderful host really responsive, it's feel like more then a home, before leave we decided as a family that next year we choose a same home. thanks Kelly for you home and service.

Place looks like the pictures and the inside was set up very nice. Two dislikes were the front entrance had a lingering smoke smell and the rear sliding door lock was extremely difficult to unlatch. Other than that, close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Kelly's home was so cute, welcoming, and a great location! She was very responsive to any questions I had. There weren't any extra blankets for the pullout sofa, and she had a blanket delivered to us. All in all it was a great stay!

Great location, close to all of the attractions! Described accurately and photos matched the place! The only thing we noticed was a slight lingering smell of smoke throughout our stay. Other than that, recommend for a small family if you are in the area!

The location is perfect! Close to the Island, Publix and to the main street where everything happens.The house is how it is described but the lack of a more efficient communication from Kelly is why I am leaving a not so great review. We arrived on 12/29 with 6 people, the house only had 4 towels and 1 was dirty. I asked Kelly for more towels and she asked me to look around the house, but nothing was found.She said she was sending me more towels and never got them or even followed up. We had 6 people and why do we get 4 towels? There is a couch bed but they don’t provide any linens, so both of my kids had to sleep with us. The neighbors were really loud around 1am every night. We found wasps inside the house and i woke up with at least 9 bites on my body which I still don’t know if it’s bed bugs or the wasps. There are 2 Yellowjacket’s traps outside which the wasps could be it. I requested an extra day before all the bites and Kelly said she would let me know, but never responded.

The apartment met the description and offered many little details that showed that thoughtfulness went into every detail of this vacation home. The entire was very clean and everything was tasteful, on a high standard and functioning. Our family felt at home in this place and we would have loved to stay a few more days. We are happy with our choice to stay here. A big Thank You to the owner and the management.

This place is secluded but located close to everything. If you are traveling when there is snow or ice beware of a hill you have to go to through to this location. Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchen fully equipped, the only thing I would mention if you are into warm comforters, it’s best you bring your own or an extra blanket. I highly recommend this location.

Nice quiet place! Not crazy expensive and nice neighborhood

I have stayed for work and vacation. Super quiet and relaxing. Neighborhoods are friendly and nice. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook. I will be back soon! The price right! Not some outrageous cost!

This condo was exactly as the picture show on the inside! The outside definitely does not do it justice. Not only did it look nice inside, everything was quality. These were some of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were super clean. Great water, pressure and temperature. The Pac-Man game was great and worked how we thought it would. TVs were easy to navigate. Washer and dryer were great. Proximity to everything in pigeon Forge was great. And it was an end of unit condo, so extra quiet. That was really nice as our family definitely likes to, have a normal bedtime and likes it to be really quiet and dark for bed. Thank you for the blackout curtains in the king bedroom that faced the parking lot with the street lamps. They worked great. Would highly recommend for any family or two couples.

Enjoyed our stay. Only thing I was unhappy about was the additional $50 cost for nothing. Hotels only charge for incidentals if something is missing or broken, here they just take extra money. If you have no incidentals it’s just free money.

Positive: The home is beautiful Negative: But it wasn't cleaned or maintained very well also there was no tissue on arrival 😕 certain things was just very nasty also after booking they wanna charge you a hidden fee of $50 for damage fee that's not refundable and $50 if u forget to put the parking pass back

Such a great place to stay at! I’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge for years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed! It’s right at the main strip of activities, restaurants, and stores…. Very clean space, everything works properly, easy to get into, responsive host, very clear instructions…. My family will definitely be coming back on our next trip to TN!

Kellys place was beautiful. Very peaceful and comfortable. It was 5 mins from most things to do in pigeon forge! Kelly was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Would stay again!

This place was great! It was clean and just what our family needed for our stay. It was close to all things in Pigeon Forge but you also felt like you were in a private oasis at the same time. The host communicated at a 10/10 level! Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful. It was hard to get in the front door but the host replied quickly and gave us another way to enter. The back blinds were broken but I’m assume they will fix those quickly. Communication was top notch! Location was wonderful for Pigeon Forge.

The location was great and easy to find. Close to anything you might want to do in Pigeon Forge. The space was perfect for us and our 2 kids.

We really enjoyed our space. The unit was very cute and had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. The location was super convenient to the main strip with restaurants and entertainment. The host is very responsive.

The apartment was nice,clean, well accommodated with an accurate description. I just had an issue with receiving a parking pass which kind of interfered with my vacation due to the constant communication I had to maintain with the property manager. And the issue never was resolved. The only other issue was the downstairs blinds. There were missing panels..... in which you could see into the apartment. Without those two issues I would rate my stay a 10 out of 10.

This place was great for our weekend trip! Clean and cozy! We will be back for sure.

Overall it was great, it was quiet and no problems with the neighbors. Easy to find and close to parkway. It was warm and cozy and worked perfectly for the three of us.

This property was exactly as listed. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The inside was absolutely spotless and decorated beautifully. Only had a couple of minor issues. One with the blinds and the other was a squeaky bathroom door upstairs. I'm sure these have been fixed by now. They did not impact us having a wonderful stay! I will definitely stay here again. Kelly is a friendly and very responsive host.

We loved staying at Kelly’s place. We felt at home, it was a very clean and organized house, felt cozy and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more the house and the city. Localization is great, close to all the things. I’d stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! The Airbnb was clean and the decorations made it feel homey. Close by restaurants and not too far from the national park. Communication with Kelly was very helpful. Overall a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The door took us a minute to figure out but once we did everything else was great!

