This place was well decorated, modern, clean and large. Our family was very happy with this location. Steph was there for us every step of the way

We had a wonderful time staying here. Great looking place and close enough to downtown Nashville.

The place was great for our group, and loved the entire feel of the interior! Rooftop deck was also great!

Definitely will stay again! This place is beautiful as pictured. There is plenty of seating and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We appreciated that Steph provided snacks and plenty of coffee. The views from the rooftop are amazing! I would definitely recommend Steph’s Airbnb! Book it!

It was a wonderful stay

The place was amazing! The only issues were that there was some trash left on the floor throughout the place, the paper towel supply was limited, and some of the outlets didn’t work. Other than that, everything was great!

What an amazing stay! Roof top views were amazing and the house looked just like the pictures. Easy access to everything we wanted to do! The stairs were a lot lol but we all enjoyed the place! There were 7 of us and we never felt to cramped plenty of space to spread out! It was a prefect 45th birthday celebration and we would come back!

Steph’s place was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Nashville!

We visited Nashville to celebrate my birthday, and rented TWO units from Steph & EpicBnB. Both places were GREAT! Just like the pictures, items easily labeled in the kitchen, the rooftop views were GORGEOUS, and everyone had enough space to spread out. The beds were a little lower than I expected but still very comfortable. VERY grateful they shared the info about the stairs because they are NO joke! They were very accommodating and allowed for early check in, and were friendly & very responsive when we reached out. I’ll be back in Nashville, and have found my go-to!

We loved the decor and the rooftop - plenty of space for everyone. The home was spotless and Steph and her staff responded quickly to every inquiry. Good location, easy ten minute drive to everything!

Our group of 7 was super comfortable. Nice sized bedrooms, 3 full baths (2-en-suite), enough chairs at the dining table and plenty of space to gather. The decor was fun! We loved the rooftop and had perfect weather to take advantage of the fire pit. The entire place was very clean and had all we needed to settle right in. Plenty of dishes. Great parking for 2 in the garage plus an outside space for our third vehicle. It was quiet the whole time we were there - could not hear the neighbors unless we were outside at the same time. Check out instructions were super easy and didn’t require much on our end. We didn’t need anything the entire time we were there, but out host checked in to make sure all was well anyway. Definitely recommend!

Great place, the décor was absolutely beautiful. Each room was thoughtfully designed with a curated, vibrant aesthetic. The rooftop deck and kitchen offered the perfect view of Nashville’s skyline, and the home was stocked with incredibly considerate amenities, including a grill, fire pit, laundry, Q-tips, bath products, and more. A couple of things caught me off guard: I didn’t expect the kitchen to be on the third floor or for the first floor to have only one bedroom. The rental car fit was also a bit snug, but manageable. During our stay, the power in Nashville went out for about five hours, but they had an emergency flashlight available, which was very thoughtful. The itinerary provided was so cute, if you didn’t have plans, you could easily go off there. We made each night memorable cooking breakfast or dinner in the kitchen and spending family time in the living room or rooftop deck. I would book again!

Our stay was overall very nice, with few minor along the way. The host was extremely responsive and made sure everything was addressed quickly, which we really appreciated. The home itself is charming and looks just like the pictures. The rooftop was a highlight—offering a clear, beautiful view of the city. While the immediate area doesn’t have much within walking distance, it’s still a great location since we didn’t have to drive far to get to activities. One small note—the home has four stories and no elevator, so there’s quite a bit of wear on the walls. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way in refreshing the space. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit..

Wonderful stay, Steph was great.

Beds were VERY comfortable. Condo had ALL the amenities. Very clean. Within 10 min drive to Broadway. Easy to get a Uber and Door dash. Neighborhood was a little to be desired, but the City is trying to clean it up. Would DEFINITELY rent again.
