The place was a really good price for the location. It needs some freshening up and the amenities are not ideal. The restaurant on site was not open at all. The pool area is nice and there is lots of free parking. We had a problem with the AC and we were moved in to a new suite no questions asked. The new suite was nicer than the original. For being close to universal and the convention area the location is great. The area can be a bit unsafe at night but fine during the day. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The service from Thalita was excellent. If you are on a budget I would recommend.

well the area is a prime location , restaurants, and a lot to do. my only issue was when i walk in dead cock roach. little on the dusty side they need better cleaners. when warming up my food and move the microwave cock roaches scatter everywhere. other then that you get what u paid for.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay , Thalita was very helpful throughout our stay . The place was super clean and cozy . I would definitely recommend it to anyone . We are looking forward to booking again soon ❤️
My boyfriend and I had stayed the week at Luis and Steph’s place and overall it was An amazing stay! The place was certainly clean upon arrival and they checked in with us throughout the week, making sure we checked in alright, asked if we needed anything and even wished us a safe trip back. The location is right off international drive and Along the road there are lots to do and lots of different restaurants close by within walking distance. Overall I would rate this place a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone who plans to travel to this location.
Rob and Thalita were lovely hosts, very attentive and any problems we had they tried to resolve almost immediately. The apartment is in a perfect location (7 min drive to universal and 15 mins to SeaWorld ). The room is a little outdated but had everything essential needed for our long stay. Our problem with the apartment was a musky/damp smell which was noticeable as soon as walking in and didn’t think this was something that would be resolved during our stay so we decided to leave and find somewhere new. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved soon! Thanks again to the hosts for being so understanding and welcoming on our visit to Florida!
A great place to stay for me. Close to iDrive and I can get anywhere in orlando or central florida. Feel is like your own apartment. I really like the fact that there is no daily cleaning service. I actually like to keep my place clean on my own without being bothered by daily cleaning service. It was perfect.
Fabulous property, will stay there again! Positive: Property was directly behind the Kinetic Hotel where my conference training was being held. If there wasn’t a fence in between, could have just walked over from the back parking lot. Bed n linens were super comfortable. Great kitchen, lots of counter space in bathroom sink; water is instantly hot. Wooden shutters completely blocked out lite at nite. Very kind front desk staff-easy check in and helped with WiFi. Fitness room small but quiet and recumbent bike worked well. Even the cleaning staff has translation app in their phones if you have a question or something to let them know. Negative: Teeny bit hard to pull out of nearest street to get back to main road as right turn only. Property itself had nothing bad. In fact I rebooked for my next Orlando conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek (only 3 miles away) before I’d even checked out!
I enjoyed my stay and that there was a stove in our room. We were able to make homecooked meals every night. Positive: The convenience of the area, all the food places nearby and how quickly my host responded Negative: The hotel staff was a little rude, there was a festival going on in the area and the staff just seemed a little tired of the partygoers.

Le logement ne correspondait pas avec les 'images fournis. Le lavabo était bouché. Il y avait une drôle d'odeur dans le logement, la douche était très sale. Il y avait des taches de nourriture partout sur les armoires de la cuisine et sur le réfrigérateur. Nous n'avions pas compris pourquoi personne utilisait la piscine et le spa, en descendant nous avons vite compris, elle était extrêmement sale... Le logement est super bien situé mais GROSSE lacune sur le propreté et exactitude des photos... Nous avons était plutôt déçu...
very nice, it was walking distance to lots of places, there were nice amenities. we did have to keep resetting our key card for some reason but other than that it was a lovely stay !☺️

Book with Thalita and Rob, their place is excellent, situated in the heart of Orlando and near everything you might need. They responded faster than expected and try their absolute best to accommodate any requests.

The apartment was very hot and we couldn’t turn down the ac. No washcloths were provided, not enough towels were provided. The apartment didn’t match the description or photos. No linens were provided for the pull out couch. That was not actually a pull out couch. I had to sleep with no linens the first night because they wouldn’t bring them after 5 pm (I asked at 4:30 pm). They are very strict about the check in. We were 18 minutes early and had to wait until 4 pm exactly. We stayed for a week and did not have enough dish soap, towels, or trash bags for our stay. Not well stocked, very hot, and the place was run down. I wouldn’t stay here again. There was also piles of trash in the back of the building most of our stay.
O apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente, o condomínio possui piscina ótima para relaxar após um longo dia nos parques. A cozinha equipada foi um diferencial na escolha, possibilitou preparo de refeições rápidas com praticidade. Muito perto de farmácia, lojas e restaurantes, localização excelente.

We would return if we go back to Florida Positive: The apartment is well equipped and air con is cold, its ideal for all the activities of International drive and it's close to all the fun parks, Sea World, Universal etc the location is quiet and all the staff friendly and help full, the pool is clean and the hot tub is great, with lots of sun loungers. There is a shuttle service to the parks if you book in advance when there. Plenty of car parking as well. Negative: Nothing really

The apartment is clean, very responsive hosts and a great location. The only complaint is that both the sofa bed and the main room bed were very uncomfortable.
Old hotel roaches infested terrible stay
The location was great and can’t be beat. However, please keep in mind that the pictures are edited to look brighter than what the room actually looks like. Overall satisfied with the room and location, but it must be mentioned that the host lacks ATTENTION. It would take her hours to respond and when we arrived they gave us someone else key card to an OCCUPIED hotel room because the owner forgot to email front desk about our arrival. It made me feel unsafe to think someone could just easily walk into my room. The host was unresponsive for the majority of the time which made me also feel uneasy. As a host to another host, please be more attentive and providing flexibility to guests goes a long way.

I booked over 50 rooms a year with booking but never again Positive: Not much Negative: The room is located in a hotel but not rented by the hotel. You get none of the hotel services. Example. Bathroom light burned out no one to replace it
