We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great place to stay and a great location!

Overall the condo was nice. A little dated but enjoyable. On arrival the floors were dirty. Appeared swept but not mopped. My grandsons knees and feet were black after crawling around. One of the dining room chairs disrepair. After contacting the office, Someone offered to have cleaning crew.and maintenance come out. I responded not that big a deal, just wanted to advise them. Guaranteed someone would check it after our departure. Other than that good place to stay.

Great balcony view to the beach in small building. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded!! Great walking distance to the HUB, shopping and tons of activities. We will definitely be back! Great stay for the price. So much AMAZING and affordable seafood joints !! We ate out every night and didn’t break the bank.

Enjoyed it just like the previous stays we've had at Clearwater. Just a couple of minor things. The toaster would not work unless you held the lever down when making toast. Not a big deal but maybe needs looking at. The ice maker does not work but maybe this is by design in case someone would leave without turning it off. Again not a big deal we just used the cube trays. Also there was no vacuum. We like to vacuum before we leave. My husband was taught that when you borrow or use something that belongs to someone else you always leave or return it in the same or better condition than it was when you received it. Again no big deal. We'll definitely be back. You can bet on it. We love the place!!!!!

We loved the condo. The afternoon before we left the elevator broke and was not fixed by morning and we had to carry our stuff down 5 floors. that was not good.

Very nice place located right on the beach and close to many things. We had a group of five stay and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the sign on the street needed to be bigger or lighted to see the entrance better but we found it. We had a great time!

First, so happy they painted and upgraded this unit. We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times and this unit was the last unit available. We were reluctant because of the decor, but was assured it was improving and it did. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned very well, but I am not one to complain. They have everything you need in a kitchen for your stay. I will say we needed the sofa sleeper and this was not a sofa sleeper. So they need to update the amenities. Over all we were happy as usual with our stay, except we had a stormy week. Location amazing. Bender Reality is amazing!! I just wish the world would get back to normal, it was very hard to eat out and wait times were horrible! We love this place and Gulf Shores!!

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived - cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Love the units in Clearwater. They are very nice. The sofa and chair were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise everything in unit was perfect. Love working with Bender Rental staff - always very helpful - hope we can continue renting their condos.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised on the website. Great location!

There was a constant leak in the master bathroom sink and water was very slow to drain in bottom of the shower....But overall very clean.

Loved the location. Liked the layout of the condo unit but omg the decor was horrendous. Paint job looked like a child had a lot of fun with paint dripping on woodwork. It was unappealing to wake up to every day but at least we were out most of the time. The beach was clean and quiet. Bottom line is I would stay in the building again but never that particular unit. On the questions below if property means the building in general I am giving it a five not the unit. There were dust bunnies in the unit as well. But overall clean. IAgain on last question I am giving the property a five star but not unit.

The place was wonderful like a dream. The only thing is there was still sand on the floor in the master bedroom but it’s to be expected it’s by the beach. I didn’t want to leave.

We stayed in a different Clearwater condo last year and loved it so wanted to book another one this year. It was NOT like the other, granted they are all individually owner. 5D is completely dated with very old and worn out furnishings. I will not stay in this unit again. When sitting on the couch you can feel the bars from the foldout bed beneath it. The stove, coffee maker, and toaster oven are all older than me. The decor is so 80s and nothing matches or goes together. This entire unit looks/feels as if it was completely furnished with thrift store finds. It was really nauseating. But, the layout is the same which is good, and beds were comfortable. Perfect view. Nice new chairs on balcony. Interior paint job looks to have been done by a 5 year old. Lots of Jerry rigged things inside as well. I would stay at Clearwater again but not this unit. Bender Realty is awesome though and we love booking through them.

good location, bender realty very professional, living room furniture was worn out, good for 1 week. but not 3 months, had to sit on a pillows to be comfortable

It was very relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was a much needed get away.The condo and property was super clean. 5 stars.

The experience with Bender was excellent. The unit was the cleanest I've ever been in. I was a little disappointed in the overall decor and age of the unit. You could tell that some improvements were being made like the flooring. Just an older unit.

The customer service was fantastic! Roomy condo with pictures amenities. View was amazing! Will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay in this condo. With a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 6 year olds) it was a perfect size. The location was nice and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a perfect view. Only compliant would be the back king size bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo. If you plan to sleep there, be sure to take a fan. Otherwise, PERFECT vacation location!

We've used Bender Realty several times and have always been pleased. The staff are very helpful, attentive and concerned about our needs. We've also stayed at Clearwater several times. We love that it is a small building so not as many people to contend with and there is always plenty of room on the beach. This year our condo was ok. It was comfortable as usual. The decor was not appealing; bright colors and it seemed like every available wall space had something hanging on it. You could tell the owners have been a little lax on the upkeep. We will definitely stay here again but will try to get a condo we've used in the past as opposed to this one.

The veiw was absolutely breath taking,condo very clean and we'll maintained.The staff at the rental office was very helpful and really seemed to care about customer service.I will definitely be staying at this location again.

My Stay was great. The unit was clean and had all of the necessities. In the photos it looked a little overwhelming with the bright colors but when we got there we found that it was more of a pastel color. The view was amazing and the beach was neat and clean. I would stay there again.

Great location. The beach is never too crowded on this end. The unit was nice. A little dated but nice. We always book through Bender and we try to always stay at Clearwater because its smaller and not as crowded.

Beautiful condo clean comfortable everything was there that we needed in the afternoon the sunlight comes in and lights up the whole condo beautiful view of the ocean we used the balcony most of the time we were there listening to the ocean close to the mall close to the hang out close to the stores dollar store in walking distance just a great place to stay very affordable very clean and comfortable loved it lots of furniture and places for storage

Overall our rental experience was very satisfactory. Improvement in internet / wireless connections would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was just like the pictures you see online and more. Perfect view and perfect place to relax and have a good time. The condo has creative owners, it's an awesome place especially if you have children!

Bender was an excellent place to rent from. The room we stayed in needs a few updats. Mainly in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It was very rooomy and nice, but some updates to those two areas would make all the difference in the world!

This was our first time to vacation in Gulf Shores. We had a wonderful time and ready to get back to the gulf coast. Clearwater 5D was somewhat dated in the furnishings but overall was a great place to stay. The major issues we had were 1) the advertised Wi-Fi only worked if you were standing at the front door. We had to use our air cards most of the time to get good internet service. 2) the air conditioning was very unbalanced. We had to keep the thermostat on 70 just to keep it cool enough in the master bedroom to sleep and 3) there was no grill available at the complex to cook on. All in all, once again, a good value for what you get.