This place is SO adorable! There is so many "extras" in this condo! The hand soap, air freshener, coffee pods, etc., etc... such a nice touch to our weekend. The little things like that makes it feel just like home! The beds are heavenly, the water is hot in the showers, the place is SO clean and updated! I will be staying here again and again!! Nice place and well located

I stayed at many airbnb s this is the first time the whole family all said we felt like being at home! this place has everything you need from kitchen to restroom to the rooms to the grill outside to the laundry room ! DONT BRING ANYTHING you might think you ll need this place has it all The other great thing the host keeps checking on you to make sure your stay is smooth and also replies very quickly my kids loved it!!!! this place got board games and the soundboard watching movies my wife loved the kitchen she made xmas dinner and she found all the stuff she needed ti make it happen me the grill was my #1 thing I used it 3 times worked perfectly I give it the highest rating that you could think of it was perfect! if you are debating when it comes to the price Ill say pay the price it's well worth it

What a lovely and accommodating place right in the heart of literally everything! (What a bonus having Reagan’s Pancake House at the bottom of the hill!) The accommodations were exactly like the pictures, everything worked like it should, and the little things to make you feel like home were thought of and ready to use. Kelly was very responsive and proactive with our late check-in which was a breeze. Clear instructions and access. Very clean inside with upgrades and remodeling to optimize every space. There were five people in our party and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend as we would definitely stay there again on our next visit!

Kelly's place was indeed a great place to stay. Everything was what she described plus more. Anything we could think of, she had. The home was clean and clear and we'll decorated. Kelly responded to every question I had in a quick manner. I loved her home and will visit again.

Beautiful space, quiet private end unit in a great location. Very cozy with lovely decor upstairs & downstairs. Communication was clear and easy to follow. I would recommend to others as well as stay again. Only recommendation would be to increase the heat as it was set a little too low for the very cold nights. But thankful for the extra blankets that were also provided! Overall 9.5/10 in my book.

Nice little getaway The house was very cute and accommodating. We only had a few issues with the assigned parking, but management was quick to respond. Overall a nice place to stay for the week and was very close to all the attractions.

We had a great stay here. We were in town because of a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken fields. This home was approximately 10 minutes or less from the fields depending on the traffic. It is on a side road off the main highway. We were close to various attractions, restaurants, and stores which was nice, so we did not have to waste time driving everywhere. Don't let the outside of the home fool you. The inside is exactly like the pictures and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms and kitchen was well stocked with helpful items. Kelly checked on us throughout the stay and even helped retrieve a left item. I would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Family Vacation We had a wonderful stay! They really thought of everything you may need from a pack and play to a high chair and makeup desks. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and so close to the main strip! Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Great find and convenient! Great location, very clean, really cool decor, very comfortable stay. This place had everything imaginable available if needed during our stay. Nothing shabby either, all was good quality and not run down. Host checked in daily via email and made sure all was well.

If you're on the fence, just book it! Our family really enjoyed all of the modern decor and furnishings. Everything was clean and extremely accommodating. I loved the accommodations for the little ones-- a high chair and pack n play were provided which made our lives SO much easier. The place was about 10 minutes or so from Dollywood, which is where we spent most of our vacation. We will definitely book this again!

Would stay here again We love it & appreciated the thoughtful details. It was cozy and modern. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the little dining area. It was quiet at all hours and we felt comfortable and slept great. We would stay here again. My kids loved it and we played some of the board games there. We all loved the pillows. I brought my own, but ended up liking the pillows there better. 👍👍 There is a grassy area out back and this would be convenient for anyone with a doggy. The lighting and lamps give a snuggly vibe. Overall a great experience.

Kelly’s place was a nice and beautiful place. Even better than described. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only issue were the neighbors next door they were too loud and kept smoking and all the smell went inside our apartment, but we know that’s not Kelly’s fault so other than that it was great 👍🏼

This cozy and adorably updated little condo is just minutes from the strip of activity in pigeon forge and within 20-30 minutes of everything in Gatlinburg, including the National park, all while being tucked back in a quiet area at the top of a hill. They literally thought of everything when they set this up. It’s homey, and modern. Even the lighting is impeccably done, with lots of dimmers and mood lighting. It was so nice to come home to a comfortable place to land on our trip. The two bedrooms were open, clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed on our trip already stocked from toiletries to cleaners. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. We did a lot of cooking while we were there. With a king, queen and pullout bed we were all very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home. I’m definitely saving this listing for a future visit.

We are a Family of 4 (all adults) that stayed in this property. We really enjoyed our stay there since the moment we arrived. The place was very clean, the set up is very practical and it has everything you need. From being able to cook, wash clothes, or grilling, the property has all the amenities you could possibly want. The furniture was very comfortable. They also have board games and maps for trails and waterfalls. They left us complimentary bottles of wine, (an unexpected great detail). In the morning you can hear all the beautiful singing of the birds.Kelly was very responsive and friendly. I highly and happily recomend Kelly's place to anyone who is looking to stay in the Pigeon Forge area.

We planned a last minute Mother/daughter trip and was excited to see Kelly’s place available. The property is conveniently located to many great restaurants and Dollywood. The actual unit, is an end unit in a row of townhouses on a dead end street. Very peaceful and quiet. It was super convenient to be able to park right outside your place. The unit must have been remodeled recently and professionally decorated for everything was in pristine condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Coffee was provided, but we choosed to visit Starbucks or McDonald’s in the morning instead; both are only a couple minutes away. The beds are comfortable and both bedrooms have a vanity table which is convenient when sharing a bathroom. The unit is definately a 5 star place! The only disappointment we had, was with the responsiveness of Kelly when we needed to contact her and not receiving the full check in and check out information.
