The nicest place in Sayulita. Great location, and the staff and owners we spoke to are very kind. Young guests should reconsider, definitely catered to older tourists and families. For relaxation and view, it’s amazing.

The best building in Sayulita. The building is well designed, the rooftop pools are great and the view is the best in town. The rooftop bar is a great amenity for a condo building. We stayed for 1 month and loved every minute. It’s in the middle of the action, but private and quiet enough to sleep well and escape the late night seen as needed. Arrival Getaways was great and we had everything we needed to make the stay perfect for us. I’d highly recommend Caivama if you want to feel like part of Sayulita but also have the option to hang by the pool and escape the scene. You’ve got it all at Caivama!

Definitivamente un lugar para regresar , todo estuvo excelente , la ubicación, las instalaciones, privacidad, las áreas comunes , olía muy bien , tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y tranquilo , solo faltó un poco de limpieza en los utensilios de cocina y los muebles , pero de ahí en fuera , todo súper bien . Nos encantó

Our stay was really amazing. The place was extremely clean, and the air conditioning kept the place extremely cool, which was so lovely to come back to after a long, hot day at the beaches nearby. The beds were comfortable beyond words, and all of the amenities described (rooftop pool etc.) were beyond incredible--we spent many nights enjoying the rooftop pool watching the sunset. The hosts were extremely friendly and very easy to reach with any questions we had. The place was beautiful and we will absolutely be staying here again!
